My Parents have been buying homes and dealing with Hemmingers for as long as I can remember. I LOVE how knowledgeable the service guys are. Its unreal. They were at my home 2day and I was expecting complete chaos and the guy had my hot water tank fixed and was ready to leave in about 25 minutes... I was told I needed a brand new tank and all new parts to connect cause my house is older. ALL LIES. Just because my hook ups are copper means nothing. They are coming back to fix my bathroom and sink next. I wont go with anyone else from now on. I see why my parents were so loyal all these years... and people leaving bad reviews are probably ridiculous people anyway. Thank you Hemminger Homes. I appreciate you!!

Horrific workmanship. I am a quality control inspector in a fabrication shop and was a home inspector, the things I found wrong in my mothers NEW home were numerous and unacceptable. The latest find is that the gutters are not pitched even the slightest. Unbelievable.

I called to ask if they had any single wide homes on the lot to look at. The lady was extremely rude and said with a nasty toneIll tell you what, just come in and look at what we have and take it from there that did not work for me since I do not live very close to the area. It was a yes or no question. I guess we will not be looking to buy a new home from these people.
