I scheduled an appointment last week where I thought all was good. Went there the tall guy ask can I help you . I informed him I have a 10am, whats last name ? No I dont see anything, this is all I have on screen. So I showed him my phone, he says oh you have to wait for an email that confirms it . He explained if you made appointment same day thats Why it says wait for email. He didnt even suggest or say let me see if I have a different time available today for you. No type of help. I said ok I guess Ill try some where else. Even though I had service there before paid for the 6 months package for alighnment. I Called around other places, other places booked. So I went back online made appointment on Monday 8/23/21for an appointment on 8/28/21. Its now Friday 8/27/21, i have not received any email and online they had these appointments availaible, but again no email if he said you have to wait for email, still no email, I had my neighbor book an appointment on Tuesday to make an appointment on 8/28 and he has not recieved any email to confirm appointment. I read other reviews informing its a rip off to go there . I would believe it now,, due to that this month makes the 6th month. so I can get the alightment I paid when I was there 5months ago $89.99 plus taxes So the 6months elignments Is really not for the 6months then its really for a rip off. Smdh they need to put a auto stop there. I had heard good reviews, but they were booked.

I love going to Sears Auto because mechanics know what theyre doing and also everyone at the front desk that you initially meet to ask you about your car there also mechanics so they did a wonderful job especially with your customer service thank you serious

I have used this shop a few times for smaller to moderate repairs, always with quality results (and once the mechanic spotted an alignment issue as a freebie). I would not hesitate to go back. Once or twice I was slow getting served. Theyre not super cheap, but I always got the deal we agreed on.

I called in and made an appointment with Jose and the rest is history. My appointment was secure and I was seen upon walking through the door. Jose was very professional and supportive to my specific auto needs. He told me if he wasnt available to ask for Kwame, and boy was he also a steward of customer service. They both discussed price and recommendations. Not pushy, but very clear. My vehicle was ready in +/- the time expected. I am very thankful to the service. Overall, every staff member treated all that came in with COVID respect. Thank you!

I ordered 4 tires from Amazon to be delivered to Sears Auto Center for installment and never received them. The seller now refuses to refund me for the tires I never received.I ordered the tires through Amazon to be delivered by FedEx to Sears Auto Center in White Oak, Md. I believe they were stolen by Sears employees. The seller has given me supporting claims that the tires were delivered and signed for.Kwame, the store manager, went through great length to show me just how flawed their receiving system is, as a means to excuse their part in this loss. He explained that sometimes the carriers deliver to the Main Store and he and his team will go days without checking if they have received anything. He even showed me the open area in their shop where deliveries are dropped off. He claims they never sign for their deliveries.Somewhere between FedExs confirmed delivery date on December 18th and my appointment to have them installed (Dec 30th) my tires went missing. None of the parties involved are taking responsibility for the tires unknown whereabouts. So I, the customer, am out of $252.28 and 4 tires.The ball was dropped somewhere and I am very dissatisfied and frustrated because I need those tires. I must commute to work in rain, sleet and snow and my tires have had it! My role is essential and I need reliable transportation. I chose Sears Auto Center because its in my neighborhood and was listed on Amazon as a recommended auto service center. My time was wasted and I need a full refund.*Update, January 2nd, 2021*I went back to speak with Kwame and show him the signature for the tires. His assistant manager took me to the ‘Main Store’ to check their package room. The gentleman at the main store working in shipping was helpful and took his time to look and called his supervisor to verify. Still, no one was able to find my tires. No one claimed the signature. I go back to the auto center to speak once more with Kwame. He firmly believes the tires were not delivered. He was apologetic and seemed sincere. He said if something came up he would call me. When I leave to go home I find my front left tire flat. In the Sears Auto Center parking lot.*Update, January 6th, 2021*I spoke with the Lost Prevention Officer on 1/5/21 after filing a police report for theft. The officer was kind and candidly forthcoming with as much information on the security measures in place at this Sears/Sears Auto, which I appreciated. I had spoken with Kwame earlier in the same day and also informed him of the police report I made. I asked if the officer would be able to retrieve the cameras footage, and I was told that the cameras Do Not Work in the Auto Center. This fact was later confirmed by the Lost Prevention Officer.

Kwame was incredible. Definitely a very personalized approach to customer service. The staff was very accommodating with my busy schedule and got me in and out in half the time. I’ve been a customer for some time now but I’m really happy to see that the customer service is even better then before. Ralph was very informative concerning some of the issues with my SUV. Very thankful for the additional recommendations and advice.

Not sure why this place gets such a bad rap. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have yet to try to upsell me on any unnecessary products or services. Car’s ready right when they say it will be. They stayed open late for me on one occasion to help with urgent repairs, which was a real lifesaver. Don’t believe all the bad reviews.

I highly recommend Sears Automotive at Silver Spring. I have a car with 272,000 miles that they have kept running well. I especially appreciate the excellent service provided by Mr. Abraham Agbettor. He routinely assist me with getting the necessary service I need while staying within my budget. His valued help and support and the thorough work provided by their mechanics make Sears my primary choice for auto repairs and maintenance. Also, my special thanks to the Sears administrative staff for a well run department.

Well, of course, THEY DIDNT HAVE MY FILTER and it was going to cost me an additional $27.00 and two more hours (they didnt have it in stock and had to go get it). I DECLINED! Went to Pep boys and received excellent service for lesser the price.

So I have been here three times now for two different cars, and have had positive experiences all three times. On one occasion, they didnt charge me anything and fixed the air pressure in my tires after a light in my car signaled there was a problem. On two other occasions, (oil change and putting in lights) they charged modest rates ~$30 for oil and $50 for light changes. If you are a Sears Shop Your Way member, you can use points on the service - where else can you get car fixes for basically free? The wait time was a bit lengthier than I would like (1.5-2 hours on average) but I was going there during busy times. Plus I was able to go to the Sears shopping center while I waited. I would highly recommend this location.

The review before me mentioned getting great service from Kwame, so I specifically asked for him when I walked in. He was friendly, attentive, and offered a great price! I was in-and-out within 30 minutes for a battery change. It was one of the best, most seamless experiences Ive had for a car servicing.Ive only been here twice. The previous time I had to wait forever and the staff didnt seem very proactive. This time was the complete opposite. I guess my advice would be to call in and ask specifically for Kwame, or any of the other staff mentioned positively in other peoples reviews.

New to the area. Was looking for a good experience from an iconic retail brand.Ordered and paid for 4 in stock tires online and made an appointment for 9am next day for fitting.Showed up on time for appointment, gave service request: best current tire to go to spare, 4 new tires on other rims (including a new rim in the trunk).Waited for 1hr 15mins before being told the tires I ordered were not available. Agreed to accept an alternate (by this point, keen to get out of there to carry on my life). Waited a further ~hour before being told the car was ready. On inspecting the car, 4 new tires on old rims, new rim still in the trunk (with no spare). Further ~45min spent to get old best current tire put on new rim.Short version: 3hrs spent for a job that should take 1hr tops, did not get the tires I had paid for, and had to complain to get correction of an error that could have left me stranded at the side of the road.Beware: To all potential Sears Auto customers - all customers are treated as walk ins: take your place in line and expect to wait.In 35 years driving, paying for many different tires on many different cars, I have never had such poor service. Sears Auto just went from potential go to provider to place of last resort.

Terrible service!! The Sears staff are there to steal your money.I had got my wheel alignment on 12/28/2017 and as per their deal they perform wheel alignment again within six months, had done less than 1000 miles from the time I got the first wheel alignment, so i got the complementary wheel alignment done last week(06/26/2018), they checked the wheels and gave me a clean report stating everything is fine.Yesterday, I had to replace my battery and as an courtesy they checked the wheel alignment and said it was off the limits. Between last week and yesterday I drove less than 50 miles. And I am quite surprised that the wheel alignment was off the charts. I requested the representative to fix my wheel alignment since its been only 50 miles that i drove since last time. I am pretty much sure last week when they gave me the clean report they dint even check or fix anything. This is nothing but a case of deceiving innocent customers, And while I was waiting for the battery change there were couple of customers who were agitated at the service provided. One of the customers asked to check for engine oil level and Sears auto changed the engine oil and demanded money from her. This is ridiculous service and the service representatives are damaging the brand. The service representatives are not courteous and do not provide good customer service.After yesterday, I have sworn myself never to step at Sears ever.

I checked in my car for an oil change on a Friday around 10:26 am and I got it back at 11:41 am. It was promised at noon but got it sooner. Shout out to Mr. James for helping me. Staff was rude & slow. You have to get someones attention cause they will not acknowledge you. Over heard one employee giving wrong information to a customer. Had an appointment and still waited over 2 hours just to get wheels balanced. And on top of that they scratched & chipped all 4 wheels around the lug nuts smh. Terrible mistake in chosing this place to install my tires purchased at Amazon. Right from the start they stated were behind schedule so itll take a while to install.... so guess what? I called with some questions, and George was great! He took 25 minutes to explain to me what I needed, the type of tires I was looking for, and he said while he didnt have the product I needed in stock, he found another store that had all four tires in stock. I felt much more confident making a tire purchase after this discussion. I purchased some Hankook tires on Amazon and decided to use one of their contract installers for convenience. This place in Silver Spring was closest to me, so I went to get them installed today. I knew it might take a while so I had lunch; the guy DID suggest an alignment, but I had a four wheel alignment last year, so he did not hassle me. Well, people complain about being hustled for an alignment BUT...if you have not had one in a while, you better get one. True, this every six months thing is probably for the birds. I drove the car home, it tracked straight, and balance was perfect (and I have one wheel that is hard to GET perfect). No problems here!

I usually get all maintenance work directly done from the dealership and I was skeptical to go to Sears Auto. That has now changed - I am so impressed by the customer service particularly Marij Ahmed. I had to drive over 40 miles to work and I knew something was wrong with my tire. He went above and beyond to make sure I was serviced despite me coming close to closing. He put my safety first and I will now be a loyal customer to Sears Auto.

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!!!After waiting for 30 mins with only 2 people in front of me, the rep was very rude and dismissive. Let me start by saying, they allowed other people to skip the line due to them being of the same ethnicity and granting them service first. Once I was helped, the rep insisted he couldn’t find my appointment however I kept telling him “the appointment has been booked through carwise and you guys confirmed it”. After showing him the text messages confirming my appointment he stated then states “the wait will be 3 hrs and we have to do other steps in order to service you”. Me being completely frustrated, I walked out the store. Please spend your money elsewhere and not here!!!!

This Sears service location used to be decent, but now its pretty terrible. The salesman I dealt with was difficult and could not grasp the concept of customer service to save his life. The salesman also attempted to sell me tires I did not need! Thankfully, I got a second opinion from the dealership who basically said all four tires were fine. I never received a multi point inspection report on my vehicle because one was never completed. I guess they figured it would be a lost cause since they couldnt sell a needless set of tires to me.I brought my vehicle to them to get a new battery and the front axel and suspension examined and repaired. What was supposed to take two business days (because they seemed to be open in vain on New Years Day) actually took three days. The suspension guy was supposed to report to work on Day Two but he didnt. No one called me to let me know my vehicle would not be ready. If the employee is not starting the job or if there is an issue with ordering parts the business should keep the client informed.On the third day I arrived around 4pm to check the status of this service because this location hates to answer the phone. The technician hadnt even started on my vehicle even though the parts had been delivered earlier that day. So I told them I would wait and they needed to finish THAT DAY. Basically a two and a half hour service took three days. Who knows how long this would have taken had I not gone to the shop and demanded that they start and literally stand in the waiting area watching them like a hawk. Meanwhile, other customers were lamenting about 3 and 4 hour waits for oil changes and tire service WITH APPOINTMENTS.The sales staff was so nonchalant like they were doing me some type of free favor. They dont communicate well and seem to think their customers have no choice but to patronize this business. In the future Ill just spend the extra money at the dealership in Silver Spring in exchange for peace of mind. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle elsewhere. Dont make the mistake I made. Dont ignore these reviews.

My girlfriend had a low tire pressure sensor go off and she ended up finding a nail in her rear right tire. She brought it in and later received a call from Sears saying there was no nail and the tire pressure was fine (which was complete crap as we checked the tire pressure and it was at 20 psi). Later when she went in they admitted they did end up finding a nail but it didnt puncture deep enough to require a patch and they refilled the tire to the correct pressure.Low and behold she has a flat this afternoon. Thanks for the skilled automotive work Sears!

You cannot say that you were not warned about this place.I came in to Sears Auto Center in White Oak, MD on Labor Day 2018. A friend said shops are always busy on holidays, but it appears from other reviews, that speed of service is not dependent on a holiday for this place.Appointment was for an oil change.I made an appointment online for 11am the same morning. I arrive around 10:50. Checked in at 11:08.Verbally I was promised a completed time of 12:30pm. The paperwork guaranteed 2:30pm, which I subsequently noticed.They did not move my car from the spot where I parked into the shop until around 2:00pm.You can stand by the back door or you can look through the window into the garage from the customer lounge area. Either way, you can witness how slow the service providers move. They go back and forth, back and forth with paperwork like no one understands whats on the work request.There was a minor oil leak. After waiting for nearly 3 hours for my car to be moved into the garage, they said they couldnt do the oil change because of some leakage underneath. I, yes I, asked them to check the oil level. It was fine, indicating the leak was minor/insignificant. They finally agreed to change the oil anyways.That was, however, after they took my car into the garage initially, checked the alignment, changed the air filter (hopefully), and gave it a multi-point inspection (again, hopefully). The guy brings the paperwork to the front and the lady asks if he did the oil change. He goes back out to my car and drives it back into the shop. Lol Im there primarily for an oil change. Im not making this up.So, like I said, the promised time on paper was 2:30. I received a text from them around 2:27 saying that my car was finished. When I received the text, I was literally staring at my car, which was still elevated in the shop. I took a picture. I still have the picture; I still have the text message.Theyre slow and theyre dishonest. These are facts. I left my opinion out as much as possible because I have nothing nice to say.You all cant say you havent been warned.

Worst experience with an auto shop in my life. I actually used to work in cars myself when I was younger, but now with my job, it’s much easier to take it to a shop...I will never take my car to this shop ever again. Dropped my beloved car off to have thermostat, radiator hose and flash coolant done cause my car was overheating; and I didnt have an appointment. AFTER AN AMAZINGLY LONG WAIT....(.BAIT AND SWITCH!?)After being quoted a price with the original ticket inquiry-waited 3 hrs to have a battery checked and new one installed only to then be told that A. Yes, you do need a new one and B. We dont have a Diehard so were trying an alternative battery......$140 to $200 (they dont check to see if they have the battery in stock when writing a ticket). Salesman refused to honor the quoted price however the GM did.

I take my car to be serviced every month here only because it close and approved by Uber to take my leased car. Customer service is horrible. One time my car was blowing hot I dropped my car off on a Friday (a holiday weekend ) they kept my car until Sunday I went to pick up car to find out car was still blowing hot air I gave them the car back to then be told they can’t get the part I needed so I had to take car to the dealership on following Tuesday I estimate I loss $1800 another story I take my car to get oil change and tire rotation once a month as I’m working I started to hear a noise so I had to stop working and go home took it to sears to find out my breaks were gone and damaged my rotors it took me hundreds of dollars to get fixedPlus hundreds of dollars from missing work. I’ve complained to sears corporation and got no response this has to be the worst company in America I don’t recommend anyone using sears auto centers.

I wish I could rate this lower, I really do. They may have killed my car, Ill find out tomorrow from a REAL mechanic.I have used this Sears for years because it is very close to my house and is convenient. I will never use them again. Over the years I have gradually reduced my expectations of them as they: consistently had people waiting an exceptionally long time to make a purchase, worked slowly, tried to tell me I needed work done that a mechanic I trust said was completely unnecessary, and cost me $300 when one of their workers stole my prescription sunglasses out of my car.After that last incident I figured I would just be sure: A) not to leave anything of value in the car, and B) to only use them for the most basic of tasks: tires, batteries, and oil changes. I honestly didnt think my opinion of their work could get any lower. I wont even trust them with oil changes any more, Ill find another Sears to go to if I have to get my tires fixed under the Road Hazard plan even if it means driving 50 miles or eating the cost of the protection plan.My latest encounter with this particular Sears was a tire change (which they didnt screw up), and an oil change which they royally screwed up once by leaving the oil filter so loose that I lost a quart of oil. Thankfully I was able to bring it back to them and they ever so graciously topped off my oil. All is right in the world, right? Until 2 weeks ago when my check engine light went off. Admittedly I should have taken it in immediately, but its my busy season. Today I took a look under the hood when I smelled something unusual after driving home. Those idiots topped off my oil and never put back on the oil cap on top of the engine. This whole time oil has been splashing out of my engine as Ive been driving over potholed winter roads, and it took a couple of weeks before the check engine light came on. Hopefully, my mechanic will look over things and be able to repair it, but in the meantime I strongly encourage you to stay the hell away from this Sears if you value your vehicle.

I normally don’t write reviews on anything, but this time I feel compelled to do so. Ignoring what transpired with the kind of service my wife and I received from that shop is a disservice to the community in which I live. My wife and I took our vehicle for a repair of noise coming next to the engine and to perform an oil change on the vehicle. Two days later, I was notified the car was READY for PICK UP and the PROBLEM WITH THE NOISE HAD BEEN FIXED. After WE PAID for the service rendered on the vehicle, as soon as my wife started the vehicle, she noticed the NOISE was still there. We walked back to the shop to talk to the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP who initially wrote the work order to explain to him that the problem WAS NOT FIXED. It was then he explained to us that TWO MECHANICS had looked at the vehicle and STATED they could not see where the noise was coming from, nor would they be able to fix it. However, the CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE recommended to us that we took the vehicle to the dealership. After his recommendations, my wife got behind the wheel to drive the car, and I followed her on her way. As she drove the car about ONE MILE from the shop, it TOTALLY STALLED on New Hampshire Avenue and Adelphi Road, with everything (steering wheel, brakes, battery) locking up on her, causing her to lose COMPLETE CONTROL of the vehicle, almost causing her to have a grave, if not deadly accident, had it not been for a sidewalk that helped the vehicle to come to a FULL STOP. Imagine watching your love one losing control of a vehicle and being unable to do anything about it! Thanks God my wife survived the accident and was unhurt – though the impact of hitting that sidewalk shocked the hell out her and me – who could not do anything about it. As I immediately called the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to explain what had just happened, and to my astonishment, he told me to TAKE THE CAR BACK TO THE SHOP for his mechanics to fix it. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! The same REPRESENTATIVE, who told me less than 10 minutes earlier that HIS TWO MECHANICS could not fix the noise, watched us drive the car away from his lot, was now telling us we can take it back. As I told him how come he allowed us to drive a vehicle that WAS NOT DRIVABLE, he simply said his mechanics did not tell him whether the vehicle was drivable. As result, I called a tow truck to take the car to another repair shop. Folks, I do understand that people can be incompetent as far as fixing or repairing things, as demonstrated by the people in that shop, but being totally negligent is unacceptable – totally negligent of informing us on the status of the vehicle, and worse yet, allowing my wife to get behind the wheel. There is no way in hell I would have allowed her to drive the car had they told us the car WAS NOT DRIVEABLE. Worse of all the CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE watched us drive the car off the lot and said nothing about it. I can say I am VERY GRATEFUL to the LORD that my wife did not end up in a deadly accident due to the incompetence and negligence of the people of that shop. But it is equally important for me is to share my experience with others so that NO ONE faces the same fate in the future. So, make your choice wisely as you select a place to work on your vehicle and good luck.

The gave me an appointment to replaced my tire and I was arrived next day on time. They took my keys and told me to wait. After I was sitting one and half hours they told me the tire the one I want they dont have it. I was passed because the wasted my time. I do not recommend any body to to go their. The are not professional.

I went in to pick up a car top carrier I ordered online. I waited 30 minutes in line due to only one customer service rep working the counters. Once I was helped I was told they didnt have the carrier even though I ordered it by phone and they assured me they had it on hand. Complete failure. Now I have to drive to Columbia to get it and hope they have it. Mind you they called and checked and verified Columbia had one. Well see when I get there. First and last time I will do business here.

This place is awful. One, they (customer service) are very rude. Secondly, sexist to assume I do not know about my own car. The guy tried to tell me I needed 5w20 for my German car. I informed him that I need 5w30 as it displays on the oil cover under my hood. He tried to sell me a cheap Mobil brand for $9 dollars a bottle. I informed him Fiat, although made by Chrysler is an Italian model not German. Felt like my car was going to be damaged by his unfamiliarity with my vehicle. He lost his cool, I requested his manager and told me to go around the corner and get him. Very disrespectful. They do not greet you When you come in the door. I could have been scaling the walls. They wouldnt have noticed because they do not look up to acknowledge customers. I got there 8am sharp. They open at 8am. It was empty. So there was no need to not be cognizant of customers waiting to be helped. Dont waste your money on terrible service.

I replaced tires 3 days ago, but my both headlights(low beams) became no working. They had worked perfectly before replacement of tires. When I went there to complain the next day, I waited for 6hours, but mechanics couldnt fix them and made other lights (one high beam and support lights) not work. Thus, I had to fix my problems at another autoshop. Mechanics are not skillful at all and going to make you waste your time and additional money.

Terrible customer service.... Just terrible. I came in for my oil change appointment at 9AM, the place was almost empty. I walked up to the lady at the desk, apparently she was the Manager, and was told me to wait for the worker helping someone else outside. So I took a seat by the window next to this guy, whose I later found out have waited over an hour for his car to be looked at..... As I waited for 15 minutes, a lady came in and was told to wait for the same worker so she took a seat by side me. The worker finished up and came inside, he glanced at the people sitting by the window then proceeded to do his paperworks. He looked at the lady who came before me and told her to give him her papers, I was so confused and looked at the manager who observed the whole situation did not said a word. I did not want to make a fuss about such a small mistake. Then another worker came to the table in front of me and I asked if I should have given the guy my papers he replied I dont know man thats not my business I dont know what to tell you .... Like what???? So I sat back down. 940 has passed and a few people has came in . They walked back in after he looked at her car. While hes doing her papers the lady brought in her mom and asked if she can get her mom signed up for a Seers card. The worker look at us and told her sure like their are not a bunch of people waiting ....... his manager could have take the ladys mom she was just sending people around. 10 arrived, the guy seemed to think Im not existed so I walked up to him and said my mans I have been waited for a long time are you going to help me? He seemed shook and looked at my papers. After I told him my car is the Blue Lexus outside, he walked back in and told me he did not see any Lexus..... I walked outside with him and pointed at the car this is the blue Lexus.... I have never had such bad customer service this is truly terrible. 1 hour wait for an oil change appointment and it took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to finished my car ...... No word if I could have given a 0star I would ...

Whoever the dbag is on the phone needs to simmer down. Rude as hell. Ive had a slow leak in my tire that Ive had for awhile now but just came to realize the leak and I wanted to schedule an appointment. He responds, we dont make same day appointments. I respond, Can I make an appointment for tomorrow I cant make it in today. We dont make same day appointments. Im sorry can you repeat that? We dont make same day appointments! I wasnt asking for a same day appointment. He literally didnt let me schedule an appointment on the phone. Not letting grumpy old ass people work on my car for all we know and expect payment. This place is the worst.... They dont even complete the services they are paid to do. Twice I took my car in to have a tire rotation and oil change and they didnt rotate the tires. Two separate times they did not finish the work that was to be completed. The customer service is terrible. The staff is rude. I have been hung up on while trying to make an appointment. The guy said Im with a customer and terminated the call. Idk how these guys are still in business as they cant seem to do the simplest of tasks or be polite to the people that are paying their salary. 0 stars needs to be an option for reviews.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! One of the worst most unprofessional automotive establishments i have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Slowest service Ive ever witnessed by a long shot. Waited 2 hours with an appointment to be told the tech would not touch (align) my car because the tire were worn down past their liking. Basically they wanted to sell me new tires and a refused. witness the staff continue to be rude to a number of other customers. This location should be shut down by SEARS corporate.

I really wish that I could give no stars because I am so upset. This place is beyond terrible and all of the negative reviews are accurate. The customer service is horrendous and please do not take your vehicle here for an alignment unless you want it driving worse than it ever has before. I have been calling everyone in the Sears to try and get some type of assistance. I only just had the alignment done today (7/13/2018) and my car is ruined.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Avoid going here if you can.I usually dont write reviews but this one had to be written. I would give them 0 stars of I had the option.Ive been to this place a several times and I know their wait time is usually 2 hours for a simple oil change. I asked the salesperson the last time I was here if there was a way to cut down the wait time for next time, hoping he could suggest certain times of the day when the service was faster. First off, the sales person doesnt speak English well enough to run this place. However, the sales person suggested that I should schedule an appointment next time so that it would be quicker. Well, FORGET THAT! I scheduled an appointment for 5pm and I got out of there after 8:15pm. So much for trying to saving time.Also, the customer service is AWFUL! I went upto the sales person at 7pm (appointment time:5pm) to ask how much longer my car would be. The sales person literally YELLED at me and said they havent even taken your car in for service yet and I should go and sit down. When I asked to speak to the manager, he pointed at the manager in the service place (where there are some oil spills and they are fixing cars). He then said, he is right there, go and talk to him.I go and talk to the manager, almost slipped twice, and he looks at me and ignores me. So then I called him and said are you the manager? He responded: yes. I explained the situation to him and he practically didnt do anything about it. He said: I have enough cars in here and I will get to yours when I have time.Well moral of the story, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

The guy who works at the register in the far back right told me I had to get my refund online and when I got home I tried to do that and they told me that was false! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I highly recommend finding somewhere else to service you. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change today 2/4/2017. I came in, was not greeted by a single employee in there. Not even a well be right with you or something. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stood there for 18 minutes as they walked in and out from the back, no greeting, nothing, just like I was invisible. Even the two guys that came in after me were standing waiting becoming frustrated. I ended up leaving because why give my money to a place that doesnt even care about the customers, so I can only imagine how much they would care about my vehicle.

I bought a groupon for synthetic oil for an oil change and I STILL got charged $50. If you have someone who can do work on cars call them. Dont come to this leech of an auto shop. This place definitely fits the stereotype for auto places that work people and scam them. I should have known better because when I walked in, there were ladies complaining to each other about how awful the service is. Only one star because I couldnt do zero stars. Must be fun to have to pay fines for all your bad reviews. Good job, Sears. 👍

Whats unfortunate is corporate clearly doesnt care about the reviews nor the amount of people that call corporate because nothing has changed! It was amazing that one manager could turn a place around like Kwame has, there where about 20clients he was working with most just waiting for there car.All called him by name and he helped every one of them I wish I had even one of my bank managers be so on-top of there client services!! They didn’t take my keys until 1:30 and told me to come back in an hour,( long wait for an oil change but I already drove 25 mins). I come back at 230 and they say my car still isn’t ready. This location has horrible customer service. If it wasnt for my Groupon; I wouldnt have gone there. I usually dont write bad reviews, but Im trying to warn others. I waited in line about 5-10 minutes before anyone even recognized me. They were more rude to other customers than to me, and it was very noticeable. To add insult to injury, they charged me twice for the oil change; and no one will answer the phone when I call. So, Ill have to go back up there just to dispute this nonsense. Please avoid this location.

Dont let them full you in selling an alignment waranty when you buy tier . It is fake!!!!!!!!!!!!. Nobody wants to come more than ones in 6months or 6000 miles so, why you pay for waranty the same money you would pay if you do alignment any time . I paid for waranty but I havnt got any alignment as I passed a little bit of the 6000miles.
