Well after several visits to the store we finally made many purchases for the big sale. The store is spacious and has unique items. Very glam. They have sections by colors and whats in style. The peachy pink, lavendar, jewel tones of royal blue and turquoise are very popular. They even have contemporary Christmas trees and accessories in those trendy accent colors. Have made several instore purchases in the past. Very unique items I could never find elsewhere.Also ordered a $1500 sofa. But after reading negative reviews here we are concerned about the delivery service. Will see how it goes. Hoping it all goes smoothly.

I’m more of a food reviewer, since I go to a lot of restaurants in Miami, so I usually leave a bunch of reviews for restaurants. So you know when a non-food place compels me to write a review it must’ve of either been really bad, or outstanding. In this case, fortunately, it was the latter.I was out buying some furniture for my new place, and decided Z Gallerie would probably be a good place to start, I’d heard they had great pieces and pretty interesting art work. What I didn’t hear was how great the associates were there. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted, with a genuine smile and hello, and from there things kept getting better. I’m very indecisive and the patience this associate had was just wonderful. Not only that but the sincere interest in helping me find the perfect piece for my new place was just refreshing and amazing. They were great but so was the whole staff, I didn’t see any associate not being as attentive as my associate, they were all engaged and helping someone. The experience was just so great I had to write a review.
Thankful for my above and beyond experience with Dina, as a manager she took the time out of her busy schedule to provide my family and myself with an individualized approach. She made us feel valued and rather than just shopping it felt more like family treatment. I would highly recommend this location solely because of her, honestly if it wasn’t because of her I probably would of went elsewhere. But Dina singlehandedly made my experience worthwhile and in return I ended up making some great purchases for my new house. Thanks again for everything and you have a customer for life in me!

Dont ever order anything.Love the store, love the products, the warehouse/ shipping and customer service is a mess.I placed an order at the end of August and received it mid September, one item was damaged so I was told I could exchange, no problem - great!Fast forward - the warehouse received and accepted my return on 9/23 (per the tracking and I confirmed with them via email), Ive reached out NUMEROUS times via email and barely received any answers. Finally one customer service rep decided to answer me and I was told I would receive my replacement Mid October - Called 10/21 because I never received a shipping confirmation to find out there is no inventory and they dont seem to know the status of my order, but rest assured they will call me tomorrow. Welp, they never called. Reached out 10/23 (one month since they received the item back from me) and it turns out they never reached out to who they were supposed to on 10/21 (explains why the never called me back). Now Im still waiting and was told to call back tomorrow 10/24.I am livid and dont think I could ever recommend Z Gallerie again. The moral of the story is do not ever order anything and if you do and need to do an exchange.. DONT... and if you decide to try to exchange something and you get the same run around - DONT BE PATIENT, Ive been nice and understanding for a month and its gotten me no where.I have never experienced such a lack of concern for the customer and so much pointing fingers with no solutions. Youd think when you are spending all this money it would come with a great customer experience - quite the opposite.
Do Not Buy this set or anything online for that matter. They ship you damaged out items from the stores, and as if that wasn’t bad enough then give you a hard time and don’t allow exchanges. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So if you must waste your money on anything from here make sure you buy in person, so you can actually see what you are getting.also their website does not allow you to give them reviews of 1 star. It gives you an error everytime you hit post.
First time in store. I loved everything in it. Gorgeous accessories for the home. Most things were on sale. Some things are expensive others affordable. I purchased an entire dining table setting. I was greeted and also helped the entire time I was there I’d say little over an hour. I was helped by Michael, he was fabulous! He helped me match everything together and went back and forth getting what I wanted. I saw other people helping customers also for long periods of time. I loved this store, I will go back. I noticed in-store items seemed lower priced than online. The pricing to me wasn’t the same. Also online you have to buy in sets of four whereas in the store you can buy things individually. I liked the look of the furniture but cannot comment on the quality. The quality of the accesories however is great.
I found out about this store just recently and I absolutely love it, it’s very big, beautiful and I found a lot of nice stuff for my house. I purchased one of the wall arts with sparkles, it’s very good quality and beautiful. I also bought a lot of little decorative stuff like photo frames, clock, place mats and colored crystals and happy with everything. I didn’t like their furniture, the quality did seem good. Their prices are very affordable compare to other stores like this and they have a big choice. I gave them 4 stars because online returns are too long, I think I waited for 4 weeks before I received it.
I had been waiting for my Cendrine jewelry box for over a month. I understood the long wait as it was in the mist of COVID-19 but what I didn’t understand is that when it finally came, the box was completely ruined. It was cracked on different sides and was damaged on the edges and just all around. This left me disappointed due to the fact that we know this box is a bit pricy. Then, I proceeded to call zgallarie not only about 5 times on different instances but, they NEVER picked up the phone which was extremely frustrating. This has left me in shocked of how the poor costumer service has been. After I get this box replaced, I will be weighing my options on whether or not this is a store I will continue buying from as this is not what I expected to happen whatsoever. Mind you, I have no idea when I will be replacing it as THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!
The store is closing so loooots of things for sale.Their clearance starts at 40% offI loved their glassware and silverware. Also they accessories to decorate rooms.
Excellent place to decorate your home season after season with a fair price, staff was great and very helpful. My wife really enjoys this place where she can shop anytime for our home or special events gifts. You have to visit one of their local galleries

Very annoyed...I spent about two hours in the store on December 19, 2019 and placed a huge order. The sales associates who assisted me told me all the items were available to be shipped from the warehouse except for one item. That one item I paid a separate shipping fee for it to be shipped directly from the store. I received part of my order from the warehouse on January 2, 2020 and another part of my order on January 6, 2020. Im missing three items from my order and those items are gifts I am giving. I called the 800 customer service number and was on hold for over ten minutes before I elected for a callback. NO RETAILER/MERCHANT SHOULD HAVE A CUSTOMER HOLD FOR OVER TEN MINUTES - NOT A GOOD WAY TO KEEP (OR GET) CLIENTS. EVERYTIME I CALL THE 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR Z GALLERIE I AM ON HOLD FOR OVER TEN MINUTES!Victoria from the 800 customer service number gave me a callback and I explained the situation to her. She placed me on hold to look further into the product availability. The call was disconnected and I did not receive a callback.The items I am missing were available at the store when I was there on December 19, 2019 but because the sales associates told me they were available from the warehouse it was not included in the order shipped directly from the store. The warehouse is telling me because the items are on clearance two items are on backorder and the third item needs to be shipped from a store that has it in stock. I paid two seperate shipping fees for all sixteen items I ordered in the store. Additionally I purchased another ten items at the store to take with me.I called the store I originally went to on December 19, 2019 and a sales associate tells me they cannot ship items on clearance from a store directly to a customer. I speak to a manager (Dena) at the store about the situation and she said shed look into it and call me back...five hours later Im still waiting for a call so I call the store again and Im told by a store associate (Beatrice) the manager left early for the day. Beatrice said shed look into the product availability of the items missing from my order and contact me the following day. Almost 24 hours later, I still do not receive a call so I call the store and am placed on hold for over 20 minutes.I was going to place another order online; however, it is highly unlikely that I will ever shop with this retailer/merchant again. I would give negative five billion stars if I could.

I bought a sofa from Z Gallery (ZG) but unfortunately months later I notice that its feather is coming out from the bottom and back seat !! I called the costumer service and I informed all detail about this issue problem as well as my contact information with a promise that someone from ZG would call me to schedule a visit. I called them again and again but nobody called me back so far. Therefore I decided to write this note. Very disappointed with this kind of after sales support from a store that I had considered one of the best to purchase furniture. Gilberto Pontes.
Worst Customer Service Ever!I placed an order on May 28 for a dining set that I was told would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. After calling several times and been lied to over and over by the Store Manager Dina, I just realized they had no idea of when my items were going to be delivered.The worst part is that even if I had spent $10 or $5,000, I am still a customer, who is suffering due to the poor performance of the store, so instead of me calling and crying for an answer, it should be the other way around. I should expect to receive regular updates of the status of my order, particularly if it’s behind.Instead, I never received a call either from the store or customer service to inform me in advance that they were unable to comply with the ETA that I was promised, my order states (ETA MID TO LATE JUNE). This way I could have the chance to decide whether or not I wanted to wait indefinitely as I ended up having to do anyways.Every time I called the store manager Dina, an excuse was made, and I was always lied to about when I was going to receive my merchandise, so that they have more time and I dont cancel the order.The point is that almost two months after placing the order, I still dont have an ETA, I am still the one chasing the store manager for updates (still not having the courtesy to receive a call to provide updates), and I am still being lied to about the status of my order from the Store Manager Dina, who has done the minimum possible to assist me.Imagine how upset I was on Saturday July 21st (almost two months after placing my order) when I called for the 4th time this week for an update and the person in charge Pedro, just told me he cant help me if I continued yelling. So unfair, as if he was expecting me to be continue to be nice after this nightmare.

Furniture looks great online and in stores because they constantly switch them out. But in reality what you end up with is overpriced cheap furniture that doesnt hold up to the gentlest of uses (not to mention no warranty on anything and everything is final sale). Also, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The local store took no ownership and sent me on a wild goose chase to resolve this on my own. After diligent follow up on my end I was able to reach a resolution. The company gave me a timeline and now the time line has expired and still no resolution. I spent an enormous amount of money on this couch and still dont have the one I ordered. I bought some Sofas - Celine that was supposed to be delivered to me in 15 days, the order took 3 months, when they arrived they were stained and with two holes, send photos, I wrote it down in the delivery documents, the sunset store clerk place (Michael) they told me that they would give me a credit once they gave it to me, that NEVER happened, and I have called them many times !!!! Terrible attention, terrible their deliveries ... they are ashamed. WithoutI was charged $ 3600 immediately for the sofas and delivered to me whenever they wanted. I will NOT buy there again I DO NOT recommend that they do so

The truth is I did not like what there was at all and I entered the store I said hello and no one referred to me to see if I needed help and made me ask a question and they did not attend to me and then I left very bad customer service.
I bought some pretty decorative white spikes but I got broken and very dirty the costumer service is fatal for 2 days I was calling and they never answered me they always put me on hold when I wish it was broken and very damaged. I left my number so that They returned the call and never really saw it as a very bad experience.
