Ive been shopping around for a 2019 Nissan Titan for a few months. I found my truck at Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC. It was nearly $3000 less then any 2019 models I could locate here in PA with the same options. They were a no-nonsense dealer and provided a super interest rate and even gave me more on my trade then any dealer in PA offered. It was a 10 hour ride, but definitely worth the ride. I would recommend Classic Ford to anyone.

Went In for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and staff was very accommodating. My only problem is that the technician who served the car got grease all over the door handles and steering wheel. The vehicle is white so they should have seen it right away.

We called Classic and set up an appointment 3 weeks ago to have them repair a recall notice we had received. We carried the car there on Wednesday July 28 as per our appointment . They told me they would call when finished but never called. I went by on Thursday the 29th and they had not done anything to the car. The service manager told me that they would work on it and he would call me when finished, sometime around noon. I did not hear from them so I called them at 3:00 pm and again they had done nothing. I picked up the car and told them that I would carry it somewhere else where I could get it fixed and not be lied to. We purchased the ca from Classic but will never do any repair business nor will we consider another purchase from them!
My wife and I took our newer Hyundai Sante Fe (all the bells and whistles) to potentially trade in for a vehicle off of their lot (this was early 2021). Apparently they use the black book to appraise vehicles (which is way lower than Kelly Blue Book. Our quote was $5,000 under what Kelly Blue Book quoted us for and the manager said it was because of an accident from a previous owner (minor bumper damage - replaced bumper). The car we were looking at taking had an accident reported on their Car Fax as well so I put his words back at him. He said the price is the price and thats it. Basically told us we made a bad deal buying the Sante Fe but the following weekend I took it to a different dealership and my salesman gave me quote (which was the price that I had in my head without telling him). I will never ever consider doing business with this dealership or any Classic dealerships ever as they low ball trade ins, over price their cars on the lots (new and used), and dont value their customers (new and current) like other places do.
The service department at this dealership is impeccable... I own two Ford vehicles they have always taken care of me and at a fair price. Wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.... Buddy which is my service advisor goes above and beyond !! Brandon (service manager) runs a great team ! And is a total pro himself!! Thx again Buddy !!

When we bought our car we got the 4 years of free oil changes but this oil change was different we got our cabin air filter changed and that was only $30 according to the receipt but I had to pay $62 for the service. Where did the extra $30 come from? This is the first time we had to pay for a service since we got our car 3 years ago so we should have only had to pay for the air filter. After my first review they contacted me and fully explained what I was paying for and are going to fix the customer copies. Thank you calling and explaining to me what I was paying for.

Our family has used the service department from classic Ford for 10 years. I have 3 different Fords and the mechanics never disappoint. They keep me on the road with confidence that the repairs are fixed.
My truck stalled this morning in cracking. I call AAA when I got to work. The service personnel didn’t bring a battery to fit my F150 after I told them I wanted a new battery and even after I told them the make and model of my truck. I declined their service. I call my local Ford dealer which is Classic Ford in Smithfield NC. They informed me that they had the battery in stock that fit my truck. They greeted me at the door as I drove up several hours later. I only gave them my name when I called them about my situation. My total wait time in insulation was less than 30 minutes. My total cost was much less then the price that AAA had quoted me. Classic Ford in Smithfield North Carolina knows how to treat their customers in the up most respect and dignity of the time and money.

Pleasant group to work with, initially let the dealership know I was interested in their vehicle through their internet website and was promptly contacted. Got approved with Ford Credit online and went for a test drive was pleased with vehicle of my choice and proceeded to go into the purchase options available. All employees I was In contact were pleasant to deal with, from internet contact to salesperson all the way thru financing to the General Manager. Would highly recommend to do business with them, more personal contact than some of the super-sized dealerships I have dealt with previously

Dishonest. They installed and charged us $650 for a part that they quoted us at $150 with no phone call or approval from us. Their internal communication is horrible. Clearly, the parts department doesnt communicate with the service department (and vise versa) to ensure good quality customer service.

I had a fall accident, (not the dealers fault), and had to be transported to the hospital, staff stayed with me until I left with EMS. My 2020 Escape stopped working on 31 August 2021. Today, 27 September 2021, Classic Ford hasnt even run a diagnostic, much less tried to fix it. Having it towed to Crossroads Ford since they can at least look at it this week

Classic Ford gave me the best car buying experience ever. I was approved online before leaving home. I was in and out in less than two hours with my brand new truck. There was a sensor warning after I got the vehicle home. They scheduled me for the next morning. I was in and out of the service department in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to the sales and the service team for this great experience.
Great place to buy a car. Visited many locations on our vehicle search. Some made us feel like we couldn’t leave the dealership. That was not the case here. Very pleasant and easy. If they have something you like, Classic Ford of Smithfield is worth a visit.

I needed an oil change and a PCM update covered by warranty TSB. I dropped off my truck on a Thursday that I scheduled almost two weeks before and after several phone calls of false promises I was finally fed up and went to pick up my truck on a Saturday. However, they only changed the oil and did not update the PCM. Regardless, I needed my vehicle. After they drove my vehicle up by the desk, the service advisor had the audacity to tell me he wasn’t going to charge me for the oil change that took 3 days to do. So if you’re in the market to have your car parked for three days and only get 50% of the work done, then Classic Ford of Smithfield is the place for you!

Had it less than an hour! Said it was a intake hose that was off that was causing it to skip and cut off during acceleration. Still doing it! Disappointed!
Dropped the F150 off at 8 a.m. for new tires, lift kit and oil change. Vehicle was in their possession nearly 10 hrs, was charged for all 3 items ($2084), but oil and filter were never changed. Discovered this myself the next morning. Had to spend additional time taking my truck back to Classic Ford for the oil change. Offered me a free The Works pkg for my next visit, but to me my time is more valuable. Trying to support local business, but this makes it difficult.
Took 34 hours to complete a 2 hour recall repair. I called three times after 24 hours went by without them notifying me and when they finally called back they said they couldnt find the service ticket. This was a scheduled appointment. When I went in to complian they offered no explanation and was just now completing the repair. I told the service desk they lost my business for life and I would be rating them on thier performance and he just shrugged his shoulders and said ok. They didnt even bother to clean my car before giving it back. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

The very first car I was showed I completely fell in love with. Everyone was very helpful in getting me the payment amount that I wanted without complaining one bit. They all were very kind and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. And I could not be happier. I will definitely continue to go back and refer friends and family to go there.
Dealership is very contradictive towards final pricing, the employees seemed to have enjoyed more time fooling around then to attend customers, also the process took a long time compare to other places where I’ve purchased vehicles. Last they were suppose to detail my Excursion, apparently they used the newly hired detailer to detail my Excursion and what they gave me was this, the exterior was only rinsed and not use any soap. The interior they only placed a disposable floor mat without cleaning the interior, cup holders were very sticky, carpet not vacuumed, windows dirty, they noticed and left French fried underneath the passenger seats. Overall I’m not happy with their customer service. Did I get a decent vehicle yes but they sure don’t know how to treat customers with care. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Classic Ford of Smithfield, I would recommend anyone who wants a Ford to buy it from Swansboro Ford because they sure know how to take care of customers and would rectify any issues immediately as I am a previous customer from them.

A little discouraged with end results of oil change & tire rotation. Drinking home and warning light cane on for low pressure in tires. Returned next day to the service department tech. Share with him. The results our Son found when he inspected it,as a certified Mechanic.(Our Son). Response we will take care of it.I am very satisfied with the results.& dissatisfied having to return.I share this as a personal note, for I have no clue, as to justifiable reason for, what my simply be human error.Otherwise. Search around to find the truck I wanted and two dealers stated that the truck didnt come with leather seats. Went to Classic Ford in Smithfield NC and they had several on their yard. Worked with ssles rep Glenn and was able to work a deal. Very pleased with his knowledge of Ford vehicles and the amount of time he spent in making it a pleasant purchase. Very pleased with the truck with the exception of waiting on a replacement backup camera that went out during the second week of ownership. Very friendly atmosphere and clean facility.
They use a bait and switch pricing method. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and reached out to the dealership to make sure it was available. Drove 200 miles to look at it, and was told the sale price was $500 more than the posted price because Of the “Millennium Package”, which is some sort of fabric protection. I explained that is not something I was interested in and I was told it is too late and it is already on there. If it is not optional, then include it on the advertised price of the vehicle and don’t waste my time. Seems like a slimy, car salesman tactic
The mechanical service was fine and prompt. The issue with this dealership is they have a non-masking culture there. Every salesperson I saw while waiting was unmasked. Half of the service advisors were either unmasked or not wearing them properly. My service advisor, James Kerr was wearing his mask properly the whole time, but he was the exception. Whether it’s ignorance or arrogance, it’s just not safe to do business with this dealership until they change their non-masking culture. For this reason I rated them low.

The service department has changed greatly since being in the new facility. The service advisors were friendly and accomadating. The new facility service advisors are not so much friendly. It was hard to even get the service manager to speak to me.
Nice people to talk to but when you make an appointment in advance and they know what you are coming in for they should have people available to do the job, but instead I was told they didnt have time to do the job and I have to return on another day. Mind you I didnt get off work until 6a.m. and had to be there by 9a.m.
The employees of Ford were somewhat friendly, but I was disappointed that it took two days to complete a scheduled service. I dropped my car off for a scheduled 8 AM appointment on Friday and when I called at the end of the day they said they didnt get to it. Why schedule an appointment then? They said theyd do it first thing Saturday. I called Sat around noon and they said they were working on it, and then called me around 3 to tell me it was done. Thats not exactly first thing, and it was 30+ hours after I dropped it off in the first place.Then, on Monday, they called and asked me to bring it back in because they forgot to take pictures (the work they did was a recall from the factory, and they needed to send proof of completion of the work in to the company). The guy on the phone sounded a little annoyed that I couldnt drop everything and come in for them to take pictures. On the plus side, when I brought it in after work that day it only took a couple of minutes for the photos.Overall, not terrible, but they could do better sticking to the scheduled appointment (rather than keeping it for 2 full days) and not asking me to bring it back in for something they forgot to do.
I wish the salesperson was more proactive in explaining the features of the vehicle instead of us having to ask if it has particular features that we have in our other vehicle (a Lexus).
My 2017 Platinum F150 sat at the dealership for 5 months. Parts and COVID-19 excuses were given and that was fine. But after all that time, they delivered the truck as fixed. One week later truck broke down 2 hours from home and Smithfield Ford would not do anything about it. Got towed to a dealership in Graham, NC and they discovered poor work that caused the vehicle breaking down again. The dealership in grahams took care of what should have been done right in the first place.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere there during my visit! Everyone was very helpful and polite. The process was very smooth. I will definitely recommend this location and go back for my next purchase.

I went in back in February to check out a used F150. The truck was older with more miles than I was really looking for, but I wanted to give it a look before I purchased another one I had been looking at. The salesman who helped me was great! However, the finance guy was done helping me after he found out I wasnt using one of their lenders. He valued my 2017 spotless trade with 30k miles at about 4k under book trade in value and jacked the price up on their vehicle.. I work in sales, I know how the game works but that was pretty insulting. He went on to explain to me that they did some sort of Platinum Detail or something on the truck I was looking at.. Which from what I could see, consisted of a bunch of tire shine and some tan interor spray paint on the door panels haha.. When I left there, I went to Deacon Jones and got a LOW mileage truck and a fair price on my trade... I usually switch vehicles at least once a year, I wont ever shop here again...

NO PRESSURE!!! We bought an Explorer at Classic Ford yesterday 5/18/20. In my 57 yrs Ive never had a more stress free experience buying a vehicle from a dealer. Jackie was awesome and very patient. She let us try several vehicles until we found the best fit and then came the finance part and sometimes that part is where the pressure comes but no pressure sales pitches there either. THANKS SO MUCH.
Dont really trust them. When they change the oil make sure to check behind them so your oil cap dont blow out and you lose oil. Also be sure to keep all service tickets because you will get cheated especially if you dont keep receipts. They will tell you you need to change filters that were previously changed. They are kind of sneaky

Ive had my truck in this shop 3 different occasions, currently there right now yet I had to call and see the status of my vehicle no one has called me in almost a week, just for the girl to say oh your vehicle is ready. Well how come no one called me? I had to call you guys ? They had my truck for 3 weeks in December all thru the holidays and never even fixed my leaking oil. Only applied sealant too leak. Ive had nothing but problems with this location since I went there in November. Super unprofessional and no one seems to be on the same page.
