Today my daughter and I set out on a quest to find a bedroom set and spent hours looking at overpriced subpar furniture in 3 towns. We saw this place by chance and popped in to see what they had. WOW!!!! Gorgeous, tasteful furnishings and the prices were half of other stores. Ms. Barton is easygoing and happy to help you find what you need. On the way home we were already planning our next purchase(s).

I know its a great place to get just about any kind of furniture. And its all in a1.the people are nice and will help with anything they can. .I would recommend this place to everyone.

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with! I am so glad I politely walked out that establishment with my money! I came into this place 3 times… was quoted THE SAME price each day! The third time I came in to buy the dresser with cash and was told they couldn’t honor the price that they quoted twice before! I politely to my cash to Furniture Marketplace and was taking care of very well! Same exact dresser and they were a lot friendlier!

I was running into a lot of dead ends with availability while getting ready to move into a new home and the store manager went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. We even stayed after store hours locating exactly what I asked for and ensuring the delivery date putting my mind at ease. She and the staff were very nice and were patient and informative. They even gave me amazing deals on a bundle package. You guys rock and thanks for being a part of this new chapter for me!!😎

Dont waste your time with this store. They never answer the phone and the furniture is low grade. I purchased a living room set with a recliner. The recliner base had a part that fell off and broke after 2 weeks. I called and they stated that it was under warranty and a replacement part would be installed by their service tech. Waited 3 weeks for the tech to look at the chair and he advised he would order it and it would take 3 weeks to get the part. All this happened in November 2020 and we never heard back from anyone. After several unanswered calls we did get through in March 2021 and no one seems to know what we were talking about. I had the chair repaired out of my own pocket so we could actually use it. Going to file a complaint with BBB which shows a F rating for this company!

Moved into the area with no furniture. Leigh Ann was fantastic and met every need I had at a great price.

Bought a bamboo 6in mattress for the guest room from this place got it home and put it on the bed and had a few guest come in town to sleep on it and the mattress is so thin that you can feel Everything, I called to talk to the owner she wasn’t there and the guy that helped me told me I bought a cheap mattress LOL that’s pretty sad to say that you sell cheap mattress after you talked it up so good when I bought it. This place is a sorry place for business I WILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM THEM AGAIN STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELES!! The guy that works there told me to just go buy a topper and put on it, sorry but you shouldn’t have to buy a topper to put on a new mattress!! And what they should do is give me a topper but no so now I’ve got to go buy a 100 dollar topper to put on this brand new mattress!!

Great unique furnishing selection, and friendly salespeople. Why one star? We purchased a piece of furniture on a Saturday that had to be ordered. its Wednesday... Ive been trying to contact them for three days to find out when it will be ordered and possibly delivered because we are planning to be out of town. No answer on the phone, no answer from Social media messages. Finally on day three, someone answered. I was informed they were closed for three days to prep for a sale.. they were there, just closed. I get that... what I dont get is why they dont update this information on their website? or their social media page? or possibly, gasp, a message on their answering machine saying they will be closed for three days? Anyone looking this store up on the internet, their website, or facebook page would have thought they were open. By the way, they still couldnt tell me when or if it was ordered or when it might arrive... going to call me back.Again, great unique furnishings, and friendly sale people... at this point the jury is out on after sales service. Communication is definitely an issue. Im afraid they might not be able to follow up with customer support after the sale.I might be wrong, they might follow up. If they do, Ill update this review. If its not updated, Buyer Beware.

Furniture delivered was not the furniture purchased. Purchased high quality mattresses and received bottom of the line. Living room furniture wrong color. Spent 6500.00 for living room complete. One year ago. Furniture was pure bottom of the line. I was always be very disappointed. I was lied to on several occasions. Was told delivery of all pieces 1 week. It took 9 weeks to receive everything. Make sure when you ask for top of the line that you get it. I believe if Id had myOwn truck and could drive off same day as purchased, I would have got what I paid for.

I was shopping for a locally owned store to buy my furniture at when I moved into my new place. I found this store online and decided to give it a shot. Pam and Leigh Ann were very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went well and I really like my new stuff. There was one piece of furniture that was not holding up well and turned out it was discontinued. Leigh Ann was extremely helpful in the process of replacing my piece that was not holding up well. She also was nice enough not to charge me the difference in the price because the new piece was more expensive. Thanks again!

This was our third purchase from Creative and we have been happy with each purchase. Their products are reasonably priced but what I am most happy with is the management/owner (Leigh Ann) and her attention to customer service.

BUYER BEWAREI wish I had read the comments before purchasing a twin matress set here. Not sure why they have a high score?? Because the way this matress looks this is def not the first time this has happened.I bought the set about 2 months ago and it is already ripping from the seams badly. I called to complain and they basically said theres nothing they can do bc the set I bought doesnt come with a warranty. Of which I wasnt told at the time of the sale. Either way this is worse than cheap. So disappointed but not suprised. Typical world we live in today everyone always wants to get over.

This is a very shady business. You will get used, low quality, and damaged furniture. This business does not respond to Better Business Bureau. Stay Away! We had contacted them numerous times and they never called back. They did not respond to BBB or South Carolina Consumer Affairs.
