Always great staff and great products! But it is freezing cold in there! Many folks go there specifically to sit and enjoy some personal time. To study, read, meet friends but you cant spend much time inside because it is so cold. And Im a person who cant stand heat so that has to tell you something. Please warm it up some...thanks!

Friendly, fast, and good.Even witnessed one of the workers covering some of the order for a guest that was a little short on funds. Very nice of them.

This Starbucks is the same high quality you would find at other Starbucks. The only reason I dont give it a 5 star is because they have very limited selection of chill drinks. I dont know if its the time of day that I go or if they just dont carry a varied selection, but they seem to always be out of any kind of Juice except for strawberry. The last time I was there they did not even have strawberry and instead asked if I was OK with water in my strawberry akai drink.

Stood at counter with my wife for about 15 minutes and got ignored by whole staff. Everyone but the guy at the drive thru looked at use, walk towards us then turned around and started doing something else without ever saying a single word to us. Only customers inside was 2 girls that was in front of us ordering when we came in that got their drinks while we were waiting and a couple at a table. We walked out. I dont wast your time here.

You cant go inside, its on a busy road & took 20-25 mins in the drive thru. The prices were lightly different from what were listed. Not sure why. I dont tend to go to Starbucks but needed a bit of sugar to stay awake. Wouldnt go back until theyre at full capacity to go back to normal.

Still not use to the new decor. There use to be comfy chairs and it was cozy. Now it is wide open, bright lights, and hard chairs. I got a black tea, I am use to tea being brown, they dilute the tea to the point it is a slightly brown water.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. 2 stars because my order is at least right when I get my order. No particular order as to when someone’s drink will be made and given to them inside the store. An entire family who ordered after me received their order before I did (I only ordered one coffee). I placed a mobile order this morning 20 minutes before I knew I would be there. No issues placing the order. Get to the store (before heading to work) and all the doors are locked and a sign on the door says drive thru only. Drive thru has a long line as usual and I didn’t have time to wait. I called the store and no answer. Called again and no answer. At this point I had to leave or I was going to be late for work. Called again on my way to work to request my money back and they finally answer to tell me to wait a few minutes and someone will open the door for me to get my order. I was already gone and headed to work. Only way to get my money back was to come into the store or I could get my order later. Ended up contacting Starbucks online as I don’t have time to come back and deal with the store (if they let anyone in).

Fast and very Friendly service. The Bistros were exceptional with customer service and the management is top notch !

Very very slow! Every time I come here, I literally have to wait 30 mins and the drinks are never ready when you get to the drive thru window! Extremely frustrating when this is the closest Starbucks to our house! Drinks weren’t made correctly, none of the sugar was stirred into the coffee.... very disappointing.

These workers all need raises! Treat your essential workers to better than minimum wages!

First time I tried a breakfast sandwich from here and its a new favorite now. Also the strawberry creme funnel cake Frappuccino is delicious!

They need to change on the website what time they open up on Saturdays. People was in line at the drive thru and employees are inside not answering the phones and then when they decide to answer they say they dont open up to 730 the website says 530

My drink was perfect but service a little slow. I have to hand it to them though they had a lot of people call out according to i guess the manager so it was drive thru only but they still were moving the line fairly well if they were that short handed. Still deserve 5 stars.

Somewhat friendly from my experience. This location looks like it used to be a bank or something else before so it has more room inside than others that were built by them so thats a plus.

Beautiful location in an old bank. Service was fast employees were polite and offered my friends dog a pup cup.

So sick of this location!!! They need to CLOSE!!!! Their hours change all the time and the hours don’t match what the web says . Then when you get there either mobile order is closed or drive thru is closed!! It’s ALWAYS something with this place!! Before Christmas they were out of peppermint for several days! Really??? The other day I came and they had a “water” problem! So you couldn’t get any drink that required water!!!! One day you go and the inside is open, the next day you go, it’s not!

I was trying to place an online order, but for some reason my Starbucks Rewards card wouldn’t work. So, I walked into the store & the cashier tried to help me with the card on my app & the physical card. He told me my account was locked & I needed to call the number on the back of my card. I then handed him multiple gift cards to pay for the drink and he said “Don’t worry about it. It’s already paid for.” So generous... I really appreciated that.

Starbucks on Fairview Road in Simpsonville is a well managed Starbucks location that is fast and efficient and provides quality customer service. They keep the line moving and make sure that your order is ready when you need it and are on the move. The staff here is very personable and accommodating to make sure that you are taken care of get everything you need. This is a dependable Starbucks.

Takes way too long for drive thru. Occasionally closes the whole store or shuts down customers coming inside just to order without any notice. Other Starbucks have been more consistent with COVID but not this one.

Drive thru can be an incredibly long wait, but coffee and pastries are good.

This location, at Fairview Road, is the slowest one I think Ive ever been too. Ive been dozens of times cuz its been the closest to my house, & right across from my kids daycare, but any chance I get I go elsewhere. I often would rather get on 385, drive up the highway, get off at the Mauldin location or the Haywood Rd location cuz Im afraid ill get stuck here for 20 minutes. I hate to be so critical about it but its been years...

Everytime I come to this place, no matter what time, what day, you guys are always out of impossible breakfast sandwiches. You would think they would’ve been started to get more in once they realized they run out literally every single day but they don’t. It’s the same story and has made me skip this store a million times.

Staff is friendly however.... An area of opportunity is in the drive thru I have waited in this line since 9:22 am and it was 10:05 before I got my drinks.

Curb-side is a no go. This is the third (and last) time we try the curb-side pickup from this location. I’d say this is the largest shortcoming of the chain as a whole. Waited 20 minutes and finally had to go inside to get my order (which was ready).Being the largest grossing restaurant chain in the world, you’d think they could afford to pay someone to isolate the problem and resolve it.

They always get my order right.It always takes 20 min.This is the slowest starbucks Ive been to, and I know it has to be because of volume. But when it takes 30 min to make an iced tea that is pre-brewed, I cant say Im impressed.

Sadly, they seriously need to do something about the drive thru. I will no longer use this location in Simpsonville. After the third time of waiting 15 minutes just to place a coffee order, I just had enough.......The other locations on 276 are much faster. There is no godly reason why it should take a half an hour to get a cup of coffee.Hope Starbucks actually reads this, because tjey are losing customers. Along with myself, two other cars left the line on Saturday night......

It wasnt the best visit I prefer the Starbucks in Hampton or Newport News.

Always has the drive-thru moving at the pace of a sloths digestive track. Mobile order time is pretty okay, but its pretty much a roll of dice if the drink will be right - someone either isnt entirely trained or taking the time to read printed labels is underappreciated. Place has definitely declined in service since last year. Staff is friendly enough, but Steven is always on point. Hes the best. Store is always clean inside.Probably not their fault, but I wish all iced beverages came with flat lids and straws still. Also not their fault, but no one seems to understand how to enter their drive-thru properly which causes a lot of issues and conflict.Its a Starbucks, but a relatively inefficient one.

Todd,alonzo,and tato did an amazing job getting my drinks done fast.Not only did they serve me when they had 4 min to closing but they didnt act mad rude or displeased Which is really hard to come by honestly. I never go to Starbucks but I will be because of them!

Bar far the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to.

It pains me to give a 1 star rating but this location changes its hours daily--- never really know clising time is. One minute they are open on Mondays then they are not. Then you ride by the next Monday and they are open. The hours on the door say they are open till 10:00pm but when you go by there, all the removable signs (that you hand write on) are still outside, all light are on (inside and out) but yet the doors are locked and it is only 9:30pm. There are times the doors are locked even earlier. When you look on the website--- dont bother. Who knows when this location closes each day. Tired of trying. PLEASE POST CORRECT HOURS ON YOUR DOOR AND ON YOUR WEBSITE.I will say when I am able to place a order the employees I have dealt with are very nice.

I’ve usually had a normal Starbucks experience here, but today I had a 45 minute wait for a drink which was just average after the barista told me “I’ll have that for you in a few minutes!” Others around me had similar wait times. It turned out that someone who ordered before me had ordered several dozen drinks, so I understand the employees were very busy, but my suggestion would be that in the future an estimated wait time be given to other customers when there’s a huge number of drinks to be made before theirs like that. Wait times are understandable; I just want to know when it’s going to be that long because I have other places I need to be at certain times and I know other customers do too.

I really like the cozy coffee shops. Atmosphere in coffee shops is important. Dark colors and wood give a good feeling... but this place that I once found cozy is no longer. Its all open now and cozy has been removed in the remodel they did this summer. We used to like going and sitting in there and its just not the same. Why did a good thing have to change! And what a waste of money. Starbucks in Mauldin is still cozy and Im glad.

Drive thru was fast, the drink was good, and the bathroom was decently clean.

I waited for seems like 20 minutes in the drive thru and the drink wasnt that great! The service was good and friendly but I will not go back again simply because of the long wait.

Drove through the drive thru and ordered a Refresher with no ice. Got to the window and got my drink and as I drove away, noticed they had put ice in the cup. Because the inside store was closed, I wasnt about to wait in the long line again to have it corrected. Called the store when got home and the young woman I spoke with said I could come back later when they were less busy. I explained that I had to go to work in the afternoon, which is why I ordered the drink with no ice, so I could take it to work later and it wouldnt be deluted by the ice melting. She told me there was nothing she could do because they were so understaffed. Really? Is this the way Starbucks treats their customers? I will start going to the store at Five Forks from now on. The Fairview Rd. store has just gone downhill the last few months and really dont care about their customers any more. Sorry you are short staffed, but soon youll have less customers, so it wont be a problem.

The staff is always great - professional and friendly. They go the extra mile in remembering little details and preferred drinks of regular customers. They always offer printed copies of the receipt, napkins and detailed explanations of drinks so you feel encouraged to try new items. My only issue is they can be a little slow in the drive thru. This has been an issue since the renovation and will hopefully be resolved soon.

I just spent $18 for 3 customized drinks. I asked for light on the ice extra topping and extra sauce. I got no topping on one and all three was extra large pieces of ice that didnt fit through the straw and barely had taste. I will stick to the Mauldin store!

This place opens when it wants to. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pulled up to this place On my way to work and the lights are off 10-15 mins after they were supposed to be open... Now today (Saturday) 7am there closed. Now they open at 7:30am seriously you sell coffee. People wake up early and want coffee. Just another company taking advantage of covid bs to have banker hours.

Its black Friday expext to wait in the drive thru longer

My sisters have been waiting 45 minutes for two strawberry refreshers. Everyone that came in after them have gotten their drinks and left. No one is even in the drive thru. I had my boyfriend ask when their drinks would be ready and they didn’t even make the order. They had to retake the order. This is outrageous.

This is probably the fastest Starbucks Ive EVER been to. I was in the middle of placing my order when they already had the first of my two drinks made...SERIOUSLY impressive, especially during the AM rush! And they made my drinks PERFECTLY so this is definitely a Starbucks Im now partial to!

It is a very nice Starbucks newly remodeled. but I go to many different Starbucks throughout Florida, Georgia and Connecticut & I pay $2.84 for a triple espresso in a venti cup over ice. But yet this particular Starbucks charges me $2.97 for the same drink. WHY??

The girl gave me the wrong change then she took a dollar out of the tips to correct it. My change was 13.00 dollars not 12.00. Also my Chai Tea is very weak it tastes like water my name is Cyndi

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would. I placed my order today for 2 hot drinks at 9:29pm. After about 5 or so minutes my wife received her. At 9:52 I still had not received my drink and there was no signs of anyone attempting to make it. I decided to get a refund for the drink I had not yet received. The refund was by far the quickest serviced I received which is a shame. I will not be returning to this Starbucks and will take my business elsewhere.

Taste your drink before leaving the drive thru. They dont always get it right the first time. Its okay though cause theyll make it again for free.

Super long lines inside and the drive thru. Since there was no parking unless we parked in the strip mall parking lot we waited for the drive thru which took 15 minutes or so and then found out they dont have strawberry cake pops anymore which is why we went, but they were very friendly and helpful telling us their new flavor and my daughter ended up liking the cookie dough cake pop so it worked out.

This location is convenient but they never give me my receipt unless I ask for it. Multiple times I’ve heard it’s because their receipt machine isn’t working. For the customers that use receipts to expense for their businesses we need our receipts!

I dont even understand how this starbucks is as slow as it is. Just left after not moving in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Thats just rediculous. But it is like that every single time and has been since open. Any other starbucks in the area is better.

This Starbucks is one of my absolute favorites! The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are SO MANY private areas both inside and out. Its perfect for small business meetings, a nice place to socialize with friends or to have a date, and its even a great place to relax solo. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and our drinks were served exactly as ordered. AWESOME Starbucks!
