I went to this mattress store after reading the reviews. My salesperson was Stephanie. I let her know of my back issues. She was so knowledgeable about the materials that were in each mattress and gave me time to make a decision without standing over me as I took my time lying on each mattress. After being hung up on the first time I called, I risked calling back and asked if they had a tempurpedic bracket set in stock. The man who answered the phone looked it up then told me that yes, they had it. You know where this is going...we went over there and of course they dont have it in the store, you have to order it. Not sure if they did this to get us in the store and looking, but we didnt. We also wouldnt trust them with our business.

I came into the store to replace the mattress and box spring for one of the beds at my mothers house. Sleep expert David Olson was very helpful with guiding me on my purchase. Im extremely happy with cost of the mattress and box spring that I bought. It is an upgrade to what I had intially planned to purchase for just about the same price. And it will be delivered and set up in two days.

The store is located at the corner of Fenton and Colesville with lots of windows and light. The manager, Tamsir Jobe is nice and extremely knowledgeable. Fazil was very helpful and very professional. He clearly explained the different Purple mattress options without trying to push us towards any particular model. He clearly explained all the items we were getting and offered us a very fair deal.The delivery was within the 2 hour window promised and the gold service was very quick and professional. They setup the new mattress and took away the old mattress very quickly.The Purple mattress (we got the Purple Hybrid 4 because we are side sleepers) is outstanding and very comfortable and supportive.

I went to the mattress firm in Silver Spring in Colesville and spoke to this friendly woman who asked me my price range and we quickly found 3-5 mattresses that met my needs. Although they didn’t have the one I selected in stock, she called the Rockville location and my friend and I had another great experience super painless! It was also remarkable sales too!Now, it’s the morning after the first sleep and I slept like a BABY in my new place. It definitely gave me solace and the mattress is a GREAT fit for me.

We went to the store in the morning on November 25 looking for Matress. The prices were expensive for what we were looking for so we wanted to go to a different to compare prices. The sales man was so unprofessional and start cursing us out when we started walking to the door. When we asked him what he was saying, he even got up from his seat and walked up to us like he wants to fight. He even got to my fiancé face. It was one of the worst experience and unprofessional. I don’t think he realized we have a choice not to buy the product. I will never go back to that place or recommend anyone to go there to shop. I wish I can give less than 1 star.

She will teach you what you need to know about when looking online, give amazing recommendations, and is HONEST AND TRANSPARENT about products in/out of store. This is an incredibly hard quality to come by when speaking to salespeople because they just want to sell to you. But Clarissia, listened to the issues that we had from our. previous visit and the product we purchased online. Given the circumstances of COVID and lack of call in customer service reps, she was willing to help us and went out of her way to help us find a solution.
