My husband’s wedding tux came much later than it was supposed to. He was told that he’d receive a call. When it finally arrived, no one called him. He called and found out that it was at the store. He went to try it on. The buttons were wrong and pants needed to be hemmed. So he left the tux there to get fixed. He was told that it’ll take 2-3 wks. A month went by, he heard nothing. He contacted the manager and the guy said he’d figure out what’s going on with it. The manager called back saying that the tailor “lost the buttons”. We feel like they probably never ordered it. When hubby expressed dissatisfaction, the manager said he won’t charge for hemming service of the pants. But it was a custom tux. Anyway, another week or two goes by. He asks the manager if the tux is ready for pick up. The manager says yes. When we went back, the pants weren’t even hemmed yet. They did it while we were at the store. This is a tux that was ordered in March that we are just getting in July (expected time was 5 weeks). On top of that, we got home and saw a dark stain on the white jacket. We will never go back there.

Great place to shop. Its a mens clothing boutique, and with reasonable prices too.I loved shopping here and will always return...the store is very clean; very professional and friendly staff. Its always a great experience shopping here.

Clothing selection has great variety but the quality of the suit material is subpar for prices.

BAD TAILORING.DO NOT SHOP HERE!Very unpleasant management.Customer service was bad. They cared more about making money then making the customer happy. They wouldn’t refund a $400 suit that they tailor wrong.

It would be great if they had stores in Boston or New York my friends are looking to buy some suits but we dont like the online thing personally I wanna try my suit before I buy it. Please think about it theres a large clients in Boston and New York .
