The service was fine the bagels was fresh I will definitely go again I had the egg bagel with tuna fish tomatoes lettuce and my wife had the cinnamon raisin bagel with chicken salad of course it was topped off of coffee and your choice of a side

Food is terrible, egg sandwich sometimes smells like rotten eggs. Always hurts my stomach all morning. Home fries are flavorless, and disgusting. They serve cold bacon that has dried up grease on a blt. I really don’t understand how anyone could mess up breakfast food this bad.

Ordered on door dash, estimated time was 25 minutes, I show up only to wait an additional hour. The process obviously favors walk in customers as I saw dozens of walk ins while I waited. Even as the time went over their increased time estimate I saw them stop my order and wait on the walk in customers. I would never have ordered their over priced bagels and cream cheese on door dash if I knew this was going to happen. They’re not even that good. I’ll never go here again and will never suggest them.

Its a shame because I really liked the bagels but the last few times Ive been in there, food was being prepared with no masks, signs all over the place that a face mask is required yet employees AND customers with no masks. Why bother putting up signs and not enforce it for anyone?? Unfortunately, theres quite a few customers that feel the same way and wont be returning.

Bagels are good. People are nice. Only problem is that a few times I have gone there on Sunday morning they run out of certain kinds of bagels. Today they had no sesame bagels again at 9am on a Sunday. I dont understand that.

Good coffee, decent bagels, clean establishment, and accurate, but borderline rude service.It wasnt busy when we arrived, so I was able to place my order within just a few minutes. I was greeted with impatient eyes that matched her discouraging frown. Now, I understand that people have bad days, but in the service industry you have to do your best not to reflect those feelings to your customers. I was tempted to just excuse myself and take my family elsewhere, but I decided to stay.I ordered one egg everything bagel with regular cream cheese, and then asked what other flavors were available. Her frown deepened and she snapped with a stiff point from her pen below the counter to her left, Theyre right there! I half expected a wooden ruler to come crashing down on my head for asking such a ridiculous question. I decided that a cranberry walnut would go well with a cinnamon raisin bagel and added that to my order.Drinks?!, she snapped. I replied, two coffees, one small and the other..... I peered over to where the cups were stacked to judge a larger size. A fraction of a second later, Size?!. I replied with medium. I then asked the kids if they wanted iced-tea or lemonade. My oldest said iced-tea, and my youngest paused before responding with lemonade. The woman, too impatient to wait for a response, walked off without hearing the rest of my order.The Coffee station is a do-it-yourself, which is a plus since the only person that can make your coffee correctly is yourself. The station was very clean, but both the milk and half and half were empty. The coffee was hot and tastes great 😊.Our order was ready before I could finish making the second cup if coffee. We finished our transaction with minimal verbal correspondence.The bagels were good with an abundance of cream cheese, but definitely didnt seem freshy fresh as the name suggests. The Egg everything bagel was pieced back together with what appears to be two separate tops since each piece is a different shade, probably due to slightly different baking times. It was still good.Overall, despite the woman being a bit snappy and impatient, I think it its worth revisiting. The place is clean, service was fast, and the coffee is good.

I was there this morning 1st time and experienced the most delicious cinnamon raisin bagel 🥯 and coffee ☕ and would return definitely on my next trip to Shirley. Customer Service was excellent 👌 🇺🇲

Absolutely disgusted by this place! There were actually 2 people, a male and female, standing near the food counter, not wearing masks. They were talking and laughing extremely loud (which means mouths were wide open). After the gentleman left, the woman, who turned out to be an employee, walked right behind the counter and towards the back, still with no mask. Walking right past ALL the food. Another employee on the opposite side of the service window where the grill was didnt have a mask on either. I just dont get what this town doesnt understand. This was not my first establishment that day either. I actually left Strathmore Bagels for a similar reason! Its not hard to just obey the guidelines!

The name speaks for itself. I thought Nassau County had some fresh bagels, by far the best fresh bagels around here. Great BEC Bagels and Iced Coffees.

I LOVE this place. I randomly decided to give it a try because I pass by it everyday and its always so busy. Im so mad at myself for not trying this place sooner. I used to travel far for breakfast and I was never fully satisfied until I found this place. Their breakfast is AMAZING, the workers are always efficient and friendly, and their prices are reasonable. The place is very clean as well. Sometimes the parking can be a little tricky but its worth the effort.

Ordered 2 egg sandwiches and 2 bagels with cream cheese. Egg sandwiches were fine but the bagels were just cold uncut bagels wrapped up. No cream cheese even though they even wrote “CC” on the paper. Skip this place and go to strathmore.

The staff were friendly. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was soft. There was a perfect amount of bacon. I get my eggs over medium And they were cooked perfectly. There was a little bit of a wait but it was busy, and sometimes you have to wait for good food

I love going here! Good food and the place is always clean and the staff is pleasant. There were maybe 2 or 3 times that they made a mistake and they were very apologetic and fixed it right away. This place rocks!

Dis my bagel place yo. Its called freshy fresh so you know the bagels are fresh af. Under ten minute wait 95% of the time(watch out for sat and sunday after 8am) and under 3 minutes if you call your order in 10 mins prior.

They pay off the books, some workers WELL below minimum wage and others about $5 above minimum wage for doing the same exact job. People in the kitchen do not use gloves and use knock off turkey and ham for egg sandwiches.

You can call it what you want, it was not fresh, and definitely not fresh fresh. BEC Bagel sandwich was gross by NY standards. Go to Manhattan Bagel or the place that just moved by the HS. The line here was too ridiculous for the sub par breakfast.
