Do yourself a favor and let these folks take care of your vehicle!! My Jeep Patriot was completely ruined by a hail storm in early September. It literally looked like someone too a hammer and had a field day...I called around and received quotes anywhere from $10k to $5k, but no one would listen to me! All of the places I called just looked at the estimate (or asked me about how much I had received from the insurance company) and said, well this is what insurance is paying for so we are going to charge X amount. (Ive had instances before where the body shop did ONLY what the insurance quoted, and left me with a half new, half aged-looking car, and there were even new damage to the areas that werent damaged prior. Sigh. Lessons learned.)Anyway - A good friend recommended this place to me, so after calling numerous other body shops (closer to Raleigh) I reached out to Pit Stop. After just the first phone call, I knew they would take care of me (and my Jeep) Henry actually LISTENED to me and took time to understand the damages that I needed repaired. He treated me like I was part of the family, as did the rest of the crew. HONEST. HARD WORKING. FAIR. These are the words that come to mind when I think about this place. I got my Jeep back in 2 weeks and it looks AMAZING! The paint is beautiful, and they even repaired a few dings that had happened prior to, AND balanced my tires free of charge. WHAT!?!Im telling you Internet...trust these folks. They are worth the drive and earn every penny!! Thanks Pit Stop Body Shop! You have a loyal customer for life!

Yet another lying paint shop!!!I brought my project to Henry at Pit Stop and told him of the experience I had with another local paint shop. (I waited 15 months for that shop to do the job but it was obvious they we not going to do the work.) I explained this experience to Henry and with the utmost reassurances he stated that they would do the job. 4 months later I picked up what was left of this job. Henry made no excuses, offered no explanation and walked away when I picked up my parts. (Still untouched)Avoid this business like the plague. Henry is good at making promises that he has no intension to keep. If there was a rating lower than one star, that is what I would recommend.

Customer service was great. The work done to my vehicle exceded what I requested. Henry even helped me with a few small scratches that were completely covered up. I would definitely recommend Pit Stop Body to anyone and i will be going back for more work. 5 star!
