They are friendly and helpful but NEVER have what I order! One time it was on the app but when I arrived it wasn’t there and I had to choose something else! They need to always have both Guava and Peach juice along with the iced green tea! They are always sold out of everything. If it’s sold out clearly whomever is ordering isn’t doing it correctly!

I went into the restaurant to order my coffe, trying to avoid the line and that was a mistake. I eneded up waiting 15 mins in there for a coffee that isnt even good. So disappointing and a waste of my time.

The order ahead line is ridiculously long and the time estimation on the app is completely inaccurate. The baristas do not acknowledge or ask your name upon arrival so you never know when or whether your drink order is ready. .Never go here

The newest Starbucks to be located in Shrewsbury Mass in the old Spags location on Route 9. In the new Shopping Plaza.What i love about this particular Starbucks: The smell of freshly brewed coffee when you walk in that makes me happy!Parking is very easy at this Plaza its located at! Beautiful layout, very sunny.Hi the wait staff are always very helpful happy and pleasant to deal with and very friendlyMy favorite drink is a Java Chip Frappuccino with whipped cream on top!Highly recommend if youre in the area.

Great coffee and super friendly staff. I especially love the iced green tea in the summer time. Very refreshing. They used to sell really good headphones (yes, headphones) lol but I went in today and the girl said shes never heard of them. I bought mine in Auburn, and I visited Shrewsbury today, so maybe that could be a reason why they didnt have them and she hadntheard of them. Kind of surprising as I figured theyre a chain abs typically offer the same products at each location. I really wished they still sold them, they were great! Ah well, had to go to auto zone instead 😔

My wife likes their ice tea. Personally, it is the only place I have been too, where they said we dont have change, that is a farce. We paid the exact amount, so they had change for the next customer. I will not be visiting there again. However, my wife probably will.

Great staff always busy but keeps line moving

I love the peppermint white mocha and it almost always is made the same so you can rely on it. You dont have to worry if its going to be to weak or gross ever time you go. Also if you pay through the same app you can save up stars to get different items depending on the amount of stars you have.

I drove out 10 minutes and arrived at 8:50pm, 10 minutes before closing so that they can tell me that they’re closed. On your website state that you close at 8:50pm not 9:00pm. Stop wasting people’s time and putting misleading information.

I like their mango dragonfruit with lemonade they always give me 50% of ice so I ask them for light ice and they gave me 60% I guess their light ice equals to 60%.

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks location!!!Always Friendly Baristas!! The store is well lit, I always feel comfortable going here, I see hand washing all the time, unlike some locations I will not mention. The baristas really work hard at all locations, I have never had a drink made wrong here it is always GREAT!!! I have seen other people ask for a remake and they never hesitate to do so. I asked for a remake at a different location a few weeks ago and was told NO!!!!Very poor!!! I’m just so glad for the shrewsbury location, THE OLD SPAGS!!! Refuse to serve me when I showed up at the drive through at 4:50 (they close at 5:00). I work in the food industry, so I can understand why it’s irritating when people show up a minute or two before you close, but 10 minutes? Like really? There is a deadline time for a reason. If you want to close earlier than that, then change the time you post online.

Every starbucks is the same, but a good barista is hard to find. They make the best Caramel Macchiato ever.

My cup had a crack in it and it emptied out into my cup holder. I brought it back, explained what happened and the employees were so nice. They even gave me something to clean it up with. Love them !

Staff are great and my order is always made right!! My Starbucks app saves me money when I use it to pay, each star earned can be used towards my next order.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to redeem the stars. Called in the morning and the staff told me they will be able to take my phone into the store to scan it, and told me specifically that I did not have to go through the drive thru. They said to go to the mobile order area and ask. This is what I did in the afternoon, but the staff told me I have to go through the drive thru, which had more than 10 cars in line. If the staff that I called in the morning did not promise me they can take my phone and scan it in store, I wouldn’t have bothered coming at all. Staff in the afternoon was also very rude about the situation too.

This was my first time in this relatively new location. Easy in and out of parking lot. Even though it was crowded, the line moved quickly. Both of our drinks were made perfectly. The condiment area was clean and there were plenty of each item including full containers of half n half and milk.

Unfortunately this wasnt their best showing. They didnt divide up the employees properly between the drive-thru and walk in. I walked in, ordered (no line), but every drive-thru order got passed mine. I waited for 15 minutes for my one drink and it sadly was icy and tasted watery. I hope next time its a better experience.

This is a really busy Starbucks! The baristas are friendly but its a bit slow for a walk in due to all the mobile orders. I guess thats the way the world is heading but its frustrating to step in a place, order and then wait 10-15 minutes while mobile orders sit waiting. Not to mention I watched 3 things get tossed as I assume someone cancelled an order. All that being said when I finally got my beverage it was always right and tasted great. Starbucks sets a high bar in that regard, and rarely fails to meet it.

My friends and i are in Starbucks Shrewsbury atleast 3-4 times every week. Great place to visit and see friends. Usually 7am-9am. Customer service 5 stars

Way too slow. Drive-through person should not be making drinks As she is spending more time doing that then actually making the drinks. Also didn’t even make the drink correctly but after waiting 15 minutes didn’t have the time to wait for her to fix it. Won’t be back

The employees here are very nice. I just wished they had more flavors that are unsweetened. Some others Starbucks and even dunks have a variety of unsweetened flavors.

I ordered my venti ice greentea latte at 10:30 a.m. i had to wait 15 minutes until I got it. But the customers who ordered after me got their drinks before me that 5 minutes after they ordered. What is the meaning of get in line?

I dont know why or how... But this place has their act together. Quick service with a friendly smile. I actually hate that this place has been so reliable since they opened as I have become lazy and come here instead of making coffee at home. Drive thru and inside are quick.

Excellent service. When placing an order, an item was not available. A substitute was provided at no charge. Kudos to Starbucks!

Be cautious of this location, due to the fact that it is a hit or miss. Half the time I have gotten drinks from Shewsbury Starbucks, It was made wrong or with no effort. That then resulted in a drink that tastes horrible, an example would be a mocha latte that tastes like nothing but warm milk. Its supposed to taste like coffee with a nice mocha flavoring and be steamed to its standards. Starbucks needs to look out for who they hire here, because the baristas are careless and quite often the rude ones work the shifts after 6 pm. I hope im not the only one who thinks this! Hope this can help anyone, A better location is about 10 min down the road, in Worcester on East Central Street. Its right next to the 99 Reaturant and has a nice drive thru with friendly service and accurate drinks !!!

The Third time is definitely not a charm. My Customer Experience has been consistently horrible!! The staff were not educated on the menu or what the names of pastries they said ugh I dont know what does the sign say .what?? The customer service is below a score of 1 as when my tea that I ordered the person working haphazardly slid over and walked off . Will Not be a patron of this Starbucks again. Management please train and educate your staff on the basics. Unhappy CX!!

Nice location. Clean environment. Very fast service (i ordered through the app). However, the wifi is abysmal. The point of me coming today was to study. Completely wasted trip. Got nothing done and had to leave.

I really dont go here for their coffee, my wife does. But I do love their pastries, they taste real and not artificial like Dunkins do.

Probably the most clean Starbucks Ive ever been in. Not much interaction as I ordered ahead of time through the app. Baristas were all busy and seemed to be having a good time being where they were. Always a plus. Drinks came out amazing (passion unsweetened iced tea & salted iced cold brew which I highly recommend) and the spinach feta wrap was delicious. Everything came out separate but we didnt mind. As we picked things up we were thanked and to Have a nice day by the barista. Very kind. Ill be coming back to this Starbucks.

Your typical busy location. Plenty of seating. Lots of people taking advantage of the location to study and work. This location has a drive-thru.

2 times i went there and they were literally out of everything in food section. If they know it gets busy they should stock up more.

Both my wife and I got drinks here today and they were made incorrectly. Stopped at another Starbucks and they fixed them no questions asked, so that was nice.
