Hmmm, the dining table came with the legs unable to set in the hole. The legs were bigger than the hole. I am stuck with waiting for their SoCal technician . Got a very rude response from the customer service rep today . This is surely a night mare as I would like my table for Easter. Cannot believe they could treat a customer who have paid thousands of dollars. This is a serious lesson learned. I just need my table and to be done. Will honestly update you when the issue is resolved.

Great selection to choose from; in store and via their catalogs.I placed my order for a bed; it was delivered and assembled on the day promised. Great performance considering the pandemic thats going on. The gentlemen who delivered the bed were efficient and professional, and, did not leave a mess behind.Thank you Wally; see you again soon.

I wont give the store a 1 star since I didnt buy anything or saw everything the store had but wanted to let others know to probably stay clear.My wife and I walked in looking for a new bedroom set. We were greeted by a worker who was dealing with others and all seemed fine. We noticed that there are no prices marked for any of the pieces. The same worker I guess heard that and came over and said if we wanted to know the prices, just ask. That doesnt seem right but ok, we said if we need help well find him.We walk away and the worker starts following us throughout the store telling us the price of everything we looked at, even though we werent interested in any of the pieces. It was a bit aggressive and I didnt appreciate being treated as a thief that needed to be watched, as if I can walk out the store with a bed.Because of this, I didnt care to look at all they had to offer and we left. Didnt help that the prices were higher than other stores that we went to though I doubt the same two customers get the same prices here. I wont return.

Its my favorite furniture place to shop ever because they have such an amazing furnitures very unique and very elegant. The price are amazing. I love it. And Mr. Wally he is such a sweet, nice and kind person. Great personality and with great customer service. Great job Mr. Wally.

This furniture place in Snellville which we spent about $4000 on a bedroom suit has poor customer service. They sent 3 delivery guys to set up the set. They were careless and caused a deep scratch across my wood floors. We asked them to be careful. I went to the store to tell Habib or whatever his name is. He offered me $30 dollars for the inconvenience. When I told him I was going to do this honest review, he said forget the $30. Naw bruh, forget you. Stay away people!! Go next door to Havertys. That customer no service moron

Elegant indeed. They have several different options for a Living Room set up and a really nice bed set. Prices are reasonable too. Just dont expect dirt cheap prices though. This is a class above Thrift stores.

Unfortunately, our wonderful furniture buying experiences have come to a sudden and dreadful end. We have spent an inordinate amount of money at Elegant Furniture and our latest experience has been lack luster. We purchased 2 chairs on, July 18th. Each week we call to check the status of this order we are promised next week. As of today, Friday, August 29th, we have requested that our order is cancelled and all monies refunded. We have yet to receive our refund and as such well need to escalate our complaint. *Buyer Beware*

Delivery people damaged our floor, owner refused to listen and pay for damages. Terrible delivery. Untrained people deliver your merchandise.

At first I thought I got great deal on my furniture, until few weeks after they delivered my furniture started falling apart . I called the store and they said they are not responsible for it and started screaming and yelling at me very disrespectful for old man like me .
