I have used this UPS Store for many years and have been satisfied with their service. However, recently. I have had reason to question their pricing integrity. Before mailing a package at UPS I always calculate it on their online calculator and always ship ground to see if I can afford to mail an item there. The calculator estimate has always been accurate. However, most recently, a package calculated at $11.36 suddenly became $35.00. This has happened three times, and each time the same gentleman has been manning the register. Though I questioned the in house total, I was told it was accurate....what else could he say? So, I went to USPS and mailed it Priority for $9.50. This was not Rod or Jack. So Rod, if you are aware of these pricing irregularities, it needs to stop. If you aren’t aware, you are now!

Jack is great to work with! Positive attitude and extremely helpful. A total pleasure. Rod, the older gentleman is another story. Extremely rude, acts inconvenienced, and makes absurd comments for a person in customer service. My mom was in the store for 30+ minutes just trying to make an Amazon return because he refused to assist her with the label. The woman in front of her showed him paperwork to simply ask a question and his response was That means absolutely nothing to me. Who says that to a customer? Long story short, they need to get the customer service in line. If you can, look for another store if Jacks not available.

I am very surprised why this UPS location only got 2.5 star. For me, it is much better, the people in this store are much more efficient, customer friendly, respectful comparing to the one in Piscataway (near Walmart). I ship quite often and they take good care of the package/bag; they even provide tape should customers need. I am not related or friend with any employee in this store, thus my review is only based on experience. Please try this location and take my advice- Stay away from the uneducated, disrespectful Filipino agent in the UPS Piscataway if you dont want to be verbally abused or cursed at.

They are good, professional and courteous staff. After horrific experience at Centenial Ave, Piscataway UPS, this has now become my go to place. Amazon buyer and seller and happy to give these people my business as they very well deserve it.

Very angry and unprofessional owner. I believe his name was Rod. Watched him yell at a customer and his employee. Was also extremely rude to me and assumed I had trouble paying because I asked questions on different shipping options.

This store refused to use my ups account for me to get my discounts for shipping and when I called customer service to correct the issue they were refusing to credit my account and told me for the future I would need to go to a ups customer service center which is almost a half hour away from the store closest to me. And this is the most recent issue in a long line of regular issues I have had with them. Avoid this store since they obviously refuse to work with you properly.

This store is the absolute WORST...tried to return something to Amazon and needed to print the label... was told it would be 5.00 huh ? I told the young lady I never heard of such a thing..her response ITS THE OWNERS POLICYwhatever happened to customer service in this country...MONEY GRUBBERS

Beware. This store is an independent franchisee and can add additional charges and rules. We had a critical prescription drop shipped to this UPS store and were informed at pickup that we would need to pay $5 per day storage fee to receive the package. Even though the package was water soaked, we were also informed we did not have the right to refuse the package. For critical items, call ahead, or find an official UPS shipment point!

Shoulda read the bad reviews..was inside the store before closing time and was turned away because it was gonna take less than 5 min past closing time. Very unprofessional and staff that don’t want to work. DON’T RECOMMEND! Tuesday 9, 2020

I had an issue with one of my packages and I called ups office in South Plainfield, because on my email they gave me a ups tracking number so I thought they could help me out . When I called a guy named Jack answer the phone he was not paying attention to what I was saying he was having whole conversation with someone else he kept saying (we have nothing to do with amazon ) and just being rude for no reason . This guy is giving people the worst customer service ever and giving attitude for no reason .. not helpful at all ..

Drove 20 min to drop off a package at this store and the directions brought me to a courthouse/police station instead. Then I got pulled over by some thirsty cops. Worst experience ever. For whoever’s reading this just goto the one in Piscataway instead. At least that location exists!

Of the times I have went, one worker (young gentleman seems to be in his 20s) was very nice and helpful. However, one worker who is an older gentleman was very crude and wasnt very fond of his customer service
