Love, love, love Whole Foods just wish we had one closer. I don’t mind the drive, but I’d definitely go more often if it were closer. Always pleasant staff.

I love this Whole Foods! Its so big, clean, and it has everything! I love that they have SO many vegan options in every department. There is never a lack of plant based basics I need in my house, like butters, cheeses, milks, quick meals, and so much more; everything can be found vegan here. Ill definitely be coming back again and again!

They have a variety of fresh foods. Although it is expensive but it is worth every penny. I love the cooked food they have in store, always so fresh and hot.

The food is high quality and they have a great selection, but it is a little pricey. Maybe its justifiable for the quality. They do have the freshest grocery store produce! Also, this particular location is inordinately busy which makes it difficult to shop.

Crowded. Pricey and unfriendly staff.For example I went to whole food buy sourdough bread. I could not find it but staffs tried to ignore us. In stock bread was hard like rock. My wife said they were left over. End up we went to Panera bread. Same kind of bread bread but fresh. Moreover there was few cashiers in whole food (1 regular line and 2 express lines) so we have to wait 20 mins for 1 items. It should have self check out so in rush hours like lunch time we could escape better.I have prime membership but I can’t use it. Staffed did not help at all.

I am not a big fan of Whole Foods. I like the Mexican sparkling water, their greeting cards, their sour dough bread. Otherwise, its just over priced and over stocked sometimes to the point where you just cant see whats on the selves.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location they don’t have anything and when asked where the products are they said we need help so are these products just sitting in the back? Or they just blame the suppliers but other whole foods in Massachusetts seems to have no or little problems getting products and it’s been like this for about 6 months now… seems the issue is not the supplier but the employees that are ordering the products

The person at the cheese department was talking to someone who I thought was a customer but turned out to be another employee. This went on and on even though I was clearly trying to get his attention. Only three checkouts were open. People were bunched up trying get in line and let people get by given the setup. Got home to make a birthday dinner and all of the salmon was full of bones. The Lions Mane mushrooms rotted after two days stored in the fridge. Im just not impressed.

We are in love with this place! We go shopping here every week. Everything is so fresh. So much to choose from. She store is huge. Customer service is very nice.

It is great to have a Whole Foods Market in Central MA. This store is clean, well stocked, and has a good variety of organic and gluten free groceries. The produce, baked goods, and meats are always fresh. The location has great staff, and checkout is usually pretty quick too. The shopping carts are always clean and conveniently located. There is plenty of parking. Overall my only complaint is the cost, but you get what you pay for.

It’s brand new so no surprise it’s super clean and organized but it’s extra nice and I appreciate how this company creates a different feel for every store. When you walk in your hit with the smell of fresh cinnamon donuts and coffee. Upstairs there is a legit full bar and lounge. I’ve included photos cause I was shocked. Upstairs has the super intense smells of all the food being cooked and served.

A great Whole Foods location. Parking lot is easy in, easy out. Location is accessible for locals and out of towners. It is a relatively spacious store and customer flow through the store is good too. Best bakery of any Whole Foods Ive ever been too.

Awesome that we have a Whole Foods in the area. The bar/restaurant upstairs has great food and a good selection of drinks. You also get a nice view of the store from upstairs.

OK so at the beginning of the year I purchased some “all natural” lip oil. I bought 2, one as a gift and one for myself. The make up was expired and the store refused to reimburse me or give me new ones.It was past the 90 day return policy so I guess I will give them that, but the fact that they’re selling expired’s is concerning. Not even a sorry about that. Well,I was picking up dinner while trying to make the return, I bought a bag full of brussels sprouts, apparently no one is checking The quality before putting it on the shelves I had to throw them all away. I’m personally not a fan of this store.

I do live me some whole foods, the bakery at this specific spot is on another level. Whoever bakes me this chantilly cakes its all i get for peoples birthdays now and oh my lord is it out of this world. Only cake for me. Please let yourself on the back and know I will be back for this in specific for years to come if nothing else. 13 of 10.

I Love the new Whole Foods store in Shrewsbury! Everything here are new and inviting! They have the restaurant upstairs with a sport bar to catch any popular game. The precooked food selections are delightful. You can get anything from sushi to fried chicken or Pizza! The foods are fresh and organic with reasonable price. It is a wonderful addition to the town of Shrewsbury. If only amazon can let you have some online popular items be displayed here so that we would be able to feel and touch them before buying online.

The store is nice, well clean, and very organized. But there’s this lady that works for the seafood section and I think she’s very impatient and rude because I have been to yet store several time for their seafoods. I asked her for some thing and she was very rude and impatient. I felt very disrespected. I decided to shop online but have completely stopped shopping there. I give it one star because I didn’t like the service from the lady at the seafood station. I think some of the workers need more costumer service training because they are all part of sales and what bring costumers back. I felt very disrespected. And I heard her gossiping and complaining to one worker at the meat section. Which is very unprofessional.

They had no stock on most food items. Most of the employees are very helpful and kind.

I like it here. Shelves are stocked. Place is clean and a bit hectic these days but understandable. There are alot online orders being taken cared of and its a smaller building then the new ones. Currently, going to be renovated.

I travel to Shrewsbury every couple of months to visit family. There is no Whole Foods where I live so I always look forward to shopping for my mom. Great bakery! Quality in every dept. Love the meals ready to take home and just heat up.

Going to whole foods when your slightly hungry is expensive...going when your actually hungry is a paycheck. I love this place and dont care how much it costs because holy $&!+ They label place of origin on produce...this place is truly the gold standard for modern day grocers.

Its a clean store. Very expensive place to shop. Alot of healthy items but again very expensive.

Nice place to find good vegetables and some selective items.. clothes here could be more expensive than other places but food items are well priced and organic.. we like a certain kind of peanut granula for breakfast which we get here easily rather than other places so its a nice place for shopping to us.

Very large, I didnt go thru the entire store. I was looking for bran and had to get someone to help. It was behind another item. Wish they had more speciality baking items.

I really enjoy shopping at this store in the old Spags building. Being able to get good produce in the off-season is difficult so we greatly appreciate Whole Foods produce dept. They have a great range of organic and alternative diet foods which we also love. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. The ONLY bad part, and its very bad, is the Amazon shoppers! They do not follow any of the store protocols regarding covid-19. They are constantly reaching around people in close proximity. They ignore all of the directional isles. Also see a lot of noses poking out of their masks. SO ANNOYING! Keep them out of stores. Let them pick from your warehouses.

What they dont have in competitive prices, they have in selection and availability. I will say they have the best priced apples around. You would have to make multiple trips around to get better prices and select items... But time is money. This is a good one stop for organics, niche items for 🧀 cheese, 🍷 wine, 🍻, bath and body products, etc. Having a finger in a lot of 🥧 pies (coffee ☕ station, deli, bakery/dessert, seafood, 🥗 salad bar and other food court assortment, makes this place hard to beat in service/selection. Today for example, there was a select wheel of gouda that I wanted that wasnt cut. The person behind the desk was super friendly, thanks Avery, and had offered me a taste to make sure I liked it and also a token gesture for the wait. I have had good success with people on the phone 📱 here too.

Oh My... too my vegan peeps. The Vegan BLT is back here again. It’s been so popular they were having problems keeping up with the items needed. This is just delicious with the seitan, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce and (v) mayo. It’s not listed on their sandwich board. Just go up and ask for one to be made. You can’t go wrong with this one. Four of us were inline for the same thing...get it while you can, it won’t last. Very happy with the rest but it gets a 4 only because their men’s shaving items were very limited compared to other WF I’ve been in. Same for some of the vegan items I’ve noticed. But they are actually not that big. Some space upstairs is being used as a bar (different but very cool). Some pretty darn good prices though.

Unless you are hopelessly millenial or organic or vegetarian I dont get it.!! you get the privilege of paying 20 per cent or more more for the exact same items as somewhere else. I did get avocados for the right price . Thats what I bought and left. Some cakes looked interesting. Go to Trader Joes and save or of course Market Basket and save even more.

Im impressed with the huge delicious offerings from the hot n cold food bars. I tried 2 new delicious salad dressings Id never tried before. Also, Thursday night is live music in the bar upstairs which is charming and the musician is really good.But when I went to enjoy my food in the eating area, the music from the store radio system mixed with the bar musician plus the tv in the kids area, which I tried to turn down but couldnt figure it out. I went to the cust service desk to ask about the music and stood there for a bit but no one came.After a stressful day, this cacophony was the worst :(But again, the musician was really good.Thanks!

Whole Foods Shrewsbury is doing a great job with Covid protocols. Whether I go into the store, or order curbside pick up, I’m very happy with their service.

Its a Whole Foods so I automatically expect almost everything to be overpriced unless its on a sale or promotion. With that said they have a vast selection and brands/products that you may not see at other stores. Because of this you end up seeing a bunch of things you want to try and then next thing you know youre leaving with a cart full of 80 to $100 worth of product. Like almost all other stores this one could benefit from a wider selection of plant-based products at more reasonable prices though that last part especially is true for WF.

The staff member who helped me select a meat alternative was polite and the cashier was also bright and friendly. It was otherwise an irksome and over-priced experience. For a store that boasts a large selection for special diets (e.g. vegetarian) they didnt carry plain old texturized soy protein. Um, ok... There is also a reason that theres a general rule about not mixing food and fragrance. Maybe regular Whole Foods shoppers enjoy walking through a produce aisle that reeks of scented soap. Ill pass...

In store experience, perfect! In-store pick up? Not so much. Its a new system, so hoepfully theyll work out the bugs soon.

I needed a vegetarian turkey and they had 3 varieties of vegetarianTurkeys! I was very happy to have picked my turkey for Thanksgiving.

Came for the Kashi strawberry cereal. Bought 4 boxes and they had more. Best cereal ever. Over Siggi 0 fat, 0 sugar yogurt with tons of fresh fruit. Dont need or want lunch. Best way to watch my weight. Had to get a loaf of their freshly made bread (olives). Highly recommended.

Since theyre grand opening in February 2018 I have been able to get local produce and great quality meats for my fiance and I. Love this store. Always have fresh vegetables and bakery is top notch.Staff is super helpful and friendly. The food is priced to sell and worth it. Great selection of craft beer and imported foods!

Amazing store. So many quality food

This Whole Foods has really come along since they first opened. It is now run smoothly with helpful staff. They have a wide variety of food options, an eating area, express checkout and wine in addition to the excellent standard Whole Foods offerings.

This Whole Foods is in a local historic location. I love how they have played homage to that in their decor. The food is fresh and the store is clean.

I love this place but getting tired of waiting for the %$#@ Covid to end so they can reopen the salad bar.

Whole Foods provides good organic food shopping experience.

They have a great hot food bar for breakfast lunch and dinner that is better than any other place in the area and besides having so much healthy food and a juice bar they also carry many hard to find herbal supplements. Staff has always been very friendly, very happy to ha e a wholefoods in the area now.
