It was a great experience! I thoroughly enjoyed customizing how I tried this rolled up ice cream for the 1st time. Revolutionary! I cant wait to go back and have them create another work of delicious art! I also appreciate the customer service and assistance that I received on my 1st visit. There are so many options and variety to choose from that every visit will be new and exciting!

So yummy! There were two employees so it didnt take long for 3 of us. Customer service was great he explained how to choose from the many flavors & toppings.

Read online that they had vegan options with soy and coconut milk. Went in and the wait to give our order was 30 minutes and then it took another 30 to get our ice creams. That was not the issue because they were busy. My issue was that they only had coconut milk and the choice that I wanted did not pair well with the coconut flavor. The butter pecan I decided to get was just the cream choice and pecans. Was not good and would not recommend. Very disappointed but the others got regular cream and were good. Upset with the selection of vegan options available.

Love this place. My kids and I would eat here everyday if my wallet allowed. The ice cream taste so unbelievably fresh and is seriously worth every penny. The kids like to get Dragons Breath cheese puffs. They enjoy breathing out smoke. All and all this place is a fun great for children of all ages.

I really dont know how many stars to give. Because some of the staff are extremely nice, but a few are very rude and short, like youre the one who applied to work here no-one forced you. The tall guy with the dreads or braids, I hate going in when he is there seriously. The heavier set girl, I can do without her vibe also. Everyone else is amazing. when they get busy they tend to just throw your ice cream in the cup rather its rolled up or crumbled up. For me it just depends on who is working and if they are busy or not. However the place is always dirty and smell like old bleach, or off brand bleach. I never had an problem with how the ice cream actually taste, its always good. So just focusing on the ice cream ill give 2 stars.

This is by far the most NASTIEST ice cream I’ve ever tasted…a waste of $7. The ice cream taste like baby milk and the sprinkles taste like cardboard.

Tried this place for the first time after working out at the nearby gym (talk about irony), this turned out to be a good place, the people are friendly, and this is different than your usual ice cream shop. They have a vast selection of flavors and combinations.

Stopped by this place for the first time and it was overall a good experience. It was quite busy for a weekday so it was a long wait but definitely worth it! The employees kept a positive and nice attitude even though there was a rush. We waited about 15 minutes to get our order taken and about another 15 for it to be made but i’m not mad about the wait because the ice cream was delicious and worth it! Place is clean and definitely recommend.

Tall guy was rude and short... I dont know if the girl was new but she made ordering hard. Like her questions were unclear and she kept forgetting things so then i forgot my toppings while continuously repeating. Then she just squished mine into the cup. After realizing I forgot to remind her about the Nutella on top the tall guy just turned around said no and walked away. Wont be coming back. First time and last time.Update 3rd bite in... I find a HAIR.

The staff is very polite most of the time...some of the employees are VERY slow when making the ice cream making the wait times even longer. For my family of 5 we spend at least 30 minutes in the store. I believe that the store is very understaffed....especially some evenings and weekends. Aside from that, the ice cream is good, service is pretty good. Oh and they need to have someone clean the bench tables that are outside often. We would never sit down because the tables are so nasty. This would help since we cant eat inside.

Great place. I wish the service for easier though. Everything is offered behind glass; extra spoons napkins..etc.Looking forward for dine in space opening up or maybe a covered area. The seating area outside is not covered and we ended up being there just after it rained.

Tasty enough. Nothing to write home about. If you want the liquid nitrogen ice cream, make you specify it. I didnt realize any flavor could be done on the cold plate or with the liquid nitrogen, then ordered one from the menu titled Nitrogen and it was done on the plate. Still tasted fine, but not anything that would make me want to come here over another place. Honestly, the RaceTrack gas station froyo is as good as this and cost 1/2 as much.

Fun concept. No inside eating because of Covid19. Three picnic tables outside. Only one person working on a Friday afternoon. About a 30 minute wait. I felt bad for the one guy working alone. Cant say that Ill go back but thats just me. Kids like it.

This place is awesome! They have coconut milk based options (which is great if youre lactose intolerant like me). The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back to try more flavors soon 😍

Really good place to go to for some roll up ice cream the wait can sometimes be a little long but you should expect that especially if youre bringing your whole family which it seems everyone doessss lollll so i dont see why so many complaining on here

I’ve been coming here for months and I love it. However there’s not that many people working there (2-3 usually) so if they’re busy you’ll have to wait quite a while.

If I could give this place not one star I would. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! The three employees that were working on 4/24/21 are so rude and disrespectful to the customers. Not one smile from any of them. The lady that took our order was so rude and cut us off in the middle of trying to order what we wanted like she was rushing us. (There was nobody else in the store) keep in mind it does take a few minutes to look over the menu to decide. We will never come back!!!

Theres always trash near the benches and the trash can is always full of trash. The employees will pass by the trash and not pick it up. Its not very sanitary. But, the ice cream is really good.

We have come to this location at least 3 times. The first 2 times they were out of Nitrogen. The 3rd time ( today) they were closed. We called them and they said they close at 11:30. We got here at 9:20 pm. They were closed. By the way their Google hours say the same thing. (They close at 11:30) if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I’ve cream was good but $12 wasn’t worth it..... I gave the benefit of the doubt and went a second time for my daughter and they did better..... if you’re an ice cream lover like myself warning small portions... but the ice cream itself was delicious!!!

First time trying ln2 ice cream the place was prety small and the line was very long, the guys werent that social except for taking the order and greeting people upon walking in. I actually found it hard to tell the difference between it and regular ice cream. I will be trying the rolled next time as that was the more popular option prices i say would be average not cheap but not expensive either.

Bro, on my momma this is the best icecream Ive ever enjoyed, if you havent had this yet then you are missing tf out. the liquid nitrogen frozen icecream keeps the cream frozen for an extended period of time! It barely melts my g. also its delicious.

Ice cream is good but we ALWAYS get excuses as to why we cant have nitrogen ice cream. The machine isnt working. We dont serve nitrogen an hour before closing (we were there more than an hour before closing) it takes double the time to make. If you arent going to make it, then why are you promoting it? We asked the people working there and when they couldnt give us a concrete answer, then the nitrogen magically started working again. We realized the reason they didnt want to make it is because its more time consuming and more clean up time. Horrible customer service.

This place was amazing, if you want to get in and get out in a snap this isn’t the place for you since they make everything right there in front of you we all thought it was worth it! They also have a workstation set up just for people with food allergies which made it possible for our family to enjoy this special treat.

This place has officially become my FAVORITE place to get ice cream. The customer service is great, and theres such a pleasant energy every time i walk in. They know what theyre talking about when they take my order and if I have any questions, they actually show interest and put effort into making me understand what i want to know. Either theyre extremely good actors or they really do care about every customer that comes in the door. And the quality of the product is complete perfection as well. The ice cream is so creamy and the little design things they do are so unique and clever. Ive never seen anything like it. Im actually on my way there to get some ice cream now :) if you ask me, everybody shout try it at least once. You will not be disappointed. Ive been 4 times and honestly havent found a single thing negative to say so i give it a 11/10 😀

I really loved it! The experience is totally unique and absolutely worth it. I think the only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because the actual ice cream flavor is pretty standard and normal, but even standard/ normal ice cream is darn good. What sells it the most is the whole experience of watching them make it! The service is also great!

My favorite place to get ice cream from, the only thing service is slow but only bc the place is always packed and its only like 2 guys that are working other than that the flavors taste great you can get the toppings you want and prices are decent.

They ice cream is great here and it met my standards! I love rolled ice cream and they give you alot of selections and toppings around $8 each depending on what you get. My only concern is the customers they bring in, which are very rude and spiteful. I understand they have no control over it but, it was a bad experience for my first time being there.

1st visit: vegan option I tried was actually good. 2nd visit: ran out of vegan ice cream. :-(. 3rd visit: Not a good experience. Area/surface for those with allergies wasnt cleaned until I stood there waiting for nearly 10-15 minutes after my order. I was the first order and everyone else who ordered after me got their ice cream made and left. I kindly asked for a refund. Not returning.

First time there. Unique concept, hand made right in front of you ice cream for each individual order so it takes time for them to make the orders so be patient if you have a couple people or they have a line because they were efficient and speedy but it does take them a minute and it is well worth the wait! A point per ice cream and a free one after 10 is quite the deal! Staff was informative as it was our 1st time there, pleasant and upbeat which is difficult to be in this type of job! Will absolutely be back!

1st time ever having Rolled up ice cream. Wow Im truly mind blown. I know its just ice cream but it was really awesome to experience something different and have someone give you excellent customer service on your 1st visit. I love that they have special area for people with allergies as Im allergic to peach and my oldest has peanut allergy. My boys and I enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back to try the liquid nitrogen next time... Steve was our server and he was very patient with me taking forever to choose my fixings.... Thank You Steve....I would like to add one thing, i feel the makers should maybe wear beard covers for sanitary purposes but it still didnt take away from the visual experience of watching the make the rolls... definitely not a negative to not make someone come.. please stay open and more locations. Awesome place.

I had visited this place earlier today and was very confused while looking through the menu although this tall guy named Steve helped me out A LOT and I was able to pick an ice cream flavor to try and I loved it. Steve had also told me if I gave him my number he can show me his private ice cream flavor later! Looking forward to it, Steve!

Called two days in a row to make sure they were open before I drove all the way there. Since many businesses have stuffed do to the Covid pandemic, and my son and friends wanted to go there. Finally got an answer and the individual that answered 8-16-20 @ 12:45p seemed as if they didn’t want to be bothered and hang up the phone when I asked their store hours. I called back again just to make sure it wasn’t a connection issue. The phone just rings. Please update your store hours online if you are closed or have certain hours for your customers. Thanks. I’ll just support the local Bruster’s instead.

Extremely rude worker, door said closed at 11PM on a Friday night and it was 8:50 and he said he wouldn’t serve us because he was about to close. Didn’t give us any options and didn’t even apologize. Waited in the line for a long time and he didn’t even tell us he wasnt gonna serve us until after we got up to the register. So rude. Had visiting family and they were very excited to try it out. Taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointed. Lost at least 10 sales, your loss. Moved extremely slow with customers in front of us to push time past.

Went to our normal roll-it up i scream spot only to find a long line like normal. There were about 6 people in front of us they took 2 orders then told the party of 4 in front of us they were closed then looked at us and said we need to leave as well. It was not closing time yet. So we were all confused but he was the only employee in the store and refused to serve us using the excuse that the store was closed. He proceeded to make the order for the 2 people he just rang up. I would say this was a bit frustrating and the lack of customer service was disappointing. After reading other reviews it seems like this has happened a few times and I will need to take my business elsewhere.

This place is amazing! For it to have just opened I am floored by the amazing service of the staff that really did assist me with choosing from their numerous delicious options, and the ice cream combination I got was OUT OF THIS WORLD, so decadent and fresh with well blended toppings, even my boyfriends was fantastic and his was super plain. Im worried this place will always be busy from now on with people realising how great it is, but I really need this place to stay open forever!!

We had a wonder experience tonight. The line wasn’t long when we got there but it quickly filled up. Everything was delicious and the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Lots of variety, good food, but no real order for getting the product to the customer. Other places I have been to like this have you take a number or put your name on it. While we were waiting for our dessert other customers got theirs first and they gave my dads dessert to someone else or lost the cup. Either way had we not said anything we would have been waiting forever. The rest of our party had finished our dessert before he got his. On top of that he ordered marshmallows and they werent toasted when my sister got toasted marshmallows. Im sure the experience could be different had we come when it wasnt busy. Not impressed.

They didnt put on a show like you see in the videos though that sucked but still really good
