First of all, Jim and his team are true professionals -- they know their industry/technology inside out, they respond immediately by phone/email to all questions/concerns, and they do excellent work. Jim was able to anticipate every question and consistently offer thoughtful solutions. He was thorough, patient, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. Our prior security vendor was unable to diagnose a problem with our cameras after five visits during the course of two months; Jim and his team detected and resolved the issue immediately! Jim also identified other problems (e.g., we had not battery back up for the building access system so if the power went out, so did our key fob system). His installation was beautiful -- everything was neatly installed. We received such personalized care from Jims team. Jims pricing was exceptionally competitive as well. His quotes for very extensive upgrades were cheaper than what five other local companies could offer! We are so pleased.

I called looking for a Medical Alert system for my elderly parents. I spoke to the owner and he asked that I email him. I did and heard nothing back so I emailed him again a week later and still heard nothing. I called this morning 1/20/2016 at 8 a.m. the owner said he would call back in 2 minutes. At noon I called again and he told me he couldnt help because they were too busy..NICE HUH??????
