The service at Jerry Seiners has always been very good. Ive been going there for years to have my 2 Buicks and my Chevrolet Silverado serviced. Service rep (Josh) did a real goodjob on my last all day (50,000 mile) service including a new set of tires and alignment.

I had called and scheduled a test drive with Brody Breeze. When I got to the dealership I was greeted immediately and offered a drink or snack while he located the keys. Took the auto for the drive and loved it!! The paperwork was so easy and explained to me in detail. I then went to Skyler Ross for financing and he went over every little detail of my contract. He was able to do it through my credit union. When there was question because I had also put in a loan request with my CU the night before he was able to get the confusion of two loan applications dealt with and figured out. It was a very fun and exciting time for me. Brody assured me that they will find the second fob or that the dealership will order me a new one.Thanks for the great experience!

This is my second service experience on my New Truck and the first one I gave a pass that it may have been a one-off, but for the second time in a row I have been less than less than impressed. This appointment was for a recall, and it took 2 hours, when I was quoted 1 hr, and it is a 15 min job. My first trip was the same story, way longer than quoted or should be with an appointment. Also for the second time they mentioned they would top-off fluids and simply forgot to. Just a lack in detail. I have never had this type of experience at my Lexus dealers for over the last 10+ years, but here I am 6 Mo with GMC and both experiences have been terrible. I hope this is not a trend, or I will need to make a change. Im a 3 strikes kind of guy, and Jerry Seiner GMC is at 2 already.

The Bad:Did not get the initial service fix I expected. Had to take the car back 3 times. Ultimately did not agree with charges.The Good:The service manager Stefan worked with me and we came to a very reasonable resolution. He was great!!!
We scheduled an appointment for 11:30am and around 1pm we were told that they were too busy to get to our Car and that they would fix it the next day. The next day they told us that they didnt have the parts and would have to be ordered so we had to pick up our car a day later and now have to wait until the parts come in :(

Nathan Garza at Seiners GMC made the purchase experience of my 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 amazing. First of all, I am not easy to deal with when I get into vehicle negotiation mode. Nathan remained calm, professional, and focused on the goal of finding me the perfect truck. And I should mention, finding any truck during these times is difficult, let alone the perfect truck. With current supply/demand issues on the GMC Sierra, most dealerships are adjusting the market value of the truck and marking up the price $3-5000. Nathan and his team at Seiners did the complete opposite and offered me discounts that no other dealer on the west coast would offer. Believe me, I did my homework. End result, Im ecstatic with the deal I received on my new truck and the superior treatment I received from Nathan and Seiners. I would highly recommend Nathan Garza and Seiner GMC to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They truly have your best interest in mind and value you as a customer.
Called in to schedule a test drive and they informed me they would place the car on hold at 11 a.m. Called again at 2 p.m. to double check if the car was still on hold and they informed me it was. Showed up at the dealership and they informed me they ended up lending out the car. I drove 30 min to get there. So far worst car shopping experience.
Time spend in the office waiting for everything to be finalized was perfect.The efficiency that my sales representative perform was GREAT. Broady was able to find our truck a lot sooner than anticipated.
JD in the service dept. is exceptional. So many great interactions with him over the years. Recently, he drove around with us until the sound my Mom had been describing finally resurfaced. Funny how noises and mechanical issues stop when you arrive at the repair shop. JD deserves a raise and employee of the year!!
I couldnt be more impressed by J.D. Henao, my service consultant and Chris Smith my service technician. I recently relocated back to SLC following my retirement from the US Air Force. I had a service issue that needed direct attention and J.D. got me in quickly, was professional and walked me through every action step by step. I even received a 2 minute video from Chris with my truck up on the racks where he showed me exactly everything he had completed, where it was located and how it impacts my trucks performance. Purchased a truck at Jerry Seiner and though I feel that I paid a fair price for the vehicle, the overall customer service was poor. Nearly two months go by and they still don’t have my plates, I call several times over this period and leave messages and receive no call back. I finally drive down to the dealership and they tell me they haven’t received the plates yet, but can issue a new temp permit the day after mine expires. It expires and they refuse to issue me a new temp. They tell me if I get a ticket to forward it to them. This sent them from a poor 3 star rating in my book, down to a 1. Terrible customer service. I spent nearly $70k at this store and this is the treatment I get. Things would have to drastically change before I ever purchase another vehicle from these guys. Buyer beware. Oh ya and I still don’t have my plates!
The reason I took so look to respond was because we had asked you to make sure our car could make a 2,000 mile trip and move to Georgia. All went well and we thank you. We are here and safe.
Rated them less than 5 because they were the only mechanics that could not get me in for 3 days just to have something very simple checked on my vehicle. I found 4 other mechanic shops within 2 miles of this dealer, they could all get me in immediately. So as it turned out.. it was much quicker & much faster to go to other professional mechanic shops in the area.
Dylan Remington was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. Best of all, he is not one of those pushy sales people you often find at dealerships. Financing was quick and easy and everything was explained fully. I highly recommend not only Jerry Seiner GMC, but Dylan as well.

I purchased by LaCrosse at another dealership. Unhappy with the service I received there I decided to try Seiner. I called the main number and was very impressed with the lady who set me up for an oil change. I knew in advance that Shane Park would be my service contact. He was waiting for me at the appointed time and quickly gathered the info on my car.The service went quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.I was thrilled with the service video provided of the detailed inspection. I was especially impressed that they didnt try to sell me an air cleaner that I didnt need yet. The invoice was detailed and the prices very competitive. Ill be back.
I did the entire transaction from start to finish from a different state. The Jerry Seiner team was extremely helpful each step of the experience.
First I do not think I should have to pay for a software update to make my vehicle work as it should. Second it took all day and I had to call to get an update. Third I was told the safety decal would be taken care of and then was told I would need to bring it back a second time because they did not have the parts. Forth I was told they would have it washed by the time I got there but when I got there it was not washed and I was asked if I wanted to wait even longer. Fifth and finally when I went to pay they tried to charge me more than promised because they had not bulking the extended warranty. By the way without that warranty I would not of had the radio fixed and would have simply cancelled my Sirius radio subscription.
Purchasing two GMC Sierra pickups was quite easy. Frank gave me a good deal and there was not haggling. This is a great dealership!

I was texted a price of $37,995 to buy a truck from Jerry Seiner. When I drove 3 hours from Moab to pick up the truck they wrote up the paperwork for $38,995. When I refused to sign and pay the higher price they told me they made a mistake on their text and I could either pay an extra $1k or find another way to get back home to Moab.Keep a VERY close eye on your paperwork. Forcing a customer to pay more for a vehicle than a written price is very unethical and unprofessional.
I really like the video review component of the service experience. It provides a very efficient way for me to see what what the technician is looking at and make sit much easier to communicate with the service rep. It helps with my confidence in what needs to be done.
I needed the heater core replace. I knew this would be a labor intense job. it took a little longer than expected but it was fixed right. My biggest concern was having rattles in the interior after the dismantling. NO rattles. Great job.
I will always bring my car in here. Josh called with the diagnosis before the work was started and the car was repaired and ready to go when they said it would be. Great service and friendly also!
My alternator went out on my car. J.D. found a new one and replaced it quickly so we could get our car back and return to St. George.
Update: service manager reached out to me to offer additional assistance which is the best response to a bad review.I have been happily servicing my truck here since I bought it but this last service I was very disappointed with. It was an oil change and tire rotation, something I have done at least a dozen times with you guys. When your service tech came to tell me that they were having issues getting the tire sensors to recalibrate and that was what was taking so long, he said they could keep working on it (which I seen it was already pulled to the front, meaning they were done with it) or I could drive it and most likely it would recalibrate. He told me that my after market wheels had drained the battery on the sensors and if it didnt recalibrate I would need to replace the sensors at $120 each. My sensors had no issues until you rotated the wheels. My after market wheels have been on my truck since I bought the truck brand new from you in 2017 and I have rotated the tires as often as required with no issues. The truck has less than 60,000 miles on it. I am disappointed that you sent me away without them calibrated (it was apparent by the fact that they had pulled it up front that they had washed their hands of it), there was zero issues with them working before you rotated the tires, and that in order to fix it I will have to pay $120 per tire. They have not recalibrated by driving it.
We started coming to this location after we followed JD from the SLV location to service our Yukon. He’s so trustworthy and great. We know we can always trust that he’ll give us the best advice on what is needed for our car. Besides for that we love this location so much better!! They are so efficient and knowledgeable. We have never been disappointed with the work they’ve done. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment took my car in then got a Lyft ride home. Only to get a call later that they were unable to get to my vehicle that day. (I’m not sure what the point of making an appointment was.) Then I was told the problem my vehicle was having was a common problem and some vehicles had a recall but others didn’t. (Of course my vehicle was one that didn’t) charges were going to have to paid out of pocket @$700+. Needles to say I picked my vehicle up and will have repairs done elsewhere. This was a waste of time and gas!
The salesman and finance was so helpful and nice. We would recommend.

This is why dealers have horrible reputations for ripping people off for service. $640 for a simple seat repair because GM’s computer told them to bill 2.5 hour for the job. Parts were $120 - $520 just for labor! I was told “why punish the mechanic if they can do the job faster than what GM says it should take?”. Apparently they are ok punishing the customer instead. Any other mechanic would have charged the 1 hour labor plus the part. I’m not a mechanic and I fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes.
Service techs are very professional and accommodating. In a world where customer service has been lost Josh and Jeremy have been excellent!
I had my Denali brought in for a oil change and a fuel filter change. They did not reset the warning lights. When I called the dealership and asked for my rep it went to voice mail. I left my name and number but never received a call back. Each time I start my truck I have to hit the buttons to turn off the warning light. As a custom home builder it us all about the details. Like cleaning the hardwood floors does NO good if we dont get the corners.

I really like that they were fast and prompt with responding to me about the car that I wanted. I was able to test drive and drive home in the car I wanted. There was nothing wrong the day I went to purchase my car. However, the service after our car had already been purchased was horrible. We were waiting for our license plates to come in. Two days before their expiration date, we called the dealership to inquire about the status of our plates. The first person asked us who our salesmen was, which we had two different people helping us when we bought the car, so we werent sure. When we couldnt name the salesperson, they said they would look it up and call us back, which they never did. I called again and the guy seemed rather annoyed to be talking to us. He said that the DMV was backed up and we wouldnt get in trouble for having expired plates and that our salesperson should have told us this. He said hed look for the status of our plates and then hung up on us and we never heard anything back. We started with one salesmen and he had to leave so we were turned over to another salesmen to finish out the sale. They didnt seem like they really wanted the sale, just wanted to car gone.
It was great. While it was in your hands you offered me a ride. So I went to my mom. So everything was perfect
Overall, my experience is always good with Jerry Seiner service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I got home and realized that two of my valve stem caps were missing after my tire rotation. Not a huge deal but it’s the little things that make service visits exceptional.

I had purchased a used Sierra truck. I called to set up bringing it in for recalls and service while I was leaving for a few days. JD was super helpful in setting that up, answering my questions, and following up when I brought it in. The video was great. And JD was able to follow up explaining what could wait and the pros and cons of doing that. No pressure, just good knowledgeable advice. Irving was the only GMC rep in all the dealerships I called that took the time to find me the vehicle I wanted. I was looking for a 3500HD AT4 Standard Bed and every other dealership from Utah to Idaho to Nevada told me I had to wait at least 90 days and order one custom and instead tried to force me into a Denali. Irving made the effort and found one for me only 2 weeks out. Love the truck, thank you Irving!

I was travelling across country in my RV, when I got a low oil pressure warning. Chevrolet corporate called around to see who could handle the 11 tall, 11,100 pound vehicle. Jerry Seiner was willing and able to take it in, and attempted to expedite the repairs to get me back in my home. They informed me!

My wife asked the service representative to look at a few warranty issues one being what looks like insulation or gasket coming out around the headlights. He wrote the information down but when she picked up the Acadia the service was done but nothing was done to the warranty issues she was told that she had to make another appointment. Not what I call good service.
Took hours just to give me a bad diagnosis. Recommended a $900 repair I didn’t need. I came here thinking I would get the best service but I was very disappointed.
There was a lot of communication from the dealership and JD was great to work with.
Shane and everyone was friendly, informed and professional. My moms truck was washed and clean when they were done with it. They kept me informed.

Nothing but a head ache from day one. Bought a used truck with higher mileage, and I understand there’s risks involved with that, but I didn’t even drive the vehicle for 500 miles and the turbos started leaking. I did my research on diagnosing the problem and took it to another shop to have them confirm the issue. Reached back out to the dealership to see what we could do. They agreed to fix the issue only to come back to me saying they would have to replace one of the turbos and they were willing to split the cost with me, quoting me at $3,000 to replace one turbo. I proceeded to do more research, calling three other dealerships that quoted me at $1,500 to replace one turbo, parts and labor. I ended up giving them $1,000 just to have a running vehicle. I will never go back to them, nor refer them to anyone in the future.
Customer services was nice. However, the wait was over 2 hours for only an oil change and New battery, when i was told it would be an hour wait.
The service here today was horrible. We got a call from our dealer saying that he had a car he could show us, we were right down the street, not even a 10 minute drive by the time we get here and call we get hung up on FOUR times. After going inside and asking for help we were told that he would be found and come assist after 10 minutes a lady came to tell us he was already with a customer and he’d be out when he was done. We waited in the car for an HOUR before I went back inside to see what was going on. When I went inside he was peacefully behind his desk COMPLETELY UNAWARE WE HAD BEEN WAITING. Then when he finally came to help he told us BOTH cars we wanted to look at had been sold. We watched COUNTLESS other people walk into the store to be helped while my grandfather fell asleep in the front seat waiting for a guy who’s completely unaware we exist. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I brought my 2013 Acadia in for an oil change. It was at 100,000 miles and it was time for a lot of service - roughly to the tune of $6,000! The technician showed me via the video what was needed and while it wasn’t required right now we decided to pull the trigger.JD and the service/parts department were able to offer me a lot of labor discounts to make it more agreeable.I left with still a large bill, but a greater appreciation for Seiner South Jordan’s professionalism and desire to help me out.
Was great. Really appreciated Jesus demeanor and knowledge. Was a great balance of knowing a lot and answering my questions, but not being too pushy to sale me.

If I could post negative stars I would!!My husband and I put money down on a new truck a little over 2 months ago. We were under the impression that the truck would be here quicker than it was, but we waited patiently given the current circumstances with cars. when the truck was ready our salesman told us he would be there until 8 PM and asked if we could make it over, as he was leaving town the first part of this week. My husband had been communicating with the salesman the entire 8 weeks about doing a trade-in. We were reassured that we could handle it when we came in, that we would be taken care of, and be offered a fair deal.The price that the incredibly rude sales manager offered was downright laughable and offensive. When my husband brought up the kelly blue book price and comparables on other sites, the sales manager told him that no one uses KBB; did we want this truck or not. He then said we could sell privately and come back to buy, to get more money out of the trade. sounds like a great option, until he told us he would only give us three days to sell our truck; even though we put money towards the truck, rushed over to meet their schedules, he would not hold the truck past June 30th due to new incentives. the sales manager mentioned numerous times he has the ability to sell the truck first thing this morning. The truck we are trading in is worth at least $15,000 more than what he offered, this was not a few thousand dollars difference. My husband had some choice words for the sales manager after feeling flustered and beyond frustrated. We feel completely cheated out of money, a new truck, and absolutely disrespected. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a positive or fair experience.
