I sometimes go there before I head to work. I use Starbucks app to order items in advanced. I enjoy having reward to build up the points. Good service, parking lot is available, fresh bakery, and love hot Chai Latte!

Music too loud, service too slow, customers too confused about this and that AND worst part after waiting until the day after forever my coffee…it tasted terrible! What a waste of 30 minutes. I will NEVER come back to this location! What a waste of my free drink reward. This location does not represent the Starbucks brand at all. For the price we pay, we should not have to pray and hope our order is made right. I would not even want them to remake my coffee and waste any more of my time. Please send the Starbucks audits there way and happier employees who seem to actually care.

I only used this location because my usual was out of brown sugar syrup and it was on the way to my destination. This is the first time in several years that I have received less than stellar service at any Starbucks. I waited in the clearly designated area for mobile orders for over 10 minutes in a store with 2 customers besides myself without any acknowledgement. Once the 2 customers were served the 2 baristas continued doing other things without saying anything to me. One of them even made himself a drink and slunk over to the corner to drink it. I had to say excuse me twice before someone assisted me. My coffee was pretty much cold by the time I received it and after the awful service I received I wouldnt have trusted either to remake it. While this doesnt tarnish my image of Starbucks all together, I will definitely NEVER use this one again.

Service here was amazing! However, the ladies restroom was poorly kept. The smell of urine filled the halls leading to the bathroom. Toilet tissue covered the floor. The presence and smell reminded me of an outside jiffy john.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 8 years and never had an issue, the lady giving the coffee was extremely rude I reach out to see if my coffee was ready and started saying stuff in a really bad attitude I told her you need be nicer and she just kept saying all all you have to say is your name I don’t care about the restNot coming back to this Starbucks

There was inclement weather earlier today and the roads had cleared. Businesses are running as usual. I walked into the store and several people were already in the store at 5:35 pm. As soon as I walked in the cashier said, maam we are closing our doors, and refused to serve me. I thought it was very rude and I was not treated like a valued customer. The doors were not locked, no-one was standing at the door locking it, and the cashier should have at least accommodated me since I made it inside. I drove out of my way and will never service this location again. An additional 5 or 10 minutes was worth my business. Of note, I drove to the Burnt Mills location around the corner that was not arbitrarily closing earlier and served me. This is highly concerning as inclement weather is not predicted and the storm has passed. I made it in the store and was refused service.

One barista on deck, Sunday morning mini rush. Probably the quickest and most accurately proportioned cappuccino I’ve ever gotten from a Starbucks. Impressed to say the least.

Tables are always dirty/sticky. Recommend asking for a rag or just brining some Clorox wipes. Other than that, no complaints. Staff has been friendly and so far have always found a spot to sit down with my laptop ( Sunday early evenings)

I go early in the morning and the service is usually quick. However, the baristas make the drinks way too sweet. I assume they aren’t paying attention to the pump amounts because I can barely taste anything but sugar. Judging by previous reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue. They have also gotten my mobile food orders wrong multiple times, not such a big deal but again I think a reflection that they aren’t paying attention.

Love this location. Its always packed, but youre bound to find a seat fairly quickly. The bathrooms have key locks on them. Drinks come out quickly. Parking is very easy and the location is 1 minute away from the highway.

Nicest Starbucks Ive been in in a long time. Big, open, airy. Except for the guys at the next table having a 3 way conversation with someone on their loud cellphone. Manager finally came over & asked them to lower the volume. Whew.

Busy shop. You should use mobile ordering. The bathroom requires a code which the barista will give you.

Cashier/barista had an attitude and clearly showed that through the drinks he made that I ordered. Drinks were not made properly but they were drinkable hence the 2 stars. Disappointed because I usually really like the drinks & service.

A While ago Starbucks reached a level of selection where everybody gets confused. I thought we are supposed to be paying for good quality and service. I was very disappointed when I walked in and went to the register, I didn’t even get a return “hello” or “may I help you?” I then asked for a coffee with a little bit of steamed soy and the cashier just stared at me. I repeated the order and he just laughed. I asked if there was a problem and he just responded “let me ask”. I just walked away. The service is usually at least fair . This was unacceptable. Definitely not worth $4 for a coffee .

So today is 17 of August 2018. I went on a coffee run for my fellow officers. I had arrived at this Starbucks normally we get about 6 medium dark roasts between my officers and I. So I had a arrived about 8:30pm ask for the dark roast medium coffees when what I assume to be the African male behind the counter tells me that they just got done cleaning and they weren’t going to make more. The rather large young lady confirmed this statement. I was puzzled because I thought this establishment closes at 10pm or that’s what the it said on the front door. I had mentioned that they close at 10pm and I was told that the machine was already token down for the day. So I guess for 2hr 30min there was no roast at that establishment? I was upset that it just seem that me asking for coffee was an inconvenience to the workers. They rather be lazy then to make use of there time they get paid for, then to help bring money into the corporation they work for. I had to return on my turn to do the coffee run empty handed.

Superb customer service. I was going through the mobile app at 8pm, trying to customize my drink for the next morning. Hit next way too many times and purchased it, said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I quickly called this starbucks location and spoke to either Lindsey or Lesley, explained what happened, asked her if I could reschedule my order for the morning, she asked her manager and said just for this time they would. Went the next morning wondering if the message had been relayed, it was. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They were awesome!

I never write bad reviews, but our experience today was really bad. Decided to make a pit stop on a long trip. Line was long to place the order and even longer to actually get your order. Waited 20 minutes with a big group of people waiting for their drinks. They werent even handing out the drinks in the correct order - we finally got my husbands drink (which was incorrect) and waited another 10 minutes for my drink (also incorrect). Other groups were waiting and would get one of their drinks and would have to wait several minutes for the rest of their order. Had to wait longer to get our correct drinks...Staff seemed overwhelmed. Find a different pit stop - youll spend way more time here than you would expect.

They are very nice and always get my order right!! The sitting area outside is cool and out of the sun!!!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since 2014. Very rude and confrontational employees taking orders at the register. The Manager doesn’t want to take any feedback from customers or address their concerns. He doesn’t even control the basic stuff and make sure the employees are in proper attire wearing their Starbucks uniform and name tags. There is no Starbucks store code or ethics being followed. The manager actually urges you to call Starbuck’s 1800 number to report him instead of trying to take feedback and address your concern in a proper manner. Starbucks can definitely do better than hiring someone very careless about their managerial position.

Ordered a coffee that was on the display, the cashier was not familiar with it, didnt speak much english. He eventually placed the order. Then they didnt know how to make it, I settled for a substitute. I also had ordered a pastry they forgot about it. Worst experience Ive had at a Starbucks. The line and wait time was unacceptable. Dont understand being in the service business and cannot communicate with the be customers.

If you Love super sweet and with no coffee taste, this one might be the right one for you. My husband order a caramel macchiato and it was SUPER sweet and BARELY have coffee taste which is disgusting. We have been multiple Starbucks but never have it this bad. Yikes!Updated:The msg above were 2 years ago. 2 years later today 3/19 on a Friday noon, I placed an online order and it’s already pass the pick up time, the lady there isn’t in a good attitude when I nicely tell her I’m picking up for two teas. I understand you guys seems busy on a Friday noon, not just the attitude but also my drinks were wrong too.... Thought to ask them to make it again but I really don’t want to get another dirty look or any attitude so I just left. Two tea with different creamer and ice but I suppose that’s too much for them so they just make both the same. 🤷‍♀️

Online orders take priority over in person. 15 minutes for two iced coffees and they gave us tea by mistake. Cancelled the order and bought to go drinks from the grocery store next door.

This is a place you can go to pay too much for coffee. The layout is pretty open and its never been too crowded whenever Ive gone here.

Manager responsive, Cozy dynamic atmosphere. have come here often between 2011 and 2014. only 1 barista was rude; shes gone. Often Im there for 2 hrs. Most people spend $4-$10. Students and business people come as well. Yes, its decor is older, but I always find it clean. If no tissue etc., just tell the manager: Staff often very busy.

Made a quick stop during a five hour road trip. The staff here are so polite and kind. I had dropped my mocha frap, and felt super embarrassed. However, one employee, who I believe was the manager, immediately came to me and told me not to worry. He made another mocha frap and offered me a wet towel to clean my dirty clothes! Im super amazed by the staffs kindness! I would definitely come back next time Im around!

AT&T wifi! Avoid at all costs. At best, my speed test gave 1.5mbps/1.5mbps and pages took way too long to load (if they loaded!).

I chose to give only three stars; Once I entered the store I stood in line the manager looked at me twice not saying anything, several customers came in after me and were greeted, very well I may add. I dont feel that its a big issue but it made me feel unwelcome by the manager, the cashier and associate were the only reason for the rating. They were pleasant, efficient, and they both greeted and thanked me. I wouldnt have given a negative review but I felt I can not ignore the manager and his selective greeting nor did he display any appreciation for me being a customer of his. I am not sure if all Starbucks in this area act that way towards certain customers, but I dont think thats what Starbucks approves of, Poor showing on the managers part.. Retraining needed.. I will forward this comment over to Starbucks website for this location..

I didnt want to give a star but i guess one star you can post your review. Ive been going to this starbucks every since it opened . Use to know all staff but for some reason I think this starbucks is a training center too. Mika one of the managers beautiful personality. When she is not there it shows. The man manager not sure his name is unconcern about customer service. You should not have to wait for 5-10mins to get your drink. Maybe more season and fast Barristas may help. This is the most unfriendly slowest coffee organization eva. When you purchase a Venti size you get a third of your coffee and rest foam. For the most part that every starbucks needs to be retrained on timing. Time is of the Essence!

Sad Atmosphere. Slow service and they not looking at ya... minding their own business... Migrants with laptops are taking all tables. This is take and go Starbucks. Kinda sucks to pay $3 for a cup of coffee and not being able to sit
