Company has no customer service, everytime i pay my bill they always mess something up. Got the family plan with 4 lines and a tablet supposed to be 120$. Have not paid that since i got the phones. Now they are tryingnto charge me almost 200$ for my next bill cycle. Tried to call customer service and have been on hold for over an gour now!! We will be changing our services!!!

Went in to metro to get the 4 lines for 120$ a month.Bill has never been 120$.They are trying to charge me 160 for this last month, next month whatever. I will not let them keep taking my hard earned money. I tried to call and talk to a supervisor, sat on the phone for about 15 to 20 minutes talking with customer support and being on hold. Asked for a supervisor and was instantly hung up on.Metro will bot be getting my business. I will be switching companies.

When I have questions they always find an answer. When I need a new phone they help me to choose the perfect phone for my needs. I bought my daughter a phone and got the perfect case for her. Ok, so first best phone quality ever, better than boost. When you try to transfer your phone company boost takes forever and wont let you switch. Amazing simple cases, a long with the BEST employees. Two women last week helped us through a lot. Sadly I dont remember their names, but it was around 8 when we came in and they stayed over closing time. We been there for 1 hour because other companies never let us get our code number and the two employees never gave up on us. We got our code soon and they stayed determined to help. 5 stars

This store has all other MetroPCS stores beat by far! Nobody pushing unnecessary purchases on me. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. No long wait time. These workers at this particular store should get a raise because i have had such miserable experiences at the other stores. We were ready to switch to a different carrier all together until yesterday when we came here.

I was in the store Tuesday to purchase an iphone 6S. the sales associate told me word for word this phone comes with a case and screen protector ... at first i was suspicious because normally you pay extra for those items. but her wording made it seem as if it was included in the price of the phone, because she used the specific wording - it comes with it. what she really meant to say was you can buy these items in addition to the phone for an extra $50i dont appreciate the sneaky sales tactic - i may have bought a case and a protector but i didnt want to because i was irritated that the sales associate tried to trick me. shady business! makes you hard to trust. glad i didnt fall for it.

This MetroPCS store treated us like family. They are the BEST! We would recommend everyone in Daytona Beach area to go visit this store. They saved us a lot of money off our previous cell phone bill. Must go there!

This store is a JOKE! Had to buy a new phone and chose this store because it is closest to my house. The person helping me had no idea what he was doing and couldnt activate my phone. Had to constantly get help. Then when I asked about a case he said hed give me a deal. They didnt have any I liked so he tried to convince me to buy a case for a different model phone. Said it fit the phone I bought. Put the case on and said see. I immediately found gaps between the phone and case. He said no big deal. Then I pointed out the charger didnt line up with the case or the headphone jack or the volume. He still tried to sell it to me. Ridiculous.
