Do not switch to tmobile. Stay far far away. We have had service with them for a few years and it has just gotten worse and worse. I have complained over and over about our phones not getting proper reception and they keep promising it will get better but it hasnt. Were switching to verizon. Better service on the phone and in the store and a better price too.
DO NOT CHANGE TO T-Mobile! Took my iPhone X gave me a $750 credit for it pairs the different for new iPhone! Only to get a email saying turn in iPhone X! Then was told we now have a meat for two phones! When we did not get any lease at all! They are horrible people! They took over $500 up front from us then said we have to lease phones they said but the store we don’t have to lease!!!

My first experience with T-Mobile was at a different location and was less than pleasent. I was browsing the mall and stepped into the T-Mobile in the mall. Daniel helped us and was very informative. He got us all new phones and a great experience. Will definitely be returning to this location with any further assistance.

Keauna and Daniel knew their T-mobile products beyond what words could state. Corporate needs to be aware of this outstanding professionalism that is delivered daily at the Sierra Vista Mall location. Corporate also needs to be aware every customer that enters their store is greeted as soon as they cross the entrance within 5 seconds promptly and upbeat ready to service the consumer. I think everyone there is nice. They dont understand T-Mobile plans and promotions. They told me my phone was free if I added a line and it was not. They said 5G hotspot would still work after data limit and it did not. I will never go to this store again.
Experience was very very good. The limitations of the store having only one computer terminal made purchasing a new phone a bit arduous, but both employees made every effort to complete my transaction.
I went in yesterday to see if I could upgrade my new phone and michael was extremely helpful. I went in thinking I wouldnt be able to afford what it would cost, but he helped me upgrade to a better phone with more storage capacit. It was a price that was well under what I thought Id have to pay. He also was able to answer every single question I had. Overall it was a great experience.

Went into this store and bought a iPhone 12 Pro Max and new service for $500 and got home and had no service what so ever. Then I lost the phone and called to get a replacement and they told me I had no insurance when I clearly told the rep I wanted insurance. So I just called and they told me to call customer service. Stay away from this store, service and idiots.

I went to the other location in front of Target with my wife and was told that they could only help one of us, which made no sense at all since there was no one in the store. I decided to go to the mall location to upgrade my phone. I was immediately greeted by the manager Daniel and Keauna. They answered all of my questions and got me into a new Iphone 12 and also got me hooked up with TVision. I definitely would recommend going to the mall location for any of your tmobile needs.

I had a screen color problem with my OnePlus 8 phone that no one could correct until I went to the T-Mobile store at the Mall. Almost had to make a warranty exchange until Daniel, the manager, figured it out. He saved me a lot of time and hassle. And hes patient, friendly, and most important of all knowledgeable.

I was just in their and they phones are nice but they prices are.. well.. pricey. I went to boost mobile next door and they have the same phones but for free.. Im not putting t mobile on blast because they are really reliable but I got the same phones priced for free at boost mobile while boost could have fee coverage areas because they cheaper
Micheal & Daizha helped me get a new phone as well as switched me over from Verizon. They both knew exactly what they were doing and did it quick and easy. The service from these two were amazing and the teamwork between these two were outstanding. Because of them, I am happy that I switched to T-mobile.

Today, this store gave T-Mobile a horrible reputation. The store hours are from 12-6, however, when I arrived there at 12:30, the store was closed. I didnt see any signs stating the store was going to be closed for a particular reason, which wouldve been understandable, however, looking at the other reviews, yes, worst experience Ive ever encountered with this phone service provider, might end up losing my business.I thought it was pretty amazing because the Verizon store next store, they actually cared and were trying to be attentive towards other customers waiting outside the T-Mobile store, now thats excellent customer service and made T-Mobile look horrible.

Terrible customer service, associates only care about making commission. While traveling my LG G4 phone stopped working randomly and would not turn on, even with plugging it in. I already had paid my phone off and I had it insured, so I figured this being a manufacturer defect I should of been able to get another phone with minor charges.I went into the Sierra Vista store and the associate only gave me one option....I had to buy a new phone, but played it off by telling me that I only had to pay the taxes and difference from my previous phone. Which was a lie, I had to buy the phone at full price, she was misleading from the beginning. The associate did not give me all my options, she said my phone is not covered with my insurance because it it is considered physical damage when my phone wont turn on. Which doesnt make sense, because my phone had no physical damage, it just stopped working and even the associates in the store said the G4 phones have been having issues and many people have been bringing them in.It wasnt until 1.5 hours that my sister came over and (used to work with verizon) asked about the phone warranty, that the associate finally disclosed any warranty options I rightfully had and offered to file claim with the insurance. Which is why I know I was mislead and lied to by the representative from the very beginning. It took over 2 hours for me to get a new phone and I left feeling ripped off. After reviewing the paperwork she didnt even give me the correct receipt (she gave me a different customers receipt). I am writing corporate about this situation, so much for customer service.
I had went to the Sierra vista location on 12/8/18 around 7:30 pm and the store was completely closed, I waited for about 20 minutes and left. I went to go pay my phone bill which was my only chance to go in and pay it. All the other stores were open in the mall but T-Mobile. It is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to close the store during business hours and I will be taking this up with corporate. I will be switching over myself and my family to Verizon after this incident.
Our plan is supposed to have Netflix included but instead we are being charged 16 dollars a month. They say we recieve a credit but there are no credits of any kind on the statement and they cantc show them to us. Not to mention last time we were in the store some shady dude lied to us saying we qualified for a free tablet if we paid the data each month. Now whether or not he made a mistake in adding the device or straight up lied is questionable but the store said he was let go for doing things like that. Now neither the store nor the 611 number will fix the issue. Each keeps blaming the other and referring us back and forth. They all say there is nothing they can do which makes no sense. I guess BBB and Fair Debt Collection need to be informed because Im not letting someone steal 40 dollars a month from me. And Im not paying to cancel a service that I wasnt suppose to have anyways. Horrible service. My bill never goes down even after paying off all my devices in person.

My wife and I both signed up for new plans with T-Mobile at the Sierra Vista Mall, including new phones, after we dumped Verizon because of their terrible service over the years. The T-Mobile service from a nice young lady named Jaylene was great, and everything works like it should. The Verizon store next door was empty the entire time we were at the Mall, while the T-Mobile store was hopping.
No hassle. Went in for a new charging cable. They got me what I needed, no attempts to sell anything else

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because I was told that T-Mobile would pay off the balance on the two phones I had with Verizon and that I would get a promo they had where if I bought one phone I got one free so I ended up buying two phones so I can get two free.Two months later I have $1,100 on my credit card because I had to pay off my Verizon bill and my T-Mobile phone bill shows that I owe a balance on four phones instead of two. I have been working with corporate for the last two days trying to get this resolved in the meantime Im paying interest on the balance I have on my credit card for the Verizon balance.I switched over on January 1st and didnt get my phone till 4 days later after I continuously harassed them. When I got home none of the phones were working, they never activated my phones. My phones were finally activated on Saturday after several trips and calls to the store. I lost wages because I couldnt work Friday or Saturday morning since I depend on my phone to work weekends.Everything has been a nightmare with those people at that store from switching over to paying for my phones to getting them activated to getting reimbursed, nothing has been easy and Im still wasting time and effort trying to get this taken care of two months later while they go on with their happy lives.All they care about is making the sale, once youve committed and the sale is final they dont care about you or what happens to you because youre no longer profitable.

Well I had trouble with my Samsung phone charger after buying 3of them I called serria vista tmobile and they had a new cable and charger in and out quickly the hardest part was the drive from Douglas to serria vista and back home but my little mister Bentley enjoyed the ride thank you serria vista tmobile Danny and Bentley
Go anywhere, but here. They will lie to you to get you to switch companies. Told my payoff on my sprint phone would be $200 after payoff. It’s $687 and. The iPhone XR is the worst phone yet.
This is an authorized T-Mobile retailer, they are not employees of T-Mobile and they do not have a responsibility to T-Mobile customers. All they want is the sale. My father was basically ripped off. The representative sold him on opening his own account to save $5/ month (its not cheaper btw). So they opened his account, but never ported over his line (even after I authorized the change of billing responsibility). Last night, the auto-pay for his new account overdrew his bank account, even though his line is still on my account. So, hes paying double because these sales people do not have a responsibility to T-Mobile customers.
Very friendly staff. Clear and up front about costs and Benefits. Very good for military members.

Ive used T-Mobile for my phone service provider for over 2 years now. It wasnt until I moved from Surprise, AZ to Sierra Vista, AZ that my problems started. Things started off well but went south after trading in my Samsung 7edge to purchase my Samsung 8+. When the store received my new phone I went into the T-mobile store at the Sierra Vista mall to pick it up and turn in my old one. At that time the female associate transferred everything from one phone to another and I was told that the Samsung 7edge would be kept at the store and shipped back to the warehouse and I would be emailed a receipt. Long story short it was never sent in and Im guessing that the female associate may have stolen it. Im still paying for the phone along with my new one. I have called the store many of times and the management doesnt have the correct training nor knowledge to run the store. Ive also called their 1-800 number and used the easy customer service text and Ive gotten nothing but false promises with no result. I recently went into the T-mobile store at the Sierra Vista mall to pay my bill and I received a late notice for payment because the associate there never applied it to my bill...he applied it to someone else bill. Again I called the 1-800 and recieve a verbal sorry and a promise to take $30 off my bill which never happened. It looks like Im paying for two phones, one for myself and one for the female associate who stole the second one. Ill never go into the Sierra Vista mall to pay my bill again and as soon as I pay both phones off Ill go to another carrier. T-Mobile is only concerned about making money and not their long time customers. Please save yourself the headache and money and go with another phone carrier as I will after my experience with T-Mobile.

Worst customer service compared to other T-Mobile retail stores; in terms of On-the-phone customer service. the workers there sound a bit greedy to me.
Unless you are picking up a new device or paying a bill just visit online or use the online contact number. I went in to discontinue a line I didnt use and they literally pick up the lan line, dial the number and hand you the phone to talk to customer service.
Worst customer service,stay away. Drove to Tucson to get my issue fix
