Excellent customer service! A breath of fresh air from Home Depot where its impossible to find a sales associate to help. Extremely courteous, polite, knowledgeable & helpful. Ordered from warehouse what want in stock for me to p/u on Sat. Worth finding this gem hidden away on side of strip center. When Irma blew thru here several years ago & Home Depot was stripped bare the Ace Hardware and the Home Stores which are also Ace saved the day with everything from batteries to lanterns to power saws and fans. Generators too!

I love this place, here like no any, you will find help from anyone anytime. I love tools, I have a lot of them, but even so the expertise on this guys is great and always ask for advice to know their point of view on the quality of different tools and sometimes in new products. I recomend Ace if you are amateur or pro.

Very helpful. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I needed help. Very well organized. Plenty of parking. The store is not visible from the main street, but as you go into the shopping center you see it in the back.

Good attention from the employees (except from the man on the front), but the staff doesnt know the products very well, you have to do some research before buying.

First time at this ace hardware store and definitely not the last time. I loved the service, the well-prepared people were regarding’s Covid. Everyone we’re wearing a mask, and following the requirements like social distancing and more.The prices were great and I found what I was looking for.

What a great place. I love it. It saves you a lot of time. You can wander for hours in the warehouses/stores and never find what you need, much less someone to help you.

This IS what a neighborhood hardware store should be. Always quick and pleasant to visit, youll pay a little more than at HD, but its BY FAR a better experience. Real helpful employees if you like that sort of thing.

Went to buy an E14 lightbulb but they dont carry that size lightbulb. Store dependant assured that it was ok to buy an E12 lightbulb instead. The lightbulb of course didnt fit the lamp. No one in the store was capable of saying there are actually adapters to use an E12 bulb in an E14 socket. Even a store manager assured me that the bulb was the correct size. Found the E14 to E12 adapter on Amazon, which was better than using the so called more personalized service offered by ACE HARDWARE. Sorry fellows, youre not better than big old impersonal Home Depot. Still nicer stores and friendlier than the Depot though.

Its more off a neighbourhood hardware store. In Homedepot you go looking for help. In this Ace hardware store they come looking for you. They always greet you and ask if you need help.

Similar to another review I just read. Has way more nuts and bolts than Home Depot which is why I originally came, also better crimp options. Much better for electrical engineering applications.

Exceptional customer service. I went there today for the first time to buy a silver metallic paint by Modern Masters. I was amazed by the quality of service. I didn’t get the names of the two employees who helped me but I believe the lady is the manager there and the gentleman works the floor. It was definitely worth driving the extra miles. 👎🏼👎🏼 Expensive, disorganized and Bad customer service and unhelpful employees. From the manager down to most employees the staff in this store does not listen or pay attention to customers requests and they do not help find products. They have an attitude as if they know it all but they do not know much at all. What makes it worse is that they do not listen to what you say. You have to repeat yourself 10 times and when they finally listen they have no idea if they have the product or what its for. They have many lazy employees just chatting and wasting customers time. You may as well save a lot of money and go to Home Depot.

Nice friendly people. They are knowledgeable so even if they dont have what you need you dont waste a lot of time.

You may find almost everything for house diy or decorativos. Also, the staff is very friendly and really help you on any question or ítem your looking for.

I learned today that “every Ace is individually owned” which meant I could NOT return something I bought from another Ace.I bought the wrong size item, and went to another Ace to purchase the correct size item. Couldn’t return it, even with receipt, they didn’t offer store credit, so I paid for the new item and was given the other item.I will go to Home Depot from now on.

Zero StarThis particular Ace Hardware Store, rejected my business today. I am an essential employee, visiting this essential business.As I was confronting by various employees, and what appeared to be management, as I walked in. They asked me to leave the store because of no face covering. I asked them in particular, do they follow the Miami-Dades emergency order 20-20. Or was this a company /owner requirement? He stated, theyre going by the order .Even though they were going to provide face covering. The situation is, I cannot wear a mask because of respiratory issues, i told them. (Which under no requirement do I have to do, per HIPAA). It is clearly stated in the order the mayor signed, and every other single order across this country. I was willing to pull up the order, if they were not aware of it. But still denied entry. They even asked if they can go ahead, and assist me in pulling the product I wanted to purchase. No thank you, I like to pick out my own product.So there goes supporting this local business. Got back in my vehicle, drove down to the next big box store. Purchased the product I was looking for, and not a word was said to me by any other employee, or patrons in that facility. Guess they know how to interpret the orders given by our mayor.The owner of this franchise, and or the company SM Group. Really need to bring management and employees up to speed on interpreting regulations.

Good service for helping to find the items you need

They have replacement tops for yeti insulated cups and mugs and some other items you wont see everywhere. Its a hidden gem.

Service and staff is the best Ive experienced in a hardware store. Surprisingly large selection of goods are available. If you need just a couple of screws or nuts you will be paying the highest price that Ive seen so I wouldnt go there to buy a lot of those items.

Ridiculously expensive prices. some things are almost 3x as much as Home Depot. friendly and very helpful employees though. and the store is immaculate. very clean and organized and easy to find stuff

Amazingly large inventory tucked away in this corner of the shopping center.

I have not shopped at a Ace Hardware store in years. So I stopped by this location to do some shopping.The three items I was going to purchase came to a total of $ 38.00 with tax.The same three items I buy at Home Depot with tax would come to $ 17 and some change.Needless to say I told the lady I did not want to purchase the items.I see by other reviews comments are made about good customer service and a clean store.... but that should be expected with any business open to the public.

Tiny to the point; helps in a pinch. Do not go here looking for obscurity. Go here if in a pinch basically there for the surrounding homes. Its hidden in a cubby hole. Seems like its bleeding money

Can’t believe retail places like this still exist. Clean, organized and amazingly friendly and helpful staff!

The location is horrible. You get stuck un traffic on 80th St or onto US1. Of the 3 times i have been there they didnt have what i needed. On my last trip I needed to exchange a broken Craftsman ratchet. They sell Craftsman tools, but would not warranty them.That was my last trip there.

Thieves......I challenge anyone to go in and look for themselves. They try to sell you wire at $1 a foot. This is wire that sells for pennies a foot anywhere else, and a 500 ft roll for about $40. Do the math. Way overpriced for my blood.
