Started buying from here 14+ years ago, since I dont own any retail stores anymore I hardly get to buy from these guys but back in the day I bought alot from here, every time when great and always sent what I needed and on time.Even today though I dont buy in bulk I still buy something from them every now and then as needed. This was my go to bunch, they always treated me great and I bet they will you too.

Repair prices are pretty standard for the area, but their prices on parts cant be beat. As a result, you can get a quite good deal overall at 3B. Just remember: its almost NEVER a good deal to go for the very cheapest parts wherever you are shopping. Content yourself with the second-best deal, and youll be very happy.Repair turnaround is very reasonably fast (a couple days at most as far as Ive seen). A hell of a lot faster than the big box stores.

They have alot of cool stuff they sell, but some of it can be a little pricey. They also have good technical support.

I ordered some parts from them online a couple of weeks ago well under market value. I needed it quick and cheap for an emergency. Arrived on Saturday in new condition. Everything is still chugging along and I am happy. I also recently ordered more parts from them and when I called to check shipping status I was told that they had went out of stock at the last minute. The gentleman on the phone was able to make some changes to my order and gave me a discount for the trouble. As far as small online retailers go these guys seem to be on top of it most. They are very friendly over the phone and will help you when you have problems. If I continue to need things online they will from now on be my first stop to check.I love newegg, but when you can, support the smaller guys. They are typically more helpful and its another way to support the micro economies.

Came in from out of town. I havent been there for over 6 years and didnt realize theyd changed. I was looking for a 120mm fan that I needed ASAP as I was leaving again the next day. They helped me anyway. Best customer service experience EVER.

How do I get a refund or a board that actually works????This is the second time I have had problems with your products and will not purchase any more unless this is made right !!!!you need to quit selling junk!!!
