By far the worse body shop I’ve ever been to.Very unprofessional.My cars trim was damaged where they did their repairs. Paint was terrible.Nothing lines up properly.Bumper skin is falling off.Owner refused to make things right and instead tried to resort to physical violence.Vance goes on these reviews and acts extremely unprofessional.His response to my negative review was nothing more than a personal attack on my character and lies defending all my issues Ive had with him.He uses abbreviations like LOL and other unprofessional terms to defend his poor customer services. Very unprofessional.

Great work by these guys for a fair price I’ve never been disappointed

I chose Smithfield Collision to repair my car after my accident, and they did not disappoint! They repaired my car within a few weeks of having it and it looks brand new like I never got into an accident at all! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I usually don’t write reviews however I felt this place deserved a review! Our daughter’s car was in an accident and the front end was awful! I called many shops and ended up here. Vance is a man of his word. He is honest and does an outstanding job! Our daughter’s car was better than we could have imagined! The car was fixed quickly. We will not hesitate to recommend this shop to everyone! If you want an honest and reliable place... look no further!

His schedule was full but he gave me great advice over the phone to help me.

I had my f150 platinum repaired there because someone had backed into it, fro. my 1st time meeting with Vance until, I picked it up, everything went extremely well, the repair they did was 1st class, hopefully I dont need them again, but just in case, I would certainly ly use them again, my service manager at classic Ford told me when they fix it, it would look better than new, so Vance all I ca say is thank you, and if I know anybody who need body work, I will definitely send them your way, thanks again, also, I had a scratch on it that I did, and asked Vance, how much would he charge me to buff it out and he said, no charge, a d you can hardly tell it was there, thanks Vance for making my f150 to look new again thanks, thanks, thanksGary burns

Paint defects and broken parts. Later the paint peeled off but they claim its the mo-cos fault... weird because they painted over bare metal. makes you wonder how they prepped it. What do I know, ive only been painting for 15 years. Find somewhere else, anywhere else, HELL MAACO cant be this bad!
