Great service with a personal touch! Representative took the time to listen to my needs and what I was trying to accomplish, and made every effort to develop the color I was looking for. I appreciate him taking the time to try to create a color that is unheard of (yellowish grey). When he completed my transaction, he boxed my items in a easy to carry box and carried my items out to my car and put them in my trunk. He did it all of this with a smile on his face. I really could tell he enjoy his job and cares about customer satisfaction. I will definitely go back whenever I have a new project.

GREAT service and friendly staff. I called ahead to make sure something was in stock and the person took the time to put eyes on to make sure they had it. Check out on arrival was fast and efficient, and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and very helpful finding my account (thanks, Jalen!).Would DEFINITELY recommend this location, and am very happy with my Sherwin-Williams product (Loxon concrete and masonry primer/sealer and topcoat paint for Hardie Plank siding).

The associate was very helpful over the phone. I sent an email with a picture of the label of the mixed paint that I was looking for and I received a call back in 10 minutes. I ordered the paint and it was ready in 15 minutes! Curbside pick was so easy! Highly recommend this store.

The employees at the Sherwin-Williams store on Randolph Road Silver Spring MD are kind, professional, and extremely helpful. I was clueless of what I needed as far as finishes of a particular paint such as egg shell, semi-gloss, and they took their time to explain and I got exactly what I needed. As a result, I got a beautiful finish.

I went to the Colesville Sherwin Williams store.Gary was helpful, professional, knowledgeable & always very friendly.

Very helpful and friendly. I bought samples but I will go back to get the correct sizes. I like their paint. Especially the paint and primer together.

The store employees were friendly, that is why I gave it a 2 star instead of a 1 star. The salesman told me paint was 30% off, and there are signs posted, everywhere. Yet, when it became time to pay they said it was only 10%. When he said the price I asked about the discount, and he said he’d show me on the receipt, when he showed me and it was only 10%, I said so it’s not 30% off, he just laughed, when I said false advertisement he didn’t say anything, I know it wasn’t his fault, I’m sure he just works there and doesn’t make the decisions, but False advertisement is very disappointing, there are so many more stores and online services these days, take your business elsewhere, where they honor their advertisements! I left the store feeling ripped off, instead of feeling and thinking about the nice customer service.

You will find what you need and you will get advice on using the product. This is like going to a real old-fashioned paint store where people talk to you.
