What can i say other then the worst customer experience i have ever had. been a loyal sprint customer since 2000. Today I was treated like a rotten piece of meat ..Walked into the south daytona store to pay my bill . not one hello or greeting .Just belittled ....Then asked to leave cause I didnt have a mask.

I came in the store for a simple trouble soot and ended meeting new family and friends. Ty went above and beyond to help me and now my family are T-Mobile customers. He couldve easily kicked me out the store but he took the time to assist me with my issues. Ive gained a new son With Ty!

Aida and Tyrek are wonderful! They were such a big help in me getting my New Apple Watch!! They were patient and kind. I had to come back a few times because of scheduling issues on my end, and The T-Mobile customer service department having issues adding the watch to my account! Tyrek, who is the store manager really took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, answered all my questions, and was just a joy to talk with while getting everything set up!! 5/5 stars for their kindness, patience, and knowledge of the products!!

On June 19, 2020. I was informed of a Airpod special that was going to start on Friday, June 19th and only lasting for two days. This special was supposed to be a BOGO -buy one get one free.When I finally left, I came out with one new phone, two watches and six Air pods. I was there for 3 hours as the sales representative, Ashley had to wait for the manager to arrive to help her with the transaction. Also, they both informed me that the discounts may not show up for a couple of billing cycles so dont be alarmed.After one week I pulled up my T-Mobile account and I noticed that a 3rd apple watch had been added to my account with a new phone line with digits. I called T-Mobile and inquired about this transaction. They couldnt help me other than stating that it was done on the same day as my prior purchase. They were supposed to create a fraud report and stated the regional manager was supposed to call me within 24 hours. Well, that never happened. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile every other week since then dealing with this matter and the Airpods, as I was NEVER credited for the BOBO. Some of the staff when I call T-Mobile (611) was helpful with my questions but most didnt help at all. During one of my conversations with a T-Mobile staff member he stated that T-Mobile didnt have a BOGO special going on with Airpods during those dates so it must be an inhouse special at that location. Last month I did talk to a Supervisor at T-Mobile and she created another fraudulent report and she called me back the following week. She stated that since the transaction occurred on the same day, they dont consider it fraudulent. She suggested that I call the store directly and discuss this matter. I called and talked to the new manager, Jacie (as apparently Ashley and the original manager no longer work there) and explained everything to her. She stated she would have to get back to me as she would have to investigate this further. I called the next day - well she still hadnt done anything and would call me later. Well, that never happened.I currently have an appointment with my attorney at 9am tomorrow and Im going to the police to file a police report. I have been with T-Mobile for over 8 years and never had a bad experience before as I had always gone to the T-Mobile store located in the Volusia Mall (the staff there is great) This staff at this location are crooks and very unprofessional.

Pulled up to pay my bill BECAUSE THE ONLINE HOURS SAY 11AM-6PM SUNDAY, but when you get there they have someone just wandering around on their phones looking at me through the glass door saying were closed till noon. Its inconvenient when your on a time schedule and look up the hours to go pay abill and get there but cant so youve gotta sit in your car for 40mins so your phone doesnt get shut off. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL STORE HOURS .

The experience in this store is like no other! I came in with an issue with my phone. I always went to the store in the mall but I just happen to be in this area a few days ago. The staff was amazing. Aida, Toya and Ty gave me a great experience. I was telling The ladies that I forgot to pick up my backpack for T-Mobile Tuesday. They went to ask the manager if he go do anything. Ty went to his car and got his backpack and gave it to me! That’s going above and beyond to make the customers feel appreciated. I only came in just for an issue and they made me feel like my problem was there problem to fix! I’ve been a customer for 15 years, and now I have a new store home!

Horrible place I walked in to do a jump on Demand, the young lady don’t no her name but she is African and on the heavy side. She was real rude and said she couldn’t do anything to help me at all because I have enough to finance but I won’t to the other t-mobile and they did it no problem. So I went back to see why s S he lied and they said she wasn’t there and when they went into the back another African American girl, all you hear in the back was I’m not doing that you don’t make money when they have jump. I felt so uncomfortable and just decided to take my business to AT&T just wanted to let you know who you have working for you.

I visited the Beville Road store while running errands, seeking assistance due to constant message on my phone about not having enough storage. And that I should delete my voice mails and other apps to make space. After seeing this for 2 months and going on to the storage area on the phone and clearing files, the issue persisted. I called T-mobile customer support and received no assistance. But when I arrived at the store, I was pleased at the appearance of the store (very clean and organized) although the parking is a bit cramped around the store front. (REALLY POOR STREET VISIBILITY- could use better/bigger/eye-catching signage) Charissa, very professionally & neatly dressed, and wearing the very cute black & pink T-Mobile shirt ( I really want one) swiftly came forward and was the first to greet me with a smile and inquire as to how she could assist me. I explained my issue and stated that I was also seeking a new wall charger and possibly a new inexpensive case. Charissa then asked to check the phone to see the message and went to the storage section to see what other files could be deleted. We found that I did indeed have wayyyy too many saved text messages, quick memos and documents. At that point her co-worker Wilmarie, also a very pleasant and eager to please young lady came over to assist. They both were very informative of the products and services and I would recommend them to others. It was a great experience and Id highly recommend them to all.

If I could give zero stars I would, my husband and I walked into this store both looking for new iPhones 11/4/18 at around 4pm with hardly more than a nod to acknowledge us, we walked to the counter and asked if they had any promotions or offers with two new iPhones, the two employees looked at each other and said not really, my husband then said what about the offers he had seen online and the girl just looked at us and said.... nope. Employees were uninterested in us being there or making a sale! so we went to the mall and bought are new phones( promotions and offers included)!Suggestion: you need new employees.

I came to this location 3/5/19 in the evening to get the new S10e after convincing myself the old Samsung needed an update. But its bikeweek 19 and theres no way Im going to the mall for that with all the traffic. Thankfully, this location was local and open to assist me. Franklin and Iesha greeted me and immediately assisted me with my needs. He educated me on the current options of all S10 models and educated me case/screen protector/pop socket options. He then educated the changes to my bill and the out of pocket expenses that day. He was thorough and answered all questions. Iesha was also friendly and helpful and was very pleasant with my son (who was not patient) through out the whole process. My data was transferred to the new device seamlessly and after ensuring all data was secured, cleared the old device. All is dotted all ts crossed. For the first time in a while, I have had a perfectly seemless t mobile experience and Ive been a customer since 2008! Will be returning to this location for all future needs. Good service deserves good recognition!
