Good, but still have a buzzing in my right earMae

I was told that my hearing aids would be in at 3 weeks, I waited a month and I had to call them. The desk girl forgot to order them so she said she was sorry an would put a rush on them. Well another 2 weeks NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN so called again, she said she will definitely call me tomorrow. They need to find a new receptionist. I would not recommend this place The Doctor is great service is lousy

I just spoke on the phone with a lady who literally laughed at me with a very sarcastic tone when I asked if your facility accepted walk-in patients. Someone needs to learn how to talk to people and treat them with respect. Im sorry that was the first time I have ever had to call a hearing aid business, and wasnt sure whether I had to make an appointment or not.
