Absolutely horrible serviceI was promised my delivery would arrive on a certain day, the day came no one came and there Representatives lie to me telling me that they called me several times and I had no miss calls !! at all and told me I would need to wait till the next delivery date in 5 days when I took off today to wait for them.Not Professional!!!

I bought my bed from 3 years ago my box spring broke and I had a 10 year warranty so I filed a claim and they gave me just $90 of in store credit the box springs cost around 150 and since I live near by that was fine I thought I could pick it up and avoid the delivery fee the delivery fee couldn’t be avoided and the cost is $99. If I could give no stars I would my box spring had broken woods that made my bed sink I’ve bought other mattresses from other places and the warranty covers everything. It’s just not worth it if the credit you get won’t even cover the box spring and or just barely the delivery. Please just look online first there are better things online instead of buying from this company that’s a scam. The man working in the store had no experience so then I went the next day to the same store to find the same guy who had told me that his manager was going to be there. So just consider before buying since it might seem comfortable at first but then it’s just a hussle.

I was greeted after entering the store. Even though others were ahead of me, I was politely checked on while waiting. All my questions were answered and other options given in order for me to make the best decision. I am happy with my new mattress and will return to this location in the future.

They were not honest with me on my purchase. I told them specifically what I wanted and they did not order that they ordered a replacement. Come to find out they couldnt get me what i initially asked for so they just took the order and failed to say they could not order it. The sale was more important that the customer. I will never shop in that store again!

I was greeted warmly and shown all the different beds that fit my requirements. I laid down on one just to make sure that it felt good. And then I paid for everything and elected to get the delivery plus placement and removal of the old bed. Im really looking forward to having a new bed after almost seven years. It was a pleasure to work with the sales person I had.

Two years ago, I purchased my mattress from this store. I wouldve gave them a glowing four-star review. Salesmen are only kind to you when they are making a sale, not after the fact. This location has awful customer service. My mattress is literally 2 years and a month old.. it is already sinking. I cant blame the salesmen for that, but I can blame them for basically telling me We have nothing to do with your matress warranty. You have to call customer service. I have no knowledge of what happens within that department. We cannot help you.Its a slap in the face. All the reviews are about the purchase, but here is a honest review from someone who is actually seeking help two years later.

We have been searching for an adjustable mattress for a long time, but the high cost always put us off. We went here based on a friends recommendation, and walked away with a great deal. My 5 star experience is thanks to Sonny. He went above and beyond to give me superb customer service!! I had originally bought the zuzu mattress with another salesperson, which in the store was comfortable, but when delivered home was hard as concrete. For example, my arm went numb each night. Sonny listened my concerns and helped me identify a replacement mattress that fits my needs. He was a knowledgable salesperson and super patient (not at all pushy). He went above the call of duty when the system would not allow a return, despite the comfort exchange policy. I highly recommend seeking out Sonny when going to this location. He is genuine and professional; it is clear stellar customer service is important to him.
