Bluegrass Hearing Clinic goes way beyond expectation. They will help anyway they can like repairing the hearing aids or walk you in between patients. They will explain in details or give options that are available. They have two locations with excellent staffs in Lexington and in Somerset. The audiologist really listen to what you need and try to find the best hearing aids for you with good warranty. Just yesterday, I needed to have my hearing aids repair before the holiday and they were kind enough to work me in to fix them. Like I told them Im a happy camper now because I can hear. Top of the line ear care. Was stressed out thinking I had a blown eardrum after being diagnosed with one at the emergency room. Was quickly identified as not a busted eardrum and fixed within seconds by Dr. Mongiardo and his staff. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Bluegrass Hearing Clinic, Somerset, Ky. are friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. We truly did feel at home with them. They diagnosed my dads hearing loss and fitted him with hearing aids that restored his hearing to normal. He can hear us again! They took time to answer our questions and thoroughly explain everything he needed to know about operating them. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing hearing loss.
