GEICO suggested me to King Street Collision Auto Repair Xpress. I took my damaged vehicle there. After the damage is estimated by the Geico adjuster & the dollar amount is sent to the shop, Mr. Willi (Williams) told/suggested me to take my car somewhere else. His reason is the money Geico estimated is NOT good enough to fix my car. When Mr. Willi (William) talked to me over the phone, he is very very rude, unprofessional & LIER. After I spoke to Geico, the repair shop fixed my vehicle.I also called early in the morning & spoke to Willi, he just lies to every question I ask him. He is very rude, unprofessional & not trustworthy.Because of Mr. Willi, I had bad experience with King Street Collision.
King Street Collision provided excellent service when repairing my car. Service was timely, I was notified when any changes were made and my car repair was completed sooner than expected. I appreciate their fast, but focused service.
Great service, dropped my car off on a Saturday morning and picked it up the follow Thursday. Detail done to the car body & hood was phenomenal. They even took it a step up to clean and vacuum my car. 11/10 service overall. Glad geico told me to come to this location
Got my Honda worked on twice here because of the GEICO Xpress service.They are constantly in communication with the customer and went above and beyond with repairs.Will be coming again if my car is ever in need of repairs

I am very happy with the service, speed and quality of work that King Street Collision provided me and my dear BMW 328i.A car rear-ended me on Thursday, and their license plate screws punctured the rear bumper of my 2014 BMW 328i. I called up GEICO (my insurance company) to report the incident, and within 30 minutes they had me booked at King Street Collision for an appointment on Monday. I was nervous to take my car to an auto body shop, as anyone would be if they dont know the shop. When I got there on Monday, I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist and within five minutes they inspected my car and told me that it looked like a simple touch up job. They said that it would take 3-5 days to complete the work, and got me a rental car, or tank I should say (they gave me Nissan Armada V8).I was happily surprised when I received a call the very next day informing me that King Street Collision completed the work on my car. I drove over there after work and when they showed my car I was ecstatic. It looked marvelous. Really great work. I looked at it from many angles, but couldnt find anything wrong with the touch up job that they performed. Take a look at the picture that I uploaded along with this review that shows a before and after shot.Im happy and would recommend King Street Collision to anybody.
They did one of the best jobs a human can ask forLong story short I was driving I have a very nice car someone Rambert in to me on my right in the front of my car I wish I can post images if I can I will show you guys within two weeks of my feedback of this but they and fantastic job on my car in my insurance is under Geico so go there If you need Any outside work done on your car by any colors shape or model Or year they can cover you I promise... 👍🏻👍🏽👍🏾

The woman at the front desk was professional and kind. She was the best part of this process.HOWEVER, I had 2 issues.1. After getting my car back, and the mirror fixed, the window wasnt going all the way down. I went back only for the young, bearded, guy to seem surprised and somewhat dismissive after I told him it wasnt working. The older gentleman with gray hair, fixed it and said it was a wire in the wrong place that the window was catching on.2. I was there Friday Mar 13th and paid my deductible. But as of today on Monday, the charge wasnt on my bank statement. I called my bank who said it was the shops issue, they did not claim the funds. I spoke with the front desk woman again, who said the manager is out of the office today and I will have to wait until tomorrow to get it handled.Also, though my insurance covered repairs, the prices seemed high.
Highly unsatisfactory. First, the service was incredibly slow getting a repair completed after an accident. They reported that there was previous damage to our vehicle when there was absolutely NOT any previous damage. The damage was, in our opinion, most likely caused by their parking and vehicle storing situation. They were incredibly rude and failed to provide the proof of a photo they suggested they had. We will never use this shop again, and recommend everyone else stay away as well. They are dishonest and disrespectful. I will gladly drive further from Silver Spring to get better, more honest service next time. I am so extremely disappointed in this business.Like Share
Worst place ever, communication poor. Theyve had my car since 12/21/19 due to my rear passenger side tire was stolen. The only reason for me having it towed to them is because I was worried that there may have been suspension damage so I thought let them check it out better safe than sorry. I chose them because they did impeccable work on my car before. Not so this time!!!! there was no damage done to the suspension so it was just a simple tire/rim change and its done. Okay it is now 2 weeks later and I still dont have my car I was told theyre still waiting on the rim to come in, theyve ordered the wrong rim and because of the holidays its taking so long. Okay maybe its me but as a business shouldnt your business have more than one source when ordering parts?? @ WEEKS for a Rim and Tire?? absolutely ridiculous!!!! AAANNDD I STILL dont have my car!!!!!!
Right around the corner from me was the reason I chose king street collision for repairs when my car was hit in a parking lot. They made it simple and seamless. They did a good job and delivered the car earlier than expected which makes me a happy camper!
I had a wonderful experience with King Street Collision Repair Service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date with expected repair wait times as the parts came in from wherever. When Geico listed King Street as an authorized repair shop, I was a bit unsure if using this businesses service was going to be a good choice. Apprehension was the first thing I felt when I rolled up in front of the business. King Street Collision looks like a small Mom and Pop Shop, plus its a bit tucked away on a quiet street. However, when the service was completed I was shocked! The bumper and lower trunk from my fender bender was like new again! My car was swept clean and even washed as well! When they returned my car from the garage, I was like, Whose car is this? Its easy to see now why Geico and their onsite Enterprise Car Rental Agent are working with King Street Collision. I highly recommend this business.

With King Street and Geico, accidents are almost easy! Weve used King St twice now on different cars, and theyve been ahead of schedule with fixes that look better than the original body work! Their integration with Enterprise makes rental cars as simple as they can be, and youll be in and out in minutes. Great experience and well (hopefully never have to) be back.
This company is HORRIBLE! Horrible work ethic, horrible craftsmanship and possess No Integrity. They (including the owners) acted as if the work was acceptable, however, the bumper didnt fit and was warped. The paint color was far from matching the rest of the vehicle and there were bubbles in the paint. They also failed to repair obvious damages from the collision. My biggest concern pertained to damages I couldnt discover myself (i.e. behind the bumper and the undercarriage). King Street covered up many of those damages and didnt make the repair; this is based on what I found out after having to go to a second Collision Center to get the job done correctly. King Street Collision = HORRIBLE & UNETHICAL business.
When someone backed into my car and broke a headlight, my grill and front end, this place was on a list near my home provided by the insurance. The process was very easy. They fixed everything, down to the clear adhesive hood protector. Essentially I was dealing with multiple entities: the repair place, insurance adjuster, and car rental. All was done on the same site and was a surprisingly easy process. I got my rental car and was in and out very quickly. If I need other body work in the future Id take my care there.
They got the job done super quickly and dealing between them and geico was easy. However, they stole my iPhone cable from my car so that kinda sucks

They painted the bumper of my vehicle a darker color and claimed that all bumpers are darker than the car which is not true. Instead of redoing the work the owner simply walked away to leave the claims adjuster for GEICO to argue with me about why the colors dont match. If they werent in such a hurry to get me off the Collision premises I would have explained to him that Ive worked with painting before and know that this is a BS rush job and that I know there are differences between metal and plastics but that doesnt mean that you cannot mix the paint to properly match it just takes more time and effort which is something this place apparently doesnt want to do to get the job done correctly.
When I dropped my car off, and they anticipated getting paid that day through insurance customer service was through the roof ( this was probably also due to the fact I was only talking to GEICO and Enterprise reps). When I called back with all intentions of taking my car here for repairs, the conversation and attitude over the phone with a member of this auto body team was unacceptable. They were apprehensive and frustrated with my questions and extremely unhelpful. Down right RUDE! I obviously took my business else where, but with that attitude toward a person who’s bussiness they could have had I, would warn no one to go here. Piss poor!

Really terrible estimation of when my car would be ready. Inconvenient pick up hours. My car had no coolant when I drove it off?? They tried to trick me into getting a rental that was more expensive than my insurance covers and when I took the only car within the price range, it was some tiny Mirage that shook and sounded like a diesel engine. Ive had my car fixed through insurance a few times and this was the worst experience by far.

I was having a horrible morning, first, I got lost 3 times with the useless gps out here.then I was late to my appt here at kings. from the moment i walked in, i was put at ease by the manners and professionalism of the helpful and beautiful staffers, who casually dealt with my subtle flirting dynamic, not budging an inch. i look forward to seeing them again when i pick up my ride tomorrow.
I gave this shop two opportunities to do my body work and paint correctly, however, they failed.The paint had tons of junk under the clear coat, including what looked to be someones sweater fibers. There was overspray everywhere, including on my grill and on my engine.They didnt remove anything before they painted the car, including the door handles or the glass but they certainly charged for it.There were still scratched up areas that were supposed to be repaired.I am currently trying to have the car re-painted and the oversprayed areas fixed, but the quote is so high because of King Streets terrible job (they have practically totalled my car) that my insurance company is giving me push-back. I have no idea what I am going to do, but this relatively straightforward minor job has turned into a complete nightmare.

Not even a year later and the paint on my bumper is already peeling off significantly. Be warned if you get your car repainted here under insurance.
