We made an appointment with a salesperson for 2:00 pm in order to purchase my leased vehicle. Several sales people checked in with us and assured us they would contact that person on our behalf or assist us themselves. After waiting 40 minutes my partner spoke to the employee at the desk who finally assisted us. Thankfully he ended up being the leasing manager and was able to get us out relatively quickly. On another note, despite what is claimed on their website the employees are NOT following Covid-19 protocols. I am so grateful to be done with this dealership.
Don’t let these guys fool you with there “100 point inspection” and “we wouldn’t sell a bad car” I drove my truck off the lot with faulty seat belt and air bag. Not I’m sitting on the side of the road in a completely dead truck. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience at Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne! My husband had just totalled his truck and we were desperately trying to find him another vehicle. We found one in their website we liked and called to make sure it was still there. We arrived at 7 oclock at night and our salesman, Ben, met us outside. He was incredibly attentive and helped walk us through the process. Car buying is always daunting and stressful. He made it go through flawlessly! Ben was funny and easy to chat with which helped with making the time go by. We never felt rushed or pressured. Because it was so late, the service department was closed and they needed to do one more go through of the vehicle. We went back today to pick up our new car and Ben was again there waiting and had it ready to go! Stellar job and we will definitely consider buying from them again, simply because of Ben! Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Receipt shows tire rotation. I had a small leak on the passenger rear tire, after rotation that leaky tire is still on the passenger rear. Which means no rotation happened. I emailed them over a week ago and have got zero response. Do not use them. They lie about work being done.
We really appreciated the service we got from Isaac. He was very professional and got us the best deal he could in our situation. He also got us into the vehicle we wanted other than pushing us into a car we didnt want like most salesman do. If your going to buy a car here ask for Isaac for your sales rep. I helped my son by his first new car from here. Unfortunately the car that was in his price range had just been sold so we looked at another one that had more upgrades but turned out to be out of his comfort range. We were getting ready to walk and look elsewhere when they found almost the exact model on there website and went to find it. We were told it was new but clearly it had either been test driven a lot or was being used as a demo by one of the sales people because it had just over 1000 miles on it. They had to run it through the wash before bringing it for us because it was so dirty. My son fell in love with it and it is a beautiful car. I felt good about it and we purchased it and took it home. Unfortunately we later noticed a scratch in the front drivers side fender which we hadn’t seen before. To be honest because we thought it was a new car I didn’t inspect it as thoroughly as I should have. My son drove it from the dealership to my home and took photos of it when he arrived home to share online and with his friends. The next morning my Dad who was in town pointed out the scratch that was clearly not fresh. We actually pulled up the photos he took the day before right after returning home and sure enough it was in those photos as well so we knew it had already been there. My son sent an email to our salesman Big Al with photos and an explanation that he knew it hadn’t happened when it was in our possession. I was shocked by the careless response we received. He said they had run a camera at the time of delivery and the car showed no scratches so we should check any place we parked to see if they have cameras. I left a message for him explaining that nobody in my driveway had hit the car and that the photos taken right after returning home showed the scratch. I also asked if they had photos as he suggested we would like to see them. I have had absolutely no response from him. I tried to reach a sales manager but sat on hold for over 20 minutes. This was our first experience with Tim Dahle and I’m not impressed with the sales department’s response to something that was so frustrating for us after purchasing a new car. I find it hard to believe that in the few miles from South Jordan to West Jordan my son wrecked his new car when he had driven a Mazda for 3 years without having any accidents. Based on this experience we will not purchasing anything from them again.
I just went yesterday to look at an used Chevrolet bolt EV premier and our salesman, Ronnie was very helpful and helped us through the process and get the car we wanted. He helped confirm all the features we wanted and did not give us much pressure. Will update later.
Came in to get my car fixed, and ended up finding out it needed more repairs than I was willing to pay for. I was having a pretty sorry day to say the least. I made the decision to trade in my older car and go home with something new. Nick worked with me for a couple hours and eventually I ended up headed home with a great deal on a truck. Nick and the rest of the people I worked with made a pretty garbage day a lot better. I wouldnt recommend the whole experience to anybody because it sucked, but the car buying experience was a definite positive.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!Would have purchased a car from here, but they sold it after we put a deposit down and signed a contract for them to hold it. We liked the car but really wanted to sleep on it and see it in daylight. The sales manager came out to try to force us to sign that night, we did not like this and again said we needed to sleep on it. We were able to arrange a deposit and they promised us a 24 hour hold on the vehicle. After much research and debate we decided that it would be a good fit for us and had planned to return after work to finalize the deal. They called around 4pm and said they sold the car at 9am. They cant even hold to a 24 hour contract, good luck on that forever warranty (Which is not included in advertised pricing).If you do decide you must go there DO NOT give them your keys to appraise your car they will stuff them in the managers room and not let you have them back.To the Owner, I was in here with my wife, dont try to be condescending on here like you are at your dealership.
Good vehicle. However, services were specifically requested to be left off and were not. They also stated a price for the trade in, but when I checked the paperwork after signing, they had provided $500 less than they had stated. Refused to adjust to agreed terms.Thats not honest.
Tristan was great! He was patient and after he brought over the Rogue I said I wanted I change my mind and decided on the Pathfinder instead, he was still kind and helpful. The finance manager was awesome and courteous. The staff has been great!

Amazing experience with the whole Tim Dahle Nissan team.Highly profesional, helpful and knowledgeable, they answered all our question. Robert Frosty Frost, the sales associate was great.We had no pressure and we spent at the dealership the right amount of time.No waiting, no back and forth. Definitely one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle.
1) Tim Dahle Nissan said brand new van was ready, but it really wasnt. No quality control: steering wheel misaligned, bug shield not installed correctly, rear view mirror not electrically connected. 2) Tim Dahle Nissan says they fixed vehicle problems, but they didnt or cannot. Either Nissan vehicle defects, or unskilled technicians relating to alignment and the steering wheel continually going out of alignment. 3) Service scheduling lacks ability to critically think in behalf of customers. Waited until we drove 50 miles in to tell us that type of service would be multiple days, but no loaner vehicles were available... making us drive back two weeks later. 4) Passive/aggressive behavior and changing of positions on topics. Initially said they would take care of everything, then texted days later that we would have to pay for it... within the warranty period! 5) Not being accountable, and not being technically proficient. We have proof vehicle came with alignment / front end issue within first oil change period... their solution, just rotate the tires frequently. 6) My last text of questions to them has been unanswered now for 4 days.Never had these types of issues with my other vehicles (8 in last 25 years) or dealerships! No more Nissan for us
Just a rather disappointing experience. Had my sights set on a cargo truck here. Came late in the evening Wednesday and they had the truck in the detail shop so I couldnt test drive it. Didnt feel comfortable putting down a $500 deposit on it to hold the car until I test drove it. Let them know Id be willing to come out first thing in the morning to get the test drive in and get the process started. They called me to let me know it was ready, I picked up my things at work and headed straight there. They sold it before I even had a chance to get there. Only a 20 minute drive. Wish they would have just let me test drive it the night before, or tell me that they had another buyer extremely interested this morning. I would have put a deposit on it right then and there and then headed over. Could be driving home a new truck if the dealership cared about customer service. Its all about the sale here. Its just good business I guess. Just wouldnt expect to receive any communication during the buying process.

Great car!Okay dealer. Keep in mind the price you see is only if you finance through them.They wont budge on price even if they say they will (which I was promised because I had to come back multiple times). Their version of giving you a deal is charging you half price for their expensive services.
This place was great! I worked with Frosty who made the process painless. I am located in southern utah and basically made this purchase over the phone with him. He told me everything I needed to bring to make sure I was squared away during the financing part so that made it easier. I would definitely purchase from them again! The only thing to improve is to change the coke machine to Pepsi.. 😎. Awesome dealership. And that’s hard for me to say about dealerships coming from our choice of dealers in southern utah..

I bought my first car from this dealership yesterday with the help of Ryan Price. He was extremely kind and helpful when it came to my requirements for payment and the fact I wanted an electric car. I got a great 2017 Nissan Leaf and its amazing. I was even able to get a good trade in value for my other car. I would recommend coming here to buy a car theyre very honest and nice people here.
The salesman we worked with, Ben was fantastic. He was very helpful and informative. He followed up with us after a few days. The only reason for the 4 stars was that as with most dealerships the process from deciding to buy a particular vehicle and driving that vehicle off the lot seems to take longer than it should.
Contacted Heather at Tim Dahle Nissan yesterday to inquire about a Lexus GX470 they had listed for sale. I received a call back and was told it was available and they’d send more pictures as I requested. I went on their website and submitted a credit application after that. I was told today that they NEVER even had the vehicle on the lot and it was apparently sold wholesale before I ever contacted them. I now had a hard inquiry on my credit report thanks to this dealers poor communication.
They will tell you that you get a better deal financing the car. You dont. They will tell you that the only fee you will pay is a $1000 for their forever warranty, this isnt true either. They only show you the price you will pay per month, without showing you the total cost of the car. The accountant told me she added 3 oil changes on top of everything, implying it was free, it was part of the bill. If you go here make sure you get a breakdown of every cost, but honestly, Id probably just walk away.
Bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima from them 90 days ago, they still haven’t gotten the license plates to us. They are on their third extension for our license plates. When asked why, they said that they still haven’t gotten the title to the car. The dealership mentioned that the car came with a two-year warranty, after purchasing the car, we realized that they charged us 2,400 dollars for the warranty. They also mentioned that they would fix the AC, and they never did. It was and is an extreme nightmare dealing with this dealership. The manager should be fired. If you love your sanity, then buy from somewhere else.

I am only giving 2 stars since I enjoyed the people I dealt with. When my wife and I were in there looking to get two cars. We gave them our budgets and they did a good job keeping us within that limit. When we wanted rough numbers they were saying that the monthly payment for a $24K would be over $550 a month. That means they were quoting us at an interest rate close to 20%. We told them roughly what our credit scores were and that we had been told by our bank that our interest should be about 3-4%. They were also trying to get me to buy a car that has an active recall because they catch on fire. They said they fixed the issue, but the manufacturer has not started the fix until later this month. I felt extremely lied to, and We will not be going back to any Tim Dahle Locations anytime soon.

I was hoping for a red car but they only had black and silver out on the lot. I liked the black car and had decided to buy it when he came back and told me he had just found a red model that hadn’t been put out on the lot. Made my day.The only drawback was the fairly long time to finish all the paperwork. But that wasn’t anyone’s fault. Just a busy day.Thanks for a positive, pleasant experience.

We recently bought a used car from here a month ago. They had their mechanic look over it for us and fixed a low pressure light. As soon as we got it back the low pressure light was back on. We took it in again and they replaced the rims which were causing the problem but it took is about two weeks just to get the car. Since then we’ve had to take it to the shop three times. Their worry free inspection is worthless! They also installed a DVD player for us but come to find out the remote doesn’t work and we have had difficulty getting the dvd player to work for our kids.I’m updating this because I am extremely disappointed with their service! The picture below is the tire to our car that they said they had fixed. We are now waiting in a parking lot with 6 tired kids trying to get it fixed. I highly recommend not using their mechanic.I’m editing this post once again. Come to find out we had just run over something BUT in our efforts to change the tire we realized the rims you so thoughtfully put on for us needed a special lug nut key in order to remove them. We realize most big vehicles use these but you did not provide us with the key! We spent the whole next day (a day we were on vacation out of town) searching for somewhere to find the key we needed so we could just change the tire! In frustration after trying several places we called the dealership where they offered to sell us one!!! When they were supposed to have provided it!!!! They then told us you could find it at any Chevy store which is not true!!! Luckily after a whole day of searching we were able to find someone with the key! We are extremely frustrated with your service and wish we could have enjoyed our vacation rather then spend it searching for something you should have given us! As for the DVD player remote you should have checked it yourself who wants to really mess with the warranty when driving through a dessert. If its brand new should we not expect it to work!!!!!
Ryan Price was awesome. This is the second time in the past 8 months that weve bought a car here. I was not pressured into buying something and Ryan was down to earth and completely understanding of my situation. I would definitely buy from Ryan again.
Ben Inks was awesome! That is why I rated them 5 star. I would buy a another car from him in a heartbeat. If I were to rate my experience with Tim Dahle it would be a 2 or a 3. Too many people to deal with and they are all trying to sell you something. The biggest frustration was when we were signing the papers and the finance guy lays the different options out in front of you for warranties. The do not list the option for just the factory warranty. So you get tricked into paying extra each month for an extended warranty. Luckily I knew they were going to do this. I feel like this practice is extremely deceitful, even if all the other car dealers are doing it as well.
Our salesman was great, very nice and informed. During our test drive he told us that the advertised price was the price we would pay, a no hassle price, plus taxes, title, license, and fees. If we agreed to finance through the dealer we would get that advertised price. That made sense and given that I knew what the typical tax, title, license, and fee would be we decided to start the financing process. They pulled our credit and presented us some per month numbers but no actual breakdown. I asked for a breakdown and was told another number that they would try to work on. We were then presented another per month figure. The monthly figures would make the cost of the vehicle close to $19000 out the door, a far cry from the $14000 advertised price. We were never presented a breakdown or a true explanation for the price differential. It felt like there was hidden information that I was not privy too. Would not recommend going to this dealership unless you are prepared to pay extra.
Tristan Madsen was great. Went to 5 different dealerships that day and Tristan was the best. That’s why I bought two cars off him that day. He didn’t pressure me, he was straight up and honest. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The people were so enthusiastic, friendly, personable, kind, and knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to find the cars in extremely excellent condition, as opposed to the many dealers I had previously been to, who hope I wont notice whats wrong with their cars. This is the only dealership Ive been to where I trust they would take care of the car beyond my own knowledge, or what I would notice. To make a long story short. We bought a new NV 3500 5 months ago from Tim Dahle and had them install the 4 wheel drive, lift kit, running boards and tv.Since we have owned it we have had to get the running boards re attached because they basically were falling off on the Highway because they used the wrong self tapping screws and not enough of them. We also had to take it into a local dealership to have them fix the 2 main support bolts for the transmission, both were stripped when the 4 wheel drive was installed. Now the front end squeaks over every bump in the road, can’t have the windows down because it’s so annoying, most likely due to the poor install job of the lift kit. So now we are taking it in again to get that fixed. We love the van but the aftermarket install was done very poorly.

I brought my Titan in for service, and Jake Unger (Your Dancing Salesman) asked me if I loved it. Knowing full-well that I was speaking to sales (and thus would be sold something), I went ahead and let him know that it was far too big and didnt fit my needs.What followed was about two days worth of Jake exploring my options and letting me pick through a good crop of different trucks that actually made sense for me. There were several test-drives. Jake was very patient and detail-oriented. I finally settled on a Frontier, and the rest is history...well, paperwork, anyway.This was a huge improvement over my experience buying the Titan at another dealership, where I felt that I was hurried along for the sole purpose of making the dealership the maximum amount of money in the least amount of time.So, if you want to enjoy buying a vehicle and actually be taken care of, go to Nissan Southtowne and make sure you work with Jake.

*UPDATE*The car broke down 6 days after I bought it. They did fix it for free and tow it which is great, but it has broken down AGAIN not even two months later. Not even the car I traded in broke down this often, and it was in significantly worse shape. Also not to mention, it’s been almost two months and I still don’t have my plates. I’m very frustrated with my experience here.——————————————————————————————We came in yesterday during Memorial Day because I found a 2015 Mini Cooper online. Tristan was our salesman, and he got us approved, in, and out within an hour-hour and a half. So quick and no hassle whatsoever! We even had a trade in and the process was so easy. Left that day with the car I wanted! I highly recommend these guys.
If you are shopping around for a car go to Nissan southtown and ask for Ryan Price hes a sales associate there and he is amazing he goes out of his way to help you and make you feel like youre important they need to promote him up to be a manager Ive never been to a place where I felt so comfortable working with the sales associates he doesnt make you feel like hes just there to sell you a car he makes you feel like he cares about what you want . Other car lots make you feel like theyre just there to push any car on you doesnt matter if you want it or not. He keeps you informed every step of the way.

We just purchased a car at Tim Dahle Nissan and we have had a great experience so far. Houston was easy to work with and made the buying process a lot less scary, and Mark stuck to his word and texted me to give we an update which was beyond the scope of his job. So far we are happy and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.
Recommend avoiding due to questionable practices.I came into the dealership with a preapproved loan from my credit union. The financing rep told me that if I were to use my credit union for a loan that they would stop negotiating and add $1500 to the advertised price on the car I was interested in. They made it sound like it would also affect any trade in deals. At this point I decided that I wouldn’t proceed with buying the car because their practices felt predatory to me.Shortly before leaving, I also witnessed what seemed to be a supervising employee forcefully grabbing the financing persons butt in full view of everyone at the dealership. The employees, including the one who was groped, acted as if it were normal behavior.It was an intensely uncomfortable experience for me, but I can only imagine what it must be like to work in such an environment.
My experience has taught me car salesmen are slick and not to be trusted. My two times car buying experiences with this company were not good. The salesmen, especially at the Murray location, and a couple at this location, have proven to be incompetent, overeager and quite ignorant of their stock and overall paperwork processes, in other words crazed and lazy. (-2 Stars)On the other hand, this locations service department has hands down some of the most dedicated and customer focused people I have ever met. Even when met with hard and difficult days of people complaining and using hateful, abusive language, these people seem to rally themselves and continue on with their work with professionalism and kindness. Alex yesterday was a prime example of her leadership, Angela (Bay Manager) and Andy (Department Manager), that continue to make right and fight thru adversity and difficulties with mindfulness, kindness and professionalism. Even though it took THREE HOURS to do my oil change, I was aware enough to realize the staff were making a frazzled yet concerted effort to get it done as fast and good as they could despite whatever was impeding their work or slowing them down. I try to remember our society has gone through a major disruption. One of which is supply chains. I dont pretend to know why an oil change took so long but Id rather give these people the benefit of the doubt especially in light of so many supply chain issues. If nothing else, afford them the same dignity and respect they espoused me as a human. (+7 Stars)To those who may read this, please keep in mind that however put out you perceive to be by someone else, doesnt change the fact they are human and deserving of respect and dignity. I purchased my car from here. Watch the fine print everone. You can negotiate theshop fees they tack onto the traded in vehicle. That should just be known when purchasing a used vehicle from any dealer.Do like the free car wash for purchasing here and able to charge my ecar here while i ride my ebike to the office.

I had a great experience with Alex Gay as my salesperson. I told him what I wanted. The first car that I was interested in was not at the dealership yet. In the meantime waiting for my Toyota Corolla he sent me home in a 2016 Honda Civic. I fell in love with the car. Once the Toyota got to the dealership he let me know the car was manual and I do not drive manual. He suggested to get the Honda Civic. The car needed some work done since it just got to the dealership. He let me know as soon as the car was ready. The financing with Austyn was great. I got my plates shortly after. I am loving my 2016 Honda Civic and get many compliments on it. Thank you Alex and Austyn for making my experience great at Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne.
They sold me the car with a mandatory $2500 warranty. My car broke down almost every week ever since I purchased it. Everytime I take it to their service department to get it fixed, they hold the car for three days and then when I call to check they say the warranty does not cover whatever is wrong with the car regardless of what it is, the answer is always the same.They charged me $1300 to replace the bent rims and unfunctional tires they had on the car they sold me. I had specifically asked for the old tires on my car to be placed in the trunk. They took them along with two spare tires I had purchased from victor tires and they took the ratchets I had in the car.Ernie Willits the manager says he performs alignments on all cars before he sells them. Well then why did you charge me $90 for alignment when I went back to you two days after I had purchased the car to check why it was shaking on the freeway?Ernie and John from service are the two most dishonest guys I have ever dealt with.I am driving on expired plates because Tim Dahle failed to deliver title 90 days after the sale. Everytime my temp plates expire, I am the one who has to call and bug them to remind them of their duty to either get an extension or the darn title already.
We were looking for a used Chevy Bolt and found one online here, came down for a drive and found Houston to be familiar with the car and able to answer all our questions. He went above and beyond to meet our needs, including putting in some personal time and did everything he could to make our experience fast and enjoyable. Cant really ask more than that!
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Within 24 hours of leaving the lot our vehicles check engine light turned on to find out that there were major issues with the engine that cost over $7,000.00 to repair and is not drivable. Sadly, we purchased the car as is, but hoping the dealership would be understanding we reached out to see if there was anything they could do. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and said that we were negligent for not purchasing a warranty. I am sorry we trusted that they would sell us a car that would last longer than 24 hours. This was the 5th person we spoke to, because the first 4 said they would call back and never did. If you do buy from here, make sure you take it to a mechanic first, because their inspections mean nothing.UPDATE: After leaving the review above they asked me to remove the review out of good faith. They took our car in to see what went wrong and to see what our options would be. After looking it over they confirmed that their was major damage. I was offered two garbage offers. 1) Fix my car for 7,200 - Which I could do at a mechanic who I trust more. 2) Trade in the vehicle for 5,000, which they later upped the offer to 7,500, but nothing more (we purchased for 16,000). After seeing multiple mechanics now, they all say the same thing -They should have never sold the vehicle in its condition. DONT BUY A CAR HERE!

Beware about this Dealership. I am from Canada and i was trying to buy online their 2007 Hummer H2, Their dealership fee is $1287 Plus Tax top of their asking price for Hummer H2. Salesman Mr. Robert Frost gave me all information by email. I was thinking to complaint about their dealership then i thought why not i leave reviews online so other people can read it. And when they know you are from not States they do not response on time . I was giving them Cash offer and plus shipping cost and other border fees and tax. But this dealership tried to ripoff . Usually dealership fee $100 to $300 not $1287 plus tax. I told them that I moved from US to Canada but they did not care about . Do not waste you time if you are trying buy online.
They were very helpful in finding us a used car for my son. It was his first time purchasing a car, and they made it easy. They did laugh at my DL photo, but then again, everyone does.

Most car sales guys only want to work with people that are looking for new cars and not ones that are searching for something under 10k, Ronnie! I just had the best car buying experience with Ronnie. He was great without added pressure. He spent over 4 hours the first time I was there. No pressure and no hassle, he drove around with me in 6 different cars. Had to file a complaint with the State Attorneys General office Office of Consumer Protection because they tried to extort a Perfect review from me. I was able to negotiate rubber mats as part of my out the door deal but they later decided that they wouldnt release the mats until I gave them a perfect score on the survey from the Nissan Corporate office. I believe that may violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act. The sales person I worked with made a series of inappropriate comments regarding LGBT community and other peoples relationships and also didnt know much detail about the vehicle I was buying, which I deemed didnt warrant a perfect review. In hindsight, I should have walked away then. The dealership kept telling me that they had signed documents that stated the agreement was for a perfects score, when my we owe document didnt have any such stipulation. I repetitively asked Travis to produce the copies of the documents they claimed to have, but he never did. He instead became very accusatory and decided to tell me that the GM was mad at me and wouldnt be giving me the mats. I followed up with Nissan and the State AG office because I felt this practice of leveraging undeserved reviews is not ethical and maybe illegal and was more concerned they were manipulating my contract after I signed it. Shortly after filing my report with the State AG office and producing all of my saved documents, text transcripts, and official complaint, I received a very sheepish voicemail from their service department saying that they think they made a mistake... and theyd be sending the mats, 10 min later the mats showed up on my door step. Fortunately I saved all my communications and documents with these guys, and recommend anyone doing business with them does the same. I really hope they arent pulling the same nonsense with other people. You shouldnt have to leverage good reviews if you are an honest company.

Then I was introduced to my Service Advisor Leslie Russell and the REAL magic began. Leslie listened to my needs and asked the perfect questions to help me feel good about the service choices I had available to me. Then, after a thorough diagnosis I was promptly called and advised on the best route to go. I was so impressed I decided to do EVERYTHING they recommended because I finally felt like I was in good hands. They confirmed they had the parts in stock and they made sure to finish all of the work artfully and well before the end of the day. The service manager Andy took careful watch over all of the proceedings and I simply cant say enough about this team. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who cares about their vehicle and desires great service.

DO NOT GO HEREIf l could give this place a 0 star l would.I went to the Nissan Tim Dahle store because my car l got from them had water pump issues. they gave me a Nissan Altima and they said take it on an extended test drive and had me sign a papers for the car and that if l can’t afford it and can’t find cheap insurance l can return the car that Monday and they can undo the sale and give me my car back. And when l went back Monday they did not want to keep their word, and didnt want to help me and saying I own the Altima which I had left at the dealership. They told me that they where going to come and repo my Chevy and leave me without a car and the Altima payments are gonna roll in and its gonna be on me. When l went back that Monday too they had put my car up for sale, this is the shadiest of the shadiest dealerships. My Sales man Billy Brown tried to help me but the l dont know to what extent he started dodging my calls. The two finance guys Adam Betts and Mark dont remember his last name where rude and arrogant.PS when l took my car to Dennys Auto they let me know that my water pump was not good, and the mechanic there said it would be $700 to replace and he also told me that my car was still under warranty I should reach out to the Chevy Dealership which is right across Tim Dahle and see if they can cover it. Guess what, thats what l did and Chevy did it for free. That mechanic didnt have to help me save $700 but he was honest. Tim Dahle wanted me to pay so much money when they could have told me the same freaking thing. They are shady never step foot here.IF YOU WANT HONEST AVOID THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP.

Had an appointment at 6:45 to get my oil changed, and while I am there, look into trade In options to get a new car. I Show up 6:45, pull into the service garage, and no one acknowledges me until 7. Then I get told that they cant take my car in to get serviced because there are too many car ahead of me. Told him I had an appointment, and He said that they don’t do appointments, they only do “check in times.” If they saw there was already a lot of people checking in at the same time when scheduling, why allow more at that time? This is only frustrating because I drive 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes home, and I had to plan my whole day around this. Do better.
We had the most OUTSTANDING service when buying our new Altima. Jose B. took such meticulous care of us. He was thoughtful and courteous. He made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We will for sure be back for our next vehicle purchase.

I dropped off a company vehicle to have an oil change and minor repair done. I had alot of tools in the back including a dewalt battery powered 18 guage brad nailer ($300 value) which wasnt there when I picked up the van. I told Tim, the guy that helped me check the vehicle into service and he said he would do some digging but I have not heard back. Make sure you remove any valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it with these guys.
My daughter and I found a great vehicle for her. Jason Reid was an excellent helper throughout the entire buying process. Way to go Jason!
