Staff was friendly and let me try in multiple glasses even whith the pandemic

Ive been going here for 4 years, but this last time Dr. Jepson wasnt there and they didnt tell me. I only go there because he was so good. Without him the rest is hurry up get you through and low quality staff and glasses

Kind, patient, and helpful staff. Ill definitely be going back, even if theyre not super close to where I live.Appointment was not rushed. I asked tons of questions and no one got irritated like Ive felt at other places. They were steadily busy the entire time and juggled all of us very efficiently. (oh yeah, I even had a same day appointment!)Everything was explained in detail; costs, time frames, etc.They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and even had help picking a pair out.Ive already recommended them to family!

Everything went smoothly. Dr. Jepson solved my issue and went above and beyond to help me. Seemed very knowledgeable. Staff was good. Very affordable place for glasses and exam compared to other places.

Lost my glasses at the lake and needed an emergency solution ASAP, because I was going on vacation in the next 3 days. I have really bad vision and astigmatism and Dr Jepson helped me out and gave me one of the best eye exams I’ve ever had. He was accurate & fast! On top of that he gave me some really good temporary contacts to get me by tell my real trial ones came in. Life saver! THANKS DR JEPSON!!

Super friendly and quick! Probably the fastest exam I’ve had and dr jenson, I believe, was super courteous and made the process easy

We went in to get my son new glasses and just the usual exam. Dr. Jepson found a retinal tear and sent us to get surgery that day. The surgeon was impressed and we are really grateful. He said it couldve torn off more and made his eye blind. Dr. Jepson even called us to make sure everything went ok. Highly recommend!

Called the whole week on operation hours stayed on the phone for over 5 min...called another store only to find out they are still closed for unknown time frame...terribly service
