Location has supervisors closing location at midnight to take break unacceptable from corporate, no one should have to stand in the cold to wait to be served . Another terrible location .

Horribly rude lady that answered the phone absolutely no help whatsoever. Were passing through not from around here and before we stopped we called to see if they had something specific and she said she has no idea and wouldnt even try to look or help avoid going here at all costs!!!

The older lady at the register was very rude. On my way in my mask broke so I was going to ask for one at the register. I get met with you can be helped at the next register I then just asked nicely if they had spare masks or one I could buy and bother times got a ride no. Then when I went to go about my shopping as my face was covered by my shirt which is a cloth covering over my mouth and nose. I got told I need to leave. I will never visit that store again. Sick of rude people

Rude. The shift change over is stalled and store closes long enough to fill the parking lot and then long lines consume the store. Staff is not eager to reopen on time.

If I could Id give this store 10 stars all because of this incredibly nice and friendly woman her name was Danielle and she was very helpfull. Litterally came in with bad mood and she totally brighten up my day I wish more people were just as nice as her because she turn my sour day into a sweet one. Next time Im in this town I will definitely be coming back to this store!!!You guys have been put on my fav list and I have never commented on store before so you best believe I was very satisfied with her costumer service she was absolutely wonderful!!!

I wish I could give a zero star rating. They dont care about their customers. My three year old could wash my car better than this place. Also, look at all the other bad reviews! They literally copy and paste the same response to every bad review. Seems like they really dont care about providing better customer service, and from what Ive seen they dont care much about their employees either. Go to the next store just a few minutes down the street!

This chica here has got me through so many mornings with her personality and good mornings!! Gonna miss her so much as I’ve got a new job and will not be near her to see her most of my mornings!! Bummer on my end! I really going to miss my good mornings! Sherri is my go-to girl in the mornings!!

Vacuum barely works and is expensive. Go somewhere else. I didn’t do a car wash because of the bad experience of paying for a poor service with the vacuum.

The laser wash is great and much better than most touchless washes. It was clean and pricing was only $2 more than what I normally pay elsewhere. The nice benefit was my car was clean after the $14 wash I paid for and the inside of the wash bay was not green with mold like a recent touchless wash I visited in Portland. Thanks for providing this service.I did not enter or visit the convenience store.

I would not recommend going to this location. They are rude, the majority of them do drugs, and use them in the restroom but management doesn’t care to do anything even when the pill residue is still in their face around the nose. The bathroom and store constantly look dirty! It’s a 30 second drive to Irving two buildings down, where the store isn’t dirty and the staff is a lot friendlier.

Lady was rude. Gave me the wrong cigarettes and had an attitude. This trip she was rude and slammed money in my hand

My pregnant wife had to use the bathroom and get some water and this store would not let her because they said from 10-11 on Sunday which was also Mother’s Day was for people over 65 only. Their was no one else in the store and they still made her leave. This place really needs to learn the difference between principals and rules. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

I was on the vacation with my Mom and my kids on June 9th, 2018. I was at this store with my family to get my car vacuumed and get drinks. My Mother bought 4 drinks and asked a cashier to have a bag for drinks she bought. Cashier Miss P (Paiztez and Mitehell) was very rude to my mother and asked her to pay 5 cents for a bag. My mother said why and they told her thats what they do in Portland Store. She been to other store in Portland and never asked to pay for bags. I called CN Brown Corp office and talked to Margaret Simon - Retail Manager and she supposed to called back and never hear from her again. Im from Asia and I lived Maine for 13 years before. I just came back to visit and treated bad. I never felt this much racism in my life. Shame on Maine and please no one should go to this store because their customer service is worst than anywhere I been too.

The management I exhibited was horrible. I travel a lot for my job and this was the most poorly ran store out of thousands id been to on the road. If I could leave half a star I would.

Car wash caused major damage to my paint, manager said it happens and theres nothing they can do. absolutely disgraceful, Im currently in contact with my attorney

Never get gas here, drive 3 more feet to Irving. The remove clips from pump, flooded with annoying ads and questions. The parking lot is littered with trash and broken glass.

Avoid this gas station at all costs. Their touchless wash damaged my car on all four doors and the station refused to acknowledge responsbility. It is NOT a touchless wash. The brushes spin and touch the sides of the car and made extremely clear marks on my car that I am not having to pay for out of pocket.

Overpriced car wash, everything else is pretty typical for a gas station.

Workers seem miserable and like they dislike their job and take it out on customers

There are no brushes in the Carwash. There are 2 washes one is a laser wash G5 the other is a laser wash 360 that will be installed this month.I dont think there has ever been a brush wash installed at this location

The night cashier does drugs, and drug deals in the parking lot, the management is rude and inattentive, and you can be fired from this location for going to management about sexual harassment issues.

Place is lousy. Usually higher priced on everything! Lousy customer service!
