Yesterday was my 1st time here and it was great experience!! I got to sample a few ice flavors and they were soooo yummy. Creamy, and flavorful. I brought 1/2 dz cupcakes home and everyone was in love. Soooo fluffy, flavorful, and HUGE cupcake. I hate buying toddler size cupcakes at an establishment. Theres one problem....youre not close enough to me.

I only wish there was a Smallcakes in Monroe, GA. I truly enjoyed my Gluten-free pink vanilla cupcake. I went into the Snellville store to purchase a cupcake for my mom and as I was pleasantly greeted discovered they serve a selection of Gluten-free cupcakes. Ot was delicious. I only purchased one but will definitely be back for more.

We ordered mini cupcakes and a small cake. Everyone loved them, and it was nice to be able to customize them to our liking. During our tasting we felt comfortable and not rushed, and enjoyed the overall experience. We are happy with our choice.

My overall experience here was nothing short of amazing!! I ordered a customer cake for my mom’s 70th birthday and I must say they did an outstanding job! I communicated with Salina and her customer service and communication was much appreciated!! I didn’t wait more than 24 hours for a response and she was very patient and understanding of changes that were necessary for me to make. The cake!! The cake was exceptional in aesthetics and taste!! I sent her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it so well! I expected some things to be off, but I couldn’t find one flaw! We had a bday dinner at a restaurant and received so many compliments from guests and staff! Love the cupcakes and service!! I tried the Strawberry cheesecake and it was amazing!! The customer service was amazing as well I just wish there was a way to appreciate the service more by tipping the employees through card or tip jar!

My mother & I went here this afternoon for the first time and had a great experience! We were able to chat with Selena (GM & owner) and she was very friendly. She informed us everything is made fresh each day. Their daily rotating specials as well as daily menu look sooooo appetizing too! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. We tried the Lemon Drop, Key Lime Pie, & cookie n cream cupcakes. Our favorite was the key lime pie as it wasn’t too sweet but just right.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I submitted an online custom order for (4) rubik cube cakes. The baker called me within a few days. She discussed the specifics of the custom order and how I was going to decorate the table w/ the items. She had a genuine interest in the overall setup and even offered suggestions!!The rubik cubes was perfectly made, moist and delightful!!! My guest continue to rave about this amazing cake!!! First time visit . The store was very clean & very cute . We were told about the store and everything since we told them it was our first time . The red velvet cupcakes were very moist. Sweet but not too sweet & thats including the icing . It was a great sweet treat after visiting Barnes & noble.

The price reflects the quality of the work done. If you don’t like the price then stay home and bake your own cupcakes. Like my tattoo artists use to say, you pay for what you get and Smallcakes is definitely the place to spend money on really great quality tasting cupcakes.

Stopped in this past Sunday to give this place a try. Two of our friends went to Tuskegee University and recommended this place to us because they went to school with the daughter (I think). Let me just start by saying I will be going back until I try every flavor. The cupcakes and ice cream were perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness. I got the Smashcake with a wedding day cupcake and one scoop of snickers and a scoop of cookies and cream. The cookies and cream was the best Ive ever had and thats my favorite ice cream. My little sister got a scoop of birthday cake ice cream and a birthday cake cupcake and she loved it. I would do love if they would open a location in Conyers!!! Id be there everyday!

The first time I enjoyed the cupcakes I got to their location about 5 minutes before closing. The greeting that I received after walking in made me do a double take, it was so welcoming. Went here for a bday gift for my boyfriend he loves sweets and his bday is the day after Valentines day.I bought a dozen assorted cupcakes, HE LOVED THEM!! Said they were huge and really good!! Believe me he would be your worse critic, if he could, hes not very tactful.I also bought my son one also, he loved it also hes 17, so again doesnt mince his words and also loves food.Unfortunately Im a diabetic and could only have a sliver but am a chocoholic especially cakes wish I could have had a dozen myself!!Just a suggestion you need sugar free cupcakes bet youd make amazingly devine ones!! 😁😁

I love this place! The ladies there are lovely and will advise you on what to try (youll want to try everything because they look so good). There are a couple of flavors that are there daily but others that change. Ive tried a lot of them and theyre all amazing. I bought a dozen mini cupcakes (super cute) for Christmas but unfortunately sampled one on Christmas Eve. Then 2, then 6... why didnt I get more!! My husband and I are totally addicted.

So glad to have this place nearby. Used to have to drive all the way downtown for Georgetown cupcakes, but no longer! These cupcakes are excellent and customer service is beyond fantastic!

So my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and she LOVES strawberry cake. I did not know that Smallcakes only makes them on Saturday so imagine my disappointment when I went in and found out. But the manager Cheree moved mountains and found my baby girl a strawberry cupcake. And the half dozen Strawberry Cheesecake and Pink Vanilla cupcakes to go with it, look AMAZING. I LOVE this place.

I wish that I could eat here a day! Its so good and they are so nice.

Absolutely the best cupcake spot in town. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It is clean inside and out. The cupcakes always look amazing in their display and never disappoint in taste. My 6 year old says its her favorite spot and she gives the kid approval. They also serve ice cream that is smooth and creamy. It may be a little pricey but it is worth it. I cant stress enough how friendly they are, they really take the time to talk to you. We will continue to go back for our weekly treat!

OMG, finally decided to check this place out. Im torn between so glad I did and there my diet. The cupcake was so moist and so delicious. I have been coming here since opening. I have bought for special occasions and sent friends with rave reviews. But my last couple visits I have been surprised to see the cupcakes seem smaller and less of everything except the flavor. I use to only be able to eat half of one or less. Been disappointed in the down grade of size and filling.

My honey brought these cupcakes home for my birthday and I loved them all... I especially like the green one with cherry on top, the one with the brandy and the red velvet that I will eat after this post. The packaging was was so nice.... The CUPCAKES are very moist and the frosting is delicious and Im not a frosting person.... Ok, well, it’s going to be difficult to find anything negative to say about a place that infuses their homemade ice cream with their homemade cupcake batter every single day. Like, really. They do that.Oh, and the owner? She’s great. She explained that while it’s technically a franchise, they allow her a great deal of freedom in designing flavors and with marketing. (Allow may be code for insist, but we aren’t complaining.)

If youre looking for good quality cupcakes, look no further. The reason I keep going back is because Tiffany always offers the best recommendation in cupcake with a smile on her face. She is always friendly and courteous. Tiffanys Customer Service is second to none!

What a cute shop, I stopped in yesterday for the first time. The customer service was outstanding. It’s not often that you are greeted with such a friendly, welcoming, smiling salesperson. We really enjoyed our treats from here! Very moist cakes and the frosting was not overly sweet, just right. I had the Cookie and cream. My daughter loved her peanut butter. We only sampled the ice cream but it was tasty too. I noticed another reviewer said the cupcakes were over priced but I disagree. It was a great value, for the taste and size. Also she used her review as an opportunity to plug a competitor. Saying that if they came in the area, there would be no competition. But when I looked at her review history...she had already reviewed to that competitor three weeks prior!? Thats fishy and dishonest. Both places are great. Seems like they sent you to be bias. Thats not fair to the people of Snellville, we finally have good options!

We had a great experience. Red velvet and hostess cupcake (forgot the name) were moist and delectable. We also had ice cream scoops and one of the owners went the extra mile to create my daughter a milkshake. How accommodating! We will definitely return.

The kids really enjoyed our time here I wasnt thrilled that his choice of a cupcake with ice cream but children do enjoy it. They seemed well made there were not a ton of varieties when we were there many of them were sold out so hopefully thats been corrected it didnt seem very busy while we were there so perhaps we came after a large Rush. The atmosphere is very clean it isnt very exciting but at least it is clean an appearance. I cant say that I would go again for the price but it was a fun experience for the kids while we were out

Great customer service, great presentation, however, the cakes may have been out for a while and not fresh, all frostings tasted the same and overly sweet Dissapointed.
