Went for covid booster. waited over an hour despite having an appt. pharmacy folks are overworked, but Patti was so pleasant and helpful that she made the wait not so bad. good ladies working in that pharmacy. store needs to be more aware of overbooking.

Went there to get the COVID-19 bolster shot. They over booked. I had a 4:30 appointment and waited over an hour to receive the shot. This wait does not include the 15 minutes they ask you to wait before leaving. On the bright side the Pharmacist there was polite, thoughtful and kind hearted.

Horrible place to go for prescriptions. I paid 33 dollars for a prescription that I just got refilled at a different pharmacy for 4.37 dollars. Big price gouging.

Horrible! They say something will be ready in 15 minutes. You come 30 minutes later and they say its another 20min. You were in no line and then you come back that 20 minutes later to wait another 20 minutes in line.

I received the wrong dosage of my blood pressure medication from an auto refill. Fortunately, its a medication Ive taken for years and I was able to tell that something just didnt look right. When I took it back, the pharmacist on duty confirmed the error and fixed it immediately. It was human error, but still very upsetting. What if I had not asked?

I am normally all-for walgreens but this visit was unfortunate. I went in for the fedex drop-off. Everything was packaged and ready to be sent- just needed a label on it. Per the email sent to me: all fedex locations, including those within other businesses, are able to print a label. I requested the label and was redirected to the service manager who seemed to have her mind made before speaking to me. We dont print labels here but another company does down the road. I showed her the email to which she shrugged and stated yeah, I dont know why it says that, we dont print the labels. The unwillingness to try and having her mind made prior to speaking with me is what made this visit unfortunate.If that wasnt bad enough, I spoke with someone who has been to this walgreens for fedex previously... they are able to print labels.

They need to post a sign that they house a fed ex, which is a great option. Our would just be helpful if it was also marked on the building.

The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful every time I visit! I had the pleasure of being helped by Avery this morning with my photo order; and a very nice young lady at the entrance register was able to direct me in locating an item I was looking for. Thank you Walgreens :)

Always have what Im looking for, earn points with the Walgreens card that will give you cash off of purchases. The staff, in every Walgreen that I have visited, in every state I have been in, has been so welcoming and helpful. There will never be another pharmacy for me. I love it!

Plan on waiting 30+ min if there are 3 or more cars in drive thru. Understaffed most of the time in pharmacy.

I was told at the pharmacy that a customer has only one option... 30 day or 90 day supply of prescription medicine. If you select 30 day as your preference, and the Doctor writes a prescription for 90 days, they will only fill it for 30 days at a time. From a customer perspective, this is nuts... I have been prescribed medicine for 20 days (short term relief or before/after surgery), but I would be required to take, and pay for, 90 day supply if my preference is set to 90 day. I hope this is not the case for Opioids!!!

I believe that most of the employees try to be helpful but apparently its the nature of all pharmacies to be painfully slow. It is not always that bad although its seldom a speedy process. Management should hire enough people to keep customers from waiting longer than necessary.

Tried to contact pharmacy and consistently get put on hold for 5-10min. got put on hold 3 times at one point, then ended up getting cut off. please work on customer service!

They have the only 24 hour pharmacy in Greenville SC. Nice products but service is horrendous. Staff have no manners, dont speak or all of you need or found everything. Better off just wondering store trying to find what you need.

Its almost impossible to get a human being on the phone with their automated system. They never seem to have enough people working in the pharmacy and it seems like half the time I have to do the reminder to make sure that they ran the prescriptions through both of her insurance companies. We fill all our prescriptions there and have for almost 10 years and I cant believe we have the same issues every time! And every time I have an issue I think about changing pharmacies, but what a hassle! And despite everything, I dont want to switch to CVS because no one in those stores are friendly. Theres definitely room for improvement here.

Rather than service the people that are in line waiting at the pharmacy and had been for 15 minutes, you just close the window and walk out? Total lack of customer service! Time to switch to a pharmacy that actually cares about customers!

Pharmacy is a joke. They will make you wait 30 min only to tell you they dont have your medication in stock. Pharmacy staff are very unkempt, belly hanging out of shirts, greasy hair. Not sure if this is even legal but they have regular store employees working behind the pharmacy counter.

Have nothing to say about the store in general but the pharmacist horrible customer service I was very sick sent my first time prescription there and I waited for almos 45 minutes the pharmacist was very rude.
