Very unhappy with service department. We broke a spindle shaft on a terex scissor lift, service guy came out and tried to mend it with a 3 inch bolt so we could load it, lasted about 20 seconds. We were billed 8.5 shop hours to tell us they cant get the part anymore. Spent over a 1000 dollars and didnt gain a thing! You would think you would do the research on parts before spending that much time taking it apart when the part that was broke and visible. Cant recommend at all!!!

Just purchased our Second Lift Truck from Hull, What a Great experience. The people there from the sales team to the service team are very helpfull.Its nice to get Great service from a Larger Company. Thats hard to find these days.Highly recommended if you are looking for a Toyota lift truck
