My sister took her vehicle there for some required repairs.....small office area....had one bathroom....depending on who was using it at the time.......the Women sign....went up.....staff was attentive and courteous.

Kevin is extremely dismissive and not friendly at all, when I first called a few days prior he seemed to be agitated over the phone but I always give people the benefit of the doubt so I continued with setting up an appointment.When I entered into the office today, Election Day, I DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL, just rude for no reason.Kevin called me about 30 min after me leaving in regards to my estimate, Verbatim he says “This is Kevin, yea you can take your car somewhere else because I waited on hold for 15 min with your insurance” I just cut the conversation short and said thanks have a good day.

Worst body work ever and they take forever to do shoddy work. If your vehicle is damaged in an accident, dont have it repaired at MileOne Body Shop Express. Ive had USAA Insurance for over 45 years and even they werent helpful.

2010 750I front bumper replacement, one week turn around and that included a delay in parts. Excellent job, but the car was washed, waxed and fully detailed on the inside.....Thats full customer service for sure.....I highly Recommend

Horrible experience as soon as you walk into the office. I wish I would’ve got the mans name who helped me this morning when I arrived. Very dismissive, not helpful and no information given at all to me when I asked for a estimate.... all he said was “we are short staffed but we can give you a estimate and walked away”... As if I was suppose to follow him... you EASILY lost thousands for a repair because of a dismissive and very nonchalant employees attitude as if I’m not already upset about the fact my car was HIT. Instead of arguing, I can take my business elsewhere... I know where my business welcomed.I also had another repair I wanted them to look at as well... so you really lost out on two checks.Teach your employees how to treat customers with common courtesy. Very impolite...

I am very disappointed with the service at mile one body shop express. My Audi has been at this facility for over two months. The body shop manager has made it a point to hold my vehicle ransom because he has not received a return on a part ordered that was apparently faulty. He has received all payments from my insurance company, but for whatever reason not from the part supplier he ordered a headlight from. This is unacceptable and I certainly won’t give nor refer any business to the body shop. I’m understanding in most situations when it comes to auto repair and service because I was a service advisor at one time. But this is a total cluster....

Outstanding quality of work, efficient and extremely friendly staff. The team at MileOne Express exceeded my expectations in the repair of the rear of my car which suffered cosmetic and structural damage. As an auto enthusiast, I am VERY particular about my car. I hope never to have to see the folks at MileOne again but if I need repairs in the future, I will use them -- fantastic experience given the unfortunate circumstances.

I had a part replaced on the upper rear bumper of my GLS450 and the silver trim above it was injured during the repair process. The manager opted to replace the injured piece however that was three weeks ago and the part was to be available within two days. Due to mile ones parts policy I have no choice but to wait. Clock is still ticking...Im trying to remain patient.

I was taken in by a gypsy auto repair perp who said he could fix my car and, Make it look new. I am ashamed to say I fell for his pitch. He made it worse!!!! I went to this shop to beg for help as I knew I couldnt afford a like new repair. They said it wouldnt be perfect, but they would see what they could do for an amount I could afford. Well, they may not have gotten it perfect, but what they did do was amazing! I am deeply grateful that they took pity on me. Folks like this renew your faith in people.

Wifes 2016 Forester was in a minor accident that required a new front bumper and some buffering. Linda D. was superb to deal with on the phone, internet and in person. Dropped the car off Tuesday morning and all was done by Thursday afternoon. Very pleased with the whole process and yes the work appears to be top notch. Would def use again and highly recommend. Top notch service.
