Best place to enjoy Frozen yogurt 🍨 They have great basic yogurt flavors and all kinds of amazing toppings 🎊

Really bad customer service experience. Yogurt was great. The employee was rude, incredibly disrespectful and began closing 45 minutes early, closing half the toppings and yelling at customers when asking about them. Was super cold and unfriendly towards every customer. As soon as we left she locked up and didnt allow the customers after us in, even though it was 30 minutes until closed. Even watched her throw empty bins across the counter. Incredibly unprofessional and Would not recommend anyone come to this location.

There is so many flavors you can choose from. Everything is neat and clean.

Their website and sign on the door shows that they close at 10PM on Saturdays. I got there at 9:45 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. A staff member standing in the back looked up and saw me standing at the door, made eye contact, then walked away and never let me in. I worked in the food industry for many years and totally understand the desire to clean up early and get home. But it’s really poor customer service to intentionally ignore a customer during your advertised business hours. I had been looking forward to a cup of frozen yogurt all night and rushed to get there in time for closing, so this was a huge disappointment. Do better Sweetfrog.

Best Froyo place in Montgomery County, they offer SF, DF, GF, and even Kosher options! Its not overly expensive nor too sweet, just right!

Went to this particular location at 6:30/7pm with my husband and when we got in there, it smelled like mold.-3 flavors weren’t available- Half of the toppings were unavailable too.When I asked of graham crackers she said “we don’t have that here”.When I asked of pineapples, strawberries and the other toppings that i’ve seen in 5 different locations she said “we don’t have that here”.Rainbow sprinkles were even hard to get and she gave me the bottom of the container.I feel as though closing time for the store was in an hour or two and she began to clean very early. So when I requested certain toppings she opted to saying “we don’t have it here” than doing her job.

I can tell the ice cream dispensers are getting old. They are either empty or not working. The ice cream tests were not that great !

This was our first trip to Sweet Frog and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The frozen yogurt cups come in three self-serve sizes and there is an array of delicious frozen yogurt flavors to choose from! In addition, there are tons of delicious fun toppings from fresh fruit to brownie pieces to assorted sweets. There are also different syrups and whip cream to top it all off, so basically you get to build the sundae of your dreams! Everything is weighed to cost. Great customer services and the staff is friendly! Give them a try-youll love it!

Not only clean bathrooms and friendly service, but the frozen yogurt is tasty too. And Dole Whip! Once upon a time, you couldnt get this magical pineapple sorbet(?) outside of Disneyland and a few hidden places in California, so I was so happy to score some here!

They had lots of flavors and toppings. Nice sitting area inside and a small one outside by the parking.

Warning: they do not accept Apple Pay.Their rewards programs are very cool and can grant a lot of discounts.

This is the best place to go have a snack with friends and it has a lot of different toppings and the yogurt ice cream is like omg 😱 the best and if ur kids just like frogs 🐸 this place have t-shirt, hats and plushy‘s that are animated so yep if u ever want to eta something good just go to sweet frog 🐸

Clean clam atmosphere friendly staff. Unable to use the front door had to use door to the left by a dumpster only disappointment. On my 1st experience at this location i give it a 5 star rating.

Your typical sweet frog with a variety of flavors and toppings. The people who work there arent particularly friendly and every time I go something seems to be broken: a few flavor dispensers, the hot fudge dispenser or for months it was the system that did the rewards so they would refuse to let me use the coupons I was sent. Ive been to better stores from this chain for sure.

If you have kids then do not go there. There is a curb exposed make the kids trap every time. The fall from it. Too dangerous.Plus when I spoke to the manager he doesnt care.Business do not care about the safety of their customers, they do not deserve to keep the business working.

Lately they have been out of many flavors, including basics like chocolate.The toppings bar is well varied, and the service is pretty good, but the selection of actual froyo is not the best Ive seen at a Sweet Frog. The location is convenient, though, so we still go there.

This place is very tiny they do have a lot of sweet selections I didnt try the machines because they dont have the sugar-free vanilla one I was looking for that is what disappoints me but the shop is very tiny.

Good prices, and you can often find coupons in Valpak and other mailers. Selection of regular, dairy-free and sugar-free frozen yogurt as well as ice cream. Toppings bar has fruit, chocolate, candy, and a few exotic items (lychee, popping balls, et al.).

The frozen yogurt is good, but inside the building is sometimes not so good, either the floor is very sticky, or the whole place smells like chlorine gas from the first World War, you should probably eat your dessert outside.

Froyo with all the toppings is froyo wherever you go, this place is no exception. What disappoints is the cleanliness of the space, including the restroom. I imagine this place is poorly managed. And if its dirty out front, you can only imagine what it must look like in the back. This is my second visit and I had hoped that the first was just a fluke.

The froyo is good but not necessarily great. They actually have soft serve ice cream now, which is a big deal, but I was told it was only ok, perhaps because it was out of a cup because their cones are so expensive. They really lack in seating, especially outdoor seating. When we went, they had some local group having a function on the inside, and honestly, the place wasnt big enough for it. They should have closed and had the event be private.But the froyo

Hidden location but worth the trip

It must have been an off day they had today after reading all of the reviews, but when I went today the store was not clean. The trash can right when you enter was so gross on the outside and the wall behind it was just as bad. There was bits of trash on the floor also. Not coming back to this one and we love Froyo!

Good Frozen Yogurt

The girl working on the day I went in was rude and nasty . She yelled at customers, it was disturbing . I will not go back to this location ever again .

On Friday, November 5 I visited the Lexington Drive location of sweet frog. My family is a frequent customer of this location, purchasing 4 cups at least once a week. When we arrived, the young lady working had an attitude and seemed ready to go. When we approached the topping station we found that 60% of the toppings had the lids on them. The only toppings that were actually open were the candy, fruity pebbles, and the cakes (pound cake and brownies). I attempted to open one of the covers to get blueberries to which she told me “M’am, they’re closed for a reason”. When I inquired what the reason was, especially since there was product in each of the containers, she said “ kids keep putting their hand in them and I’ve already had to change them four times. I don’t want to waste any more product.” My mother-in-law opted to not purchase her yogurt, as none of the toppings she wanted were accessible to us, even though they were readily available. I purchased my yogurt and decided to use the toppings that I had at home. It is preposterous that frequent customers would be denied access to purchase a product that’s readily available because the employee seemed more interested in trying to clean up as fast as possible to end her shift. This experience has made me not want to frequent this location any further, and instead drive to my preferred frozen yogurt location in Bethesda row. Disappoint it is to say the least.
