I recently purchased a new mattress and CJ(sales guy) was pleasant and very helpful in us getting our new mattress and setting up the delivery for our new mattress to our home. The process went smooth and pretty quick from start to finish. When our mattress was delivered Dillon the driver who delivered it him and his partner quickly removed our old mattress and put it on there delivery truck and then quickly brought in and setup our brand new mattress. Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new mattress to stop by and visit mattress warehouse. The team was very friendly, polite and has the best interest in helping its customers out instead of just selling them any product.

I had originally gone to a different mattress store and the price was quite a lot and I felt pressured by the sales rep to finalize my purchase. The mattress I wanted wouldnt be in for another month as well. I walked in to Mattress Warehouse in South Jordan and knew what I wanted. CJ showed me different mattresses as well that could also fit my needs but there was no pressure and he saved me tons of money. CJ was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I went into Mattress Warehouse just to look and see what the had before going to another store. I went in and Veronica was very helpful. I told her we were just comparing prices and she said, great, what is your budget. I told her and she said you look and I bet we can beat their price and have a better mattress for your money. I went and check and she was right! There was no pressure or hype. We went back and made the purchase. I was a great experience and I would refer anyone to check them out.

The bed they gave me wasn’t even the one I lied on at the store 👎🏻 Hard as rock. I agreed to buy the one I lied on because it was soft and was told it was meant for women 12 years and up. It’s almost like they found the hardest bed they could find and told me it was mine.I’d rather sleep on my roommates 15 year old mattress that she gave me.

CJ did an excellent job showing us different options. Mattress Warehouse had plenty of options from traditional spring, hybrid, latex, memory, foam, etc. Having done my homework online before shopping in person, it was good to see that CJ knew his stuff, which helped him find us a great mattress. I liked that he wasnt too pushy, and gave us time to lay down by ourselves to try out each mattress for as long as we wanted. Ended up with a Therapedic Paradise (hybrid - coil/latex). Couldnt be happier!

Rene was super helpful, professional, and spent tons of time with us. He had tons of knowledge. He even worked out some dimensions for our adjustable bed to fit in our existing bed frame. He also stayed 45 minutes past closing time to help us out. I would definitely recommend mattress warehouse and Rene in South Jordan. Buying a mattress should not be something you do online. You need to lay on them first. That’s my suggestion anyway.

Buying a good mattress is important. I believe that good sleep is a precious commodity and choosing the right platform is worth taking time to do right. Steve took the time to explain all the models and differences, and I laid on all of them, multiple times. He could have been frustrated as I asked question after question and spent so much time laying down I thought I was going to have to pay for a nights stay, but Steve was patient throughout. I made my decision, paid, and walked out eagerly anticipating my next great snooze.

Brett delivered the mattress he was quick efficient professional and very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right and we were happy with our selection. We are glad we shopped at the mattress warehouse and we would recommend them to anyone else thanks guys !

We had a great one on one personal experience with the salesperson. He was not pushy, but understood our needs and desires and worked with us to select the product that met our long term needs. It is out 3rd TempurPedic and we have enjoyed every one of them.

The information was so helpful in a world on online beds that promise the world and dont deliver. The employees were very nice and professional. We needed 2 twin mattresses for my girls. We paid over $200 per mattress for mattresses that ended up being low quality. Not well constructed and not very comfortable. The only other option for less was the same mattress one would find on an RV fold out bed. We recently bought a queen bed and while shopping around paid attention to twin prices as well. We saw much better mattresses with better reviews for a lot less money. Staff was fine, quality and price left us feeling ripped off. Will not be returning.

Santa Mike is alive and well both as a Santa and a real pro salesman. He shows the product and then lets the customer decide what they want and need. No pressure and if you want to trade old Dad Jokes he is your man. .. Two hydrogen atoms meet. One says, Ive lost my electron. The other says, Are you sure? The first replies Yes, Im positive.

Great experience! The employee that helped us (I wish I could remember his name! I think it was Kenneth or something like that. He was from Jamaica) was super helpful. My fiancé and I were able to find the perfect mattress in our price range and we were very happy with everything from the second we walked in to the mattress delivery in our new home.

Horrible experience. You buy a mattress for $2500 and cant sleep on it because its too hard. The sales rep keeps telling you that it will get better. Well after 14 months its still as hard as the day I bought it. My wife developed so much pain she thought she tore her shoulder. Nope, after sleeping on a Purple mattress for 2 months she is completely fine. Stay away.

The salesman we talked to was very pushy. He kept insisting that we needed to buy something that was well above our budget, even though we repeatedly reminded him of our budget. He wouldnt listen to the type of mattress and softness we were looking for and kept trying to get us to look at and buy something we didnt want. In the end we left and purchased elsewhere. I recommend that you dont even waste your time walking in the door.

Troy was a great help. Very professional and easy to talk to. Delivery window was 2 hours, drivers came right as scheduled and were courteous, and quick.

Steve was fantastic to work with. I called around to some other mattress stores and got fed up with the “pitchy” salesmen. Steve shoots it straight and doesn’t come on too strong. I’m a repeat customer and you can’t beat their quality and prices.

Mike took good care of us and we bought an Intellibed with an electronic base. So far the best money Ive spent on a mattress. I had very bad lower back pain but this new bed and base combination has made a world of a difference. Thanks Mike!
