I had visited Fed Ex Office store No 0998, in South Plainfield, NJ on 13 May 2021. The Customer service Rep Mr. Lawrence was very courteous and helpful. He acted very professionally and answered all of my questions and concerns nicely. Due to his and FED Exs excellent service, the package reached the destination three days before the estimated delivery date. I am very grateful for Mr. Lawrences help and Excellent service.

I ordered my prints before Valentines Day and completely forgot about them! I only remembered because they gave me a phone call reminding me I had them there which was very kind. I went to pick them up today 3/24/21 and Lawerence was the one who checked me out and he was such a kind guy. Thank you so much for such a good experience and not being upset for me for picking up my prints so late! You guys are awesome! ❤️

Very busy place in the afternoons but I think the staff does a good job handling all of the traffic. Always easy in the mornings when you go here around 8 am. My only suggestion to management is to have another hand or two during peak hours in evening rush hour.

Lawrence saved me! I needed a big project printed last minute. The earliest time available online was 9:30am the following morning. He got in done in 20 minutes and I was able to pick up same day. He also guided me on the phone with reformatting for optimal printing. Truly above and beyond! Unfortunately I do not live in NJ otherwise this would be the only place I took my business for all printing needs.

Had to print an email today. There was a young man at this location, named Jonathan, who was so helpful, pleasant, but most of all patient . What a breath of fresh air he is. Keep up the amazing customer service

Terrible experience. They seem understaffed and the new hires are untrained. I had some documents to ship and the guy at the counter literally tried to push the paper down the envelope wrinkling it. He did not know how to create shipments. The manager Gary was also very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I asked information on return labels and the manager wont even listen and he was rushing and shouting around. I wanted to check my package but he would constantly interrupt, shout as if hes the one paying for the package. My documents were going to be torn because of untrained person at this location who removed the sticky tape from the envelope and the document got stuck. I hope the owners take notice of the poor management in this place and atleast arrange proper training for the staff.

Excellent service during the height of COVID-19. I showed up with equipment to be returned to a service provider and the folks in this location helped me print my shipping label and box all of the equipment while being extremely friendly and considerate the circumstances. I was given a receipt with a tracking number which helped me ensure the package made its way back to the service provider and I wasnt charged for any late fees!

I normally dont write reviews but woman who works on the print side asked if anyone needed printed labels it was a long line I walked up to her showed her my phone with print confirmation and she said still waiting for it she had no line. I went back in line gentleman said oh thats the print side and had to assist her. Everyone makes mistakes but she accuses me of not giving her the code when I showed her at first she didnt even bother to look and yells at me like I stole something. Very unprofessional

Normally I dont write bad reviews and I thought about it for a few days but right is right and wrong is wrong. I just moved to this state from Tx after working covid as a Nurse Im trying to get use to the differences whether good or bad and I had been using this store to print off shipping labels of all kinds for the past few weeks on most occasions a few of the staff men and women have been helpful all while smiling but this past wednesday a man named Gary who had helped me before I guess had some supressed feelings on me paying for printed shipping labels due to it being a hassel..I should have picked up on it before because on a prior visit he had asked if staples or UPS could print these for me hinting for me to go elsewhere..I jokingly told him no and he printed them off charged me I went on my way but after wednesdays visit I wont be back. I saw Gary and stated I have 2 today I guess I need to eventually get a printer..ha..Well youre going to have to do something because we cant keep doing this, We are going to have to do something about printing these shipping labels (4 labels) for you whether its charging you more or you putting it on a flash drive because this is such a hassel even though you send it to our email we hv to download it place it in a file then print it I told him I didnt know it was such a bother. Yea well I know you didnt know so...I was almost in tears after everything he said. His badge also stated he had been a team member since 2003, I was appauled I paid and I wont be back..welcome to New Jersey I was told...

Very nice employees. Clean store. 3 times cheaper than what I found at UPS to ship a 20-pound package. Easy parking and convenient location. I recommend this location. Create an account online so you get a discount on shipping too.

Great shipping store. Very friendly helpful people. Cost of shipping very reasonable, and more importantly very reliable. Also great for printing, copying, and email / faxing from location. Also have computers available for use. They have machines that will bill you credit or debit card exactly what you use, without need for employee interaction. Employees knowledgeable and helpful though.

I use this shop for printing on 24x36 paper for my business. Although this is self-service (black & white), Im always impressed with the level of customer support they provide.Update - August 2019 - Ive been there several times since my first review. Each time, im impressed. Last week I was there and ran into a problem with my document. Lawrence was the employee who helped me. He figured out how to fix the document and then showed me a few print options I didnt know about. I wound up buying a couple and they worked out great. And they werent expensive. Again, super impressed by their customer support.

I needed something printed for work and was short on time. This business had better hours than all of the other printing services nearby and was open earlier. I had my document paid for online and got a good deal using a promo code. My document was printed in good quality and looked great and they did it so quickly! It didn’t even take them a half hour to complete the job :)

Super friendly staff always greets you with a smile and always happy to assist with your needs from a simple question to a complicated package delivery. Kudos! to the South Plainfield Team always a pleasure to walk in.

Very disappointed with this is FedEx today. I came here to fax a document urgently at 8.30 AM but forgot to get my wallet. My Google pay says FedEx accepts G pay. But the employee said she couldnt process the payment with Gpay. Why? I scanned the shop, showed her the payment machine, with G pay, Apple pay logo in it. She said, that is not the machine we process fax payments. huh

Its advertised to close at 8Pm but they start turning customers away at 7:55 PM. I rushed because had something to ship urgently, made it at 7:55, the door was still open, as soon as I entered a lady told me they were closed, it was still a couple of minutes to close and I was already inside.

They have the best service!I forgot to bring my return label but the lady there helped me print it out and put on for me. They Definitely provides the best customer service in town. Im very satisfied with my experience here :)

Bad service.

Ive only ever had positive experiences coming here for help. Just this morning, Gary helped me ship out an extremely expensive and cherished item, and he packaged and boxed it as though it was just as valuable to him. In reading lower-starred reviews below, I even see Gary called out as rude, but this has never been the case for me. If anything, the site is under-staffed, and he can be abrupt as he runs from counter to counter, but he is otherwise professional and efficient, and his efforts reflect very well on the FedEx brand in my opinion.

The time is 9:57pm and this location closes at 10pm tonight. Normally, this wouldn’t bother me since I have worked in retail and understand that you want to close up shop a few minutes early. However. there is a customer inside finishing up a copy/print job. There is also a lady who just handed a package to the Fedex associate through the door since he had already locked it. I am walking to the door with a package in my hands as they finish up talking and he refuses to take my package. Even the lady was shocked and sympathized with me.

All they want is $$$, promised deliver next business day, but actually in night !! then return it to you to mail it again!

The worst place to ship anything. They misinform you, dont package shipments properly, you cannot trust what they tell you, and they just waste your time. The workers are extremely slow and I have had to wait a half an hour to ship a package. I definitely do not recommend getting anything shipped here.

I came here for printing, and was blown away by the customer service. Christine went way above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me get some things printed for a wedding, even going so far as to help me edit a document in adobe on her work computer since I had stupidly left my laptop at my apartment. She is an absolute gem!!!! The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming while I was there as well. Thank you Christine!!!!!

Horrible customer service, I go there all the time to pickup packages and got to tell you these people need to learn how to be courteous to their customers, especially Gary he seems racist and he is extremely rude and annoying, also expects everyone to know Fedex terminology. I dont memorize the rates or the names of your shipping options I do not work for FEDEX GARY!!!! FEDEX PLEASE HIRE SOME FRIENDLY CUSTOMER REPS!!!

This place does FedEx shipping they sell boxes some office supplies you can also laminate your ID cards and do printing and faxing at this place pretty much like a Staples except without the large inventory of office supplies, I have gone here multiple times to print and fax stuff and staff is always been helpful when it isnt too busy Ive never shipped anything but it looks like the line gets very long and moves very slow

Location open since morning but only 1 person available...helping 1 customer to do banners and stuck there waiting and I just wanted to print a label and was told to wait and wait and wai....and it was morning only 2 people but was waiting longer than it would be a line. The customer service person was very mean and not even nice ..probably who is coming at 9 am lol too early for her to start working...hire more people FedEx!!!

Christine stood with me for 30 minutes to help individually cut 30 labels for my marketing materials! She is amazing.

My opinion of the printing services only :The print self service stations havent been able to print my documents for the past few attempts, when I went some time ago. It wasted quite a bit of my time. Customer service wasnt helpful for me regarding printer services.

Located inside a shopping plaza, its kind of hard to find. The workers were a little rude and expected me to know everything about shipping and fedexing which was really annoying. When I asked which envelopes to use and which paper to fill out they were annoyed of me. Good thing I dont live on this side of town.

I went there twice.Last time I forgot to bring my own tape and the stuff packaged for me for free( so nice!!!)

Quick service, enough resources. Do not forget to carry a photo ID.

Rude and not helpful at all, they will give you an attitude for asking questions.

Ridiculous international shipping priceVisited Sunday (1/5) evening for international shipping (personal documents),FEDEX estimated price is $160!!! to deliver on 1/11 (Friday) and $140 to delivery on 1/14 (Monday)Next day afternoon I visited UPS, UPS delivered same package on 1/10 and price is $83.79

Be warned, if they dont like your packaging, they write note and damage it on purpose. My vintage item badly damaged.

The staff was helpful and courteous.

The senior gentleman was courteous and very helpful.

Complains the return box is too beat up to ship. They beat up the box when they first shipped it to me requiring me to return the item. Tries to sell me new box for 21 dollars.
