Food is really poor quality, fries under cooked. Pizza burger looked and tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave. At least the ice cream was good.

There really nice and if you are walking and you have a dog or something they take your order at the window and they will ask if they can give your dog a treat I aware have fun when I go there

Workers were kind and it wasnt a bad experience, but just extremely disappointed by the product. Visited for the first time and was told an avalanche is like a dq blizzard but 1000x better. So I was excited when i saw they had a rocky road avalanche. I paid 6 dollars and some change for a medium rocky road avalanche. It was just chocolate ice cream...thats all..with maybe a peanut or two in it..super sad because I was really excited for it.

Icecream was good as always, but the food is horrible and cheaply made and it took forever. The kids they work there were messing around while my family and I waited nearly 13 minutes for fries. Great for Icecream, horrible for anything else.

Omg where would you start? I would suggest starting with the cheese curds followed by a chicken sandwich but everything on the menu is amazing! I always end my meal with soft serve twist ice cream...... whether I eat my main corse here or just swing in for dessert!!!! 20 stars out of 10

Weve been going out of our way to support local businesses, in this case driving an extra 10 minutes out of our way just to go to B&G. Weve been doing this a couple times a week after little league for the past few years. Tonight, they left us waiting in line for more than 15 minutes and then shut the window on us. There were still probably 15 others in line. Needless to say, Ill never go to this specific B&G again and will never make a special effort to support any of the other shops again, either.

A small ice cream place, with no seating. Large selection and multiple combinations of ice cream shakes, malts, avalanches, and concession stand style hot food. Cookie dough avalanche was very good. Will be stopping again sometime.

Drove here after being disappointed with two other ice cream shops. Was excited because after a long day, this place said they were open. But nope! The East location was closed and they failed to update their customers on such closures. I see as I was searching to make this review that the other locations state they are temporarily closed but apparently they couldnt bother to update this location as well. Irresponsible.

If you go here you might as well only order vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate. Every time I’ve ordered from here instead of getting blackberry cheesecake I get vanilla ice cream with a small handful of cheesecake and 2 blackberries. Save your money and get some Ben & Jerry’s and get the flavors you’re paying for...

I was so excited to try the twin bing avalanche - and the first bite was so disappointing!! There were actual cherries in it. The texture was not good!!

I have been to this place several times in the past 25-30 years and it never disappoints me! The options are good and the taste is great! Sometimes there is a long wait but thats because they are so good! Stop in chill out and enjoy!

Im not even sure what it is about this place, but theres something unique and special. Maybe its the fact that it isnt available year round, and if B&G is open, it means the long winter is ending and warmer days are coming (or here). Maybe its the fact that you always seem to run into someone you know, or find that everyone there seems to be in a good mood, and eager to chat, even (or maybe especially) if the line is long. Maybe its the fact that the ice cream is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to list off the ingredients in their variety of creatively named avalanches, or that the prices dont seem to have quite caught up with the rest of the world. Maybe its just that you have to order in a little shack and then eat outside, and thats just different, and a break from the norm.

Oh my gosh they so good, we had the Bing Avalanche, ( I believe that what they are called). I think they put in Bing candy barin it, so creamy and thick. Taste just like a Bing candy bar which makes sense cause they put a Bing in it. Cant wait until next year.

Have ordered sloppy Joes on numerous occasions and they are warm at best and on subsequent visits have asked that they be microwaved, and it seems to be ignored...bun isthe give away. Food needs to be served hot!

We come here very often, but for some reason this summer sycamore location has been giving out soggy fries and also there avalanches are not even mixed. Came there and got a small strawberry cheesecake avalanche, small dish of ice cream, two burgers, and a fry. The french fries were soggy again and the small avalanche I ordered it was ice cream on top and the cheesecake and graham cracker on the bottom. Then I try to call and speak to the manager they have nobody in charge to handle the situation they don’t know when a manager will be in next.

Please make some cake and put it in ice cream. People WILL buy it! Celebration is not cake and ice cream. Otherwise I love you.

Food and ice cream are more than good. Theyre quality! Plus it being outdoors is a plus for those looking to enjoy the summer -- the only time its ever open -- so, I would definitely recommend!

I love ice cream because Im an american. Anyone who can facilitate getting the ice cream into my mouth in my opinion is basically providing me with happiness in a cold creamy package. My wife and I are frequent visitors to BG Milkyway and are big admirers of what they do. I recently had a banana split avalanche and I think that might be my new favorite
