We brought two cars from here. The people are nice and friendly and work hard to give you the best deal. If you get a car it is important to stick to the contract that you sign because it really helps your credit score and allow you to purchase future vehicles. If you do not have good credit and looking to build your credit score and need a reliable vehicle ...I recommend this place to anyone.

I see all the posts praising this place but I dont understand why. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Charlie in March 2020. Ive had nothing but trouble with this vehicle when I got it. After 2 months I began having trouble and when I called Charlie it was like oh well. Deal with it. They didnt want to help me at all. I will never recommend them or go back there ever.

Would give 0’s stars if i could drove 55 minutes after speaking with a sales rep for days aboutmy credit situation, was told i was approved on a saturday but the banks are closed and for me to come in on monday ; come monday i texted him letting him know i didnt have a DP and i would come another day he then insisted that i come anyways and he will work a deal for me . i expressed to him i wanted a certain vehicle and i have my mind set in stone about what car i want, i get there after work to him not even remembering we discussed my credit info or that he said via text ima try and work it outfind that someone is buying the truck i wanted and them not being able to do a deal due to my creditwithout money down when i offered to come when i had money down .!!! i drove 55 minutes for no reason had to give people gas money .
