Took my 370z to get my full catback exhaust installed and it was a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, and I was surprised by how fast the service was upon the installation. This is a very small shop tucked between a car repair and a body repair shop. I took my car there to have the exhaust changed. The guys were earnest and were pleasant to work with. Given there are usually only two people there, sometimes a third, they are easily over whelmed. Theyre hours flex between 9:20 to 5. I would recommend this place if you have a newer car and wants some custom work and you hands on. I would recommend automatics only as well.

Called for a quote to delete the resonators on my MDX (I already had flowmaster mufflers installed) and Top Muffler was $35 less than the cheapest quote I got, and $60 less than the average quote I received. I brought it in the next day and they completed the work for the quoted price in about 30 minutes. They were courteous and professional, worked with me on my payment method (I wanted to use PayPal), and did AWESOME work! Replaced the resonators w high quality aluminized steel pipes, and even welded in hangars to use the factory setup. Today I went to Top Mufflers for the first time . I didn’t know what to expect considering I’m located in Virginia . Upon arrival, I was welcomed with excellent custom service, to say the least . Within the first 10 seconds of walking in the store I was greeted ! In no time at all, my car car was rolled onto the lift. But before starting, the mechanic got to know me and my style to help gather information and guide him to what I’d be looking for. After briefly conversing, he revised what the plan was to make sure it was what I wanted and would result into something that looked phenomenal and sound proper. As we started the exhaust installation process, he would check with me to make sure I was fine with what he was doing and with adjustments he’d recommended making. They allowed me to observe everything the mechanic was doing . It was easy to say, this was definitely the man’s passion because of the detail and care displayed into the craftsmanship . After everything was all said and done. He revised his work and made sure everything was presentable, evenly and properly fitted, and that clearance level from the ground wouldn’t be a dilemma. They asked me about my preference on how far I’d want the exhaust tips to stick out and I told them I’d trust their judgment. After the car was now on the ground, they let the car warm up. Once warm, they presented the exhaust notes by stepping on the throttle a bit to make sure it was to my likings . I was more than pleased . It’s safe to say that you’re definitely receiving high quality service, products, and skill when coming here. I will definitely be telling all my car enthusiast friends about this place. Came here for a header install on my Shelby Gt500 and i was impressed with the work they did. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated with the work. Anyone that owns a Mustang knows how tight the engine compartment is and how much of a hassle putting headers on. Top Mufflers didn’t even remove or lower the K-Member on my Shelby and they realigned my exhaust tips. They went the full route and didn’t cut any corners on my install.

Since last week my check engine light came on. I didnt know what to do. I was very confused. I looked up few videos on YouTube and found out that my oxygen sensors both Downstream and Upstream were bad. I purchased them from AutoZone and took them to top mufflers. Great at what they do & got the job done . I brought my 2019 brz in for a muffler delete and they literally tackled the job, had me in&out in no time . Brought my Acura TSX here for a downpipe to be installed and it was quick, they took my car in as soon as I arrived and was out in no time. then about 2 weeks later came back for a muffler delete and had a miscommunication on time, but we solved it by text(good customer service).
