Best paint Body/Shop in town, Jay and Tim are very knowledgeable, Intelligent and amazing at what they do. I had gotten my after market bumper painted by them, and needed it put on. If anyone knows about cars they know that after market parts don’t fit very well. In other words, my bumper did not fit my car perfectly, they spent hours working on my car and took their time to make sure everything fit perfectly and safe. These guys are the best in town, very genuine and kind hearted people, I have all trust in them!!

We were very pleased with the work done. The gentleman in charge explained all, and was very kind and professional. He even showed us around the shop and explained all procedures. The car was ready in a few days. God bless all for being Awesome!

I needed my car painted due to sun damage and a clear coat issue present when I bought the car used. I went to Maaco at a busy time in the summer, and Jay was very nice as he offered the best coarse of action for the car that matched my choice of color. Since they were very busy, my car was there for about a week and a half, and I got a call to pick it up earlier than I originally anticipated. Jack and Jay were very nice as a picked up my car, and the total was exactly as projected even though they did more work to improve the body condition than I expected!

I Highly recommend this shop to everyone that need their cars or truck painted to the point it absolutely look like a brand new vehicle. My 1st truck that I purchased from an as is car lot had a lot of faded paint spots to the point I started regretting I purchased it. I googled paint shop, and came across this Macco Shop I dropped my truck off not knowing if they gonna be a able to cover up these faded spots, and the rust on parts of my truck. When it was time to pick up my truck I literally lost my breath my truck look like a brand new truck the paint was spectacular. I was very excited, and pleased. So when I bought another truck that was blue but I wanted it turned black I had no doubt in my mind who I trust to paint it for me, and once again I was amazed when I picked up my truck, and the entire staff was very professional, and friendly. I have a 2003 ford van my back doors werent lining up and wont close they were overlapping each other I talked to Jay we scheduled my van in they lined up my rear doors and painted them the paint match my van the doors open and closed like they supposed to they did a wonderful job doing it I love it thanks Jay and everyone else for getting my doors fix right .and Im bringing them my 04 Expedition to paint and fix all the little dings and scratches.

Cant really rate based on repair and paint. Im basing this rating based on my vehicle was taken in three days ago. I was told I would receive an email by the end of day with the final cost. Still havent heard anything back. Called and was told I should receive the email (yet again) and still havent heard anything back.

Needed to have my fender painted so I dropped it off and they had it ready within 2 days. Customer service was great with both men I talked to, and the quality of work was perfect. They got the paint match spot on and my car looks brand new. I would recommend anyone to come here if they need any paint work done for their car.

I thought my experience would be decent with Maaco as I have heard about them since they are located everywhere. HOWEVER I was wrong. I took my car in for an estimate and received an estimate of $1700. Ok a week later I drop my car off to get done. They initially said it would be five days ...OK ...fifth day comes not ready....they mentioned it would take longer due to a previous job done on the vehicle....OK five MORE days later I go to pick up the car and ITS NOT THE PAINT COAT I DESIRED......I met up with Jay at that point and he explained to me as to WHY they decided ON THEIR OWN to change my paint preference and I received a $1260 paint job of the cheaper version. Mind you I received NO call before hand telling me this was going to happen. I notice on top of the roof (see photo) there’s paint chipped ....hadn’t even left the shop.......as the days go on I observe more and more of the job done and see that there are three additional areas of chipped paint. I bring it to Jacks attention and tell him I’m bringing the car by for him to observe. I met up with Jay instead. He comes out and looks at the car ....and tells me the pieces that were loose were already that way and it had nothing to do with them and WHAT THE F$&& did he want them to do!! He then proceeds to pull the piece and I tell him not to pull it ...VERY RUDE and unacceptable ....I left after I made sure my warranty was active and in effect. I then had my gf after I left as at this point I was very upset. My gf confirms what took place and says to Jay......so I hear you were kind of going back and forth and cursed at my BF? He says ....yea probably so!! HUH?? I then proceed to ask is this how you speak to your customers? Wouldn’t you want repeat customers? He was very nonchalant and proceeded to speak over me......after this unfortunate RUDE encounter I would not recommend ANYONE going there and dealing Jay directly. I can’t speak for anyone else but my first time dealing with Maaco was not pleasant.

Had a great experience when I had my car repaired here after a collision. The staff is extremely kind and very flexible with scheduling. They also provided me with many pricing options so that I could have my repairs done at an extremely affordable rate. They even cleaned off my car for me when they were done repairing my vehicle! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs their car repaired efficiently and cheaply and quickly by an extremely kind staff of workers (they repaired my car in a couple hours and it was ready the same day). Would definitely come here again if I ever need anything else done for my vehicle.

Great location ..this is my 2nd paint job Ive got done here... Took a solid week during short staff and Covid slowing the world down in general... Looks amazing, overall the color I asked for I got... 1st paint job/ color change i paid$330 for my ( 2 door benz)with maacos deal and I also included a coupon that arrived in the mail... This time I paid $830and tipped $20 for an (Infiniti 4 door) ..with no complaints I paid almost triple because the quality was worth it...

I took my son and his 95 Nissan 240 Nissan in to get an price on painting the car, jay the manager took my son and I in the shop and walked us along the whole process, and all our options.it was like a class on auto painting, it was very cool and he was very skilled and professional. we now know what we want and got a great price. I then took my 2005 mustang to jay for some small paint and body work that it needed and they made it look new again for a fair price. I highly recommend this shop for any paint and body work.

I have done business in the pass with this location. The level of business was small things. This time we got a vehicle from our fleet painted. While having the vehicle at the location they had some equipment issues that delayed the turn around time.So two weeks later I come to pick up my vehicle what the owner and I discussed wasn’t done. He told me that what I have is what I get. At that time that he was being very rude and demeaning. There was a racial undertone while closing out.I suggest to anyone to make sure if you do business with this location be very detail and make sure it’s in writing.

I had a rather large scratch on my front bumper repaired. MAACO painted my front bumper in a timely fashion. Everything the service rep promised was delivered. The process and options were explained thoroughly and I am truly happy with the service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional and rude. We took our vehicle in for a paint job. We were told it would take 5 business days to complete, but with jobs ahead of ours it may take longer, but no more than a week and a half. This was not a problem since my husband would be out of town for 2 weeks. With no word about the status of the job after 12 business days (including Saturdays since they are open on Sat), we called to inquire. The gentleman (and I use that word loosely) who answered the phone was immediately rude and irritated by our first call since dropping off the vehicle, saying that they had jobs before ours and that he had employees out due to medical reasons and that it would at least take another 4 business days. While I was sorry to hear that his employee had a medical issue, that doesn’t excuse hostile, rude and unprofessional behavior/communication. As a result of the job not being completed when promised, after twice the amount of time quoted, we had the additional cost of paying for Lyft rides for work. The paint job is decent, except for the color being darker than requested. We would NEVER take any other vehicle to this place and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. You will only have issues if you choose to use them. Not only would we never use this location after this experience, but would likely not use any other Maaco in the future either.

I would like to place zero stars but I cant. The quote that was originally given didnt match the final amount, it was much higher, we were charged for a new bumper but they fixed the old bumper but charged me for a new bumper, the invoice had a double charge and I had to ask him to redo it( the bill was higher because they supposedly replace parts not seen from the outside, but unsure that the work was done), the car was left dirty on the inside and outside by them, and the estimated time of repair was longer than he told us and we had to rent a car ( they gave us a credit of only $25 after a long conversation to get him to do something). I would not recommend going to this business for any work.

Maaco in Snellville, Ga did an amazing job on my 2006 Hyundai that was horribly oxidized right down to sanding & painting my rusted wiper arms. I am beyond pleased with the customer service & paint job by this company.

Will not be coming back! I had been here before and the experience was okay. but my second time and last was of course terrible. I need in my front bumper fixed I had got a quote for my old one to be repaired and getting a new one. I was going to get my old one fixed but the manager Jay said the condition of my car will not be good and I should get a new one. so I go and get the new one and it took longer than expected he told me 3 days ended up being 5 days. after 2 months I found out that my old one was repaired with plexi glass on it. He did not inform me that he repaired my old one and still had me pay for the price of the new one. If he had informed I might be fine with it. But to me thats just bad business.

I had some repair work done on my RAV 4 recently by Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting shop in Snellville. Jay was very warm and welcoming from the first day I walked in the door. My car looks great and they put up with my picky ness. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them 😊

They kept pushing back the date to pick up my car after they painted it, there was paint on my rear lights, and they also scratched my lights. They also painted parts that weren’t in the body. I was very disappointed and it feels like I paid to get my new car ruined. I deserve a refund.

Jay is a very personable. He remembers his customers from previous jobs. We have had 3 vehicles repaired or just painted at Macco. They even repaired the cruise control for my truck while it was there to be painted. They have different grades of painting jobs, and helped me pick out the right one .

Jay treated me like family and I love all the detail and work that was done to mt car... Money well spent in my opinion.

Ive been to this location before to have my truck painted didnt have any problems. I have another car I scratch my bumper, went up there to get my bumper repainted he tried to sell me a new bumper didnt need new bumper, received my car back with trash in the paint, my whole car has overspray on it, even the windshield and now instead of my wheel well being black, it now matches the color of my bumper which is red so now my car looks like its been painted and my car does not shine like it did, it looks dry. When I picked up my car it was dirty, he said he had just washed it and told me that he would wash it again but theyre not in the business of washing cars but he would do it anyway. When I asked about the overspray he told me once I wash it it would come off REALLY!!!! Well why didnt it come off when you washed it. I will never go back there, they are not concered about how youare s2 ssw w,r car looks when it finished. I did not like his dis missive attitude. I call corporate to complain on Monday it is now Wednesday still havent heard from anybody😢👎

I should have learned the last time Maaco touched one of my cars. I needed a fender painted, got a verbal price over the phone and was told it would take 1 day. It ended up costing a good amount more, and took 4 days. It has been around a month a paint is already flaking off in multiple areas. Do yourself a favor dont use Maaco.

Brought car to have paint that was splattered on car from the interstate removed from body, wheels, wheel wells and running boards of car and was told that it wouldnt be an issue. The manager, Jay, told me when it was ready that there was some paint that We picked up the car after hours and noticed immediately that it wasnt just some paint that couldnt be removed but a very large amount that wasnt removed. Whatever tool was used also put deep scratches into the running boards. When we brought the car back, the manager claimed that the scratches were already there and spoke to my wife in a very rude and condescending way about it. He took ZERO responsibility for their mistake and offer no apology for it. I wouldnt recommend this body shop at all and anyone considering it should stay far away. Very poor customer service and business practices.

If I could give this company a minus I would. 1 is too good for them. Jay is very professional when he is making the sale. he has excuse after excuse after excuse. It takes a lot to make me lose my patience or to make me angry. Jay took me there. My paint job was expensive. According to him my car required heaving sanding. Being green to the business I accepted what he was telling me. My car was supposed to be ready within a few days. It ended up being 3 wks. Week after week I would have to call and check on the progress. Each time I was given a different explanation for why it was taking so long. When I finally went to get my car, I pointed out things to Jay that he said was not repairable. Well, if you could not fix those things why did I have to pay for heavy sanding. My paint job has wrinkles in it. There is dirt embedded in my paint job. They did not wash my car before giving it to me. I have been told that it is overspray on my windows and that is why my windows are so cloudy and wont come clean. I guess that is additional money I will have to pay to get someone to scrape my windows. They left my passenger side door open during a time where we had several heavy rains. Rain water got into my car and damaged my headliner that was just recently replaced. I had to pay an additional $400 to replace the headliner. Maaco also painted my door jams. They removed my trim and did not replace it. I had to pay my upholstery guy to replace it. My door panels on the inside of my car were off when I went to pick up my car. Again, I had to pay the upholstery guy to repair. Thanks to Maaco I spent well over $2000 and I am not a satisfied customer. This is not my last review for them. I am going to make sure I spread the word to as many people as I can. I dont understand how companies can take advantage of consumers and get away with it. I am researching my options. I have contacted the corporate office but to my knowledge nothing has happened. They didnt even care to hear my specific complaints. DO NOT USE THIS MAACO. Jay obviously has not ethics and was not willing to address my issues even after I went back a second time.
