I had an EXCELLENT experience with Miami Home Center! I was there to purchase Benjamin moore paint. Trace shared his Knowledge, expertise and recommended the best paint for me.In addition the rest of the staff was friendly and patient with me since I had my puppy which I can’t leave home alone yet. They even gave my puppy some water and made him feel welcome.Because of the friendly service and knowledgeable staff I will return for all my home improvement needs.

One of the few hardware centers that carry a full inventory of all types of plumbing fittings; unlike Home Depot where you spend hours looking for what you need to never find it in the chaos. And the customer service is very attentive.

So I went online and found this company has a lot of nice door handles and door hardware, and I needed one in a hurry. I was told that this specific location had more inventory and more of a selection than other ones. I called at 4:50 PM, to ask the same question and the gentleman who answered, his name was Ray, told me that that yes this location has more to offer. He also told me that that department closed at 5 PM. Online it says that the store closes at 6 PM. My navigation stated that I would get there at exactly 5 PM, But all Ray said to me was to hurry. After a few minutes, it occurred to me that I may waste a few minutes parking, so I decided to call back to ask if they could please wait for me. This location is not a short drive from where I live, and my entire family was with me. He stated again to hurry, and said they would be leaving in a few minutes. In any other situation I would’ve turned around, but I was so close I decided to try. I doubted that they would not help me if I walked in at 5 PM. I did in fact walk to the door at exactly 5 PM and spoke to the girl at the front counter. She directed me to the gentleman that worked in that department. He was sitting at his desk, and as I began speaking with him told me that they were closed. He saw me standing there with my entire family, and then before I could say anything else, he answer the phone and turned his back on me. I obviously left very upset. The most troubling aspect was really the attitude, not so much that they closed at five and I got there late. No courtesy, no apology, no willingness for me to try and come back another time, just a very dry and rude response.This location has horrible customer service.

Great for getting bolts, washers, nuts any sort of hardware for a project, the employees are knowledgeable and are able to help source the right item.

I have been 3 times in the past week out of geographical convenience and will never go back. All three times there has been problems at the cash register. The female cashier seems to constantly have another guest half rung in while the customer is still wandering around looking for more items. Despite there being another register you are forced to wait while the other person continues their shopping. Additionally, the manager or owner wanders around with his facemask pulled down yelling. Do not go here the convenience is not worth the terrible customer service and inflated prices.

Today I went to this great ACE store to buy a tank of propane gas and once I got there I saw several pallets of gas tanks just unloaded from a truck by the rear entrance . I went inside and paid for two tanks. Got my receipt and as I went outside again I heard some men yelling dont take four, take eight. To my surprise I was told outside that there was no propane gas available. I inquired about the tanks on the pallets and I was told: No p r o p a n e g a s. Do you not understand? I went back inside and asked for a store credit. Very rude. Very disappointing. Unless the real manager is on board all things can happen in that place. How sad!

Great hardware store with large selection and great prices. I have found items in this store for less than what is listed at discounted websites (particularly range pan inserts). Love this store!

This place is the one stop shop! From your everyday hardware supplies to Benjamin Moore paint. They also supply everything you need for remodeling your bathrooms or kitchen. Its more convenient then going to a big box store and the staff helps out with any questions. Definitely recommend!

Rudest cashierI have gone here several times because it is so close to my home and the cashier is always unfriendly.But today will be my last visit due to her negativity. I find it appalling that on top of her usual rude self,she expressing her political beliefs in front of customers. Due to her I will NEVER step foot in this place and will drive the extra distance to Ace hardware on 80th and Us1 where I am treated friendly and with respect. Shame on the owner!!!

Friendly knowledgeable people. I go there not because the price but because I get in and out. Sometimes I dont know what I need but the friendly staff are always eager to help. I could go to Home Depot but I either end up buying the wrong thing or nothing at all cause I cant get any help. Sorry homedepot Ill stick to my local hardware store and now they give me 10% back.

I love Miami Ace Hardware and the employees are always great, HOWEVER I just left there now and apparently they changed their store hours from 9-6 to 9-5 on Sundays. I walked in at 4:58 (unaware of the change) and was made to feel like I ruined the young cashier in the backs entire day. I was not allowed to even look for what I went to buy and was met with groaning and complaining for having the audacity to walk in two minutes before closing (again, thinking I actually had an hour until closing).I worked in a shop in South Miami for over 5 years and never kicked out a customer or made a potential buyer feel unwelcome bcause they arrived minutes before we close. This attitude from an employee has definitely left a poor taste in my mouth from a store my family and I frequent very often. Hope she was just having a bad day..

Most of time the sales persons are helpful. AIsles are very small and crowded. Parking very limited. Need more parking spaces.

Agree with the reviewer who said their return policy is third world quality. This used to be my go-to location but after negative experiences with the quality of the (overpriced) products they sell, I am saddened to have to add them to the list of lamentable money grabbers taking advantage of their customers. Sales people and cash registers are friendly, yes, but management is sneaky and dishonest. Stay away or enter at your own risk.

Walked in this Saturday morning Feb 23, 2016 to purchase a WaterStone faucet and other hardware for my Coral Gables kitchen renovation. The Asian gentleman who helped me knew absolutely nothing about this high end product line they are selling and was more interested to learn what cabinets I had purchased. When I mentioned the manufacturer of my cabinets he literally said those are no good, and shook his head as in disgust. He proceeded to show me a website for another cabinet manufacturer. I said I am not interested, I only need the hardware. I redirected him to the hardware by asking him to reference the WaterStone website, which he said he had never seen. When I asked for him to look for the color unvarnished brass, which the company sells, he said, what do you want that for? At that point I just said, I am not interested in buying anything from you, and I left the store. I went in to purchase very specific, well researched items, and walked out highly disappointed. The service in that home section of Ace Hardware in South Miami is just awful. I will take my business somewhere else.

Ive been shopping here for over 20 years but recently the customer service has been terrible. The cashier in the back specifically should try to be a better example to the newer kids working there. The way she is rude to everyone amazes me everytime. Im starting a new project and Im on my way to ACE on 80th st. I hope things change. I have to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to goto Ace, while you guys are 5 minutes away from my house. Truly a pity.
