This location needs security cameras at the loading dock. Delivery truck driver today had electronics stolen out of the truck. $1000 gone in 5 minutes time.

Made a trip over to staples. Hours on their Google page are different than the actual store hours. Time is money. I lost my time. Staples lost my money. Correct this problem. Its easy to edit.

Very excited about their restrooms. We went for the paper shredding. Our first 2 lbs were free and only a $1 per lb after that. Not bad.

This store doesn’t want your money. Price tags are all inconsistent and never match the website. Chair was marked on sale in store but was ringing up correctly and they did everything possible to not make a sale

Greeted at the door, then employee helped me find what I needed. Great service. Would recommend.

Had a few non positive interactions with Staples over the past few years. For one thing the rewards program full of loop holes that makes it hard to figure out what to do to earn rewards and very easy to not meet qualifications and loose out. Besides that the most recent glitch was I ordered online for home delivery but I made a huge mistake and sent it to my other address - totally my fault. Literally hours after placing the order I chatted with a rep who assured me they canceled the order and I even got a confirmation of the cancelation. BUT few days later I then get a delivery confirmation too and SURPRISE turns out when the first rep lies and says the order is canceled the second rep says it is UNABLED to be canceled. I could not even go thru UPS to redirect or cancel (UPS Stinks too). So not impressed with the lie - or lack of training - maybe rep was not even in the USA. Regardless 3 stars for all my listed and non listed issues over the past few years.

Whoever is answering the phone is extremely not helpful and wants you to pretty much figure out on your own what you need

Horrible service! Bought a cash card to print out something just to waste that money. The current employee that was around didn’t try to help, asked him and all he said was there was a limited time he could help me and didn’t even try to actually help me only raising his voice and getting irritated with me.

Manager careles, horrible service, Walmart will do better. Needs a new manger team that will care about service and taking the time to look up need material for future businesses.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Ive only had very nice experiences here at this Staples. I always come in when I need printer ink (which they happily price match with Amazon for good deals) and other supplies. I dont know why people are making such a big fuss, but Im perfectly happy shopping here for office supplies. The fact that they do price match is great because I can get stuff right away instead of buying from Amazon and waiting for shipping.

Went looking for a smart phone tripod and sd card. No luck on tripod - I think brick and mortar stores are becoming basic. Specialty stores are only online now.

It’s a nice store with generally nice employees but most of the time they aren’t that knowledgeable. & most of the time they NEVER have what I need. Especially when it comes to toner. Every time I run out, I call they are out. Luckily Office Depot comes through, every time.

The BMV was GREAT. Nice people that waited on me. IN AND OUT. LESS THAN 13 MIN.. Cool Colors that they Designed.. Light Apple green and blue. Witch looked Purpleish Blue. Although they just opened in Jan 29.2019.. Very Nice. STAPLES IS VERY NICE AS Well.

This place has an amazing selection of writing implements as well as a printing service, computers, printers, chairs, mailing supplies, notebooks, school supplies, electronic accessories, and other office supplies. This store is clean and well organized. The staff here is friendly.

Went for push pins for a bulletin board but they do not carry them... I thought this was an office supply store? They carry push pins, but not flat thumb tacs. The customer service rep didn’t even care to help me find them and when I told him the ceiling was leaking and there was no basket underneath he acted like he didn’t care saying that it’s leaking everywhere. Then went back to sitting on a stool in the aisle playing on his phone. Went across the street and purchased what I needed at Walgreens.

Placed a order to get business cards made online. Normally they call saying they are ready. No call to tell me they are ready or that their store closes earlier than normal. Bad communication on their part. Waste of a drive for nothing.

Tried to use the printing shipping place several times and the employee that works there completely ignores me. I have to holler and make a stink to get her to walk to the counter and all she does is sigh and roll her eyes. Did it to my Mom too. She could care less about the customers. This is a part of staples that you cant do on your own, you have to place your order, talk about options, or drop off a package and get a receipt. She should NOT be working at this counter if she cant help customers which is her job. There is no job that will pay you to play on your phone and ignore customers. Disgraceful! Will NEVER go back

The store is clean and has pretty much everything you could need when it comes to office supplies. It makes it a good place to get something that you might have been having trouble finding elsewhere, however, like most specialty shops, the prices tend to be slightly higher than what you could find at a super store or online. For example, you could get a pack of pens for cheaper at Wal-mart, but you can find more kinds of pens here. And if you need it today, then you cant always wait for online.They have a service center where you can make copies, print, and send faxes among other things. Again, it is a little pricey. It cost me over two dollars a page to send a fax. But if you dont have another option, then at least this one is easy to use.

They help you with what ever you need they are friendly and helpful there just alsome they have what ever you need its a great place to shop at.

Fantastic customer service because surprise Staples has enough employees to handle multiple customers unlike Walmart and McDonalds and just about every terrible gas station. Staples had a huge sale for us to not spend all our money. Only complaint was that the didnt have the correct Papermate Pink Pearl but only had a Staples brand pink eraser. Still I give them an A for today! #JC

First off, let me say that the Copy Center staff is great. They are always quick to ask if you need help, and willing to stop what theyre doing to assist. The rest of the staff, however, is a much different story. Ive waited in lines of over 20 minutes before because other staff members (who I know saw me as we made eye contact while my apparently threatening glances of anger and fury prompted many to scurry away or look elsewhere to avoid my evil stares) stand idly by as the line stretches around. Cashiers are often unbearingly slow, have to call for approval for many things, not knowledgable of store products at all, unaware (or insensitive) of other customers, have personalities similar to hospice patients, and have no sense of urgency when it comes to task prioritization. The only reason I keep coming back is because its so close to my house. On days I have free time, i will drive across town to Officemax just for the better experience and radical e-mailed receipts. If a viable alternative was available other than Target, Id use it. Product selection is good, Staples Rewards is acceptable at best, but unless you have alot of time on your hands, or are extremely bored and have time to waste, I wouldnt recommend this place.
