I’m still dealing with this company’s mistake on ordering the right flooring and the top stair piece. They have left me high and dry for a year. The flooring guy that I have found to help me fix this said that they can’t find the color or the product at all for what I was sold by sticks and stone. They must have given me the very last bit of what they had and left me without the whole to finish the job. I think this company was awful to work with and they did a terrible job for me. I would not recommend working with them at all. If I could give a zero review I would.I’m response to what you replied. You do know who put my flirting in very well. He walked off the job because you wouldn’t work with him to get the right part necessary to finish the job. Now I have another man working on it a year later. I will never say anything move about your company. The installer was great. Working with you was awful!!!

My work used Sticks & Stones for our new Park City showroom. They did our floor and 7 shower displays. They did such a wonderful job. The showers look great and the long wood plank tiles on the floor are set perfect. They also did the quartz counter at my desk. I love it! Thank you!!!

What an absolute gem Sticks and Stones turned out to be for us. After a few failed attempts speaking to other companies about what we were looking for, Phil and Amber made us feel like we were heard and simply made us feel at home. They were very patient with us, even though we showed up 5 minutes prior to closing. They showed us examples of everything they had, walked us through the process, and started a bid. They made it seem so easy whereas others were treating us like we had no idea what we were doing. We walked away that day super surprised. As we were thinking about pulling the trigger, we received a call from Sticks and Stones letting us know there was a cancellation and they could fit us in much sooner than anticipated. We decided to go for it and they sent over Donnie and Josh to handle the installation. Wow. These two were awesome! They communicated with us throughout the whole process and their work was absolutely amazing. We couldnt be happier with the final product. We were even more surprised how much they did in just a few short days. I/we can honestly say Sticks and Stones have made us life customers. If you are hesitating on your next tile project, look no further. This company is the real deal!

Phil and Amber were fabulous with our kitchen and home remodel. They were prompt, professional and had lots of choices for products in their showroom. I got bids from other contractors and found their prices to be very competitive. I was pleased with the quality of their work. Brian, who was the painting contractor was the best... I love my newly redone cabinets and mantle as well! Thanks for making my 20 year old home new again!

We had the best experience with Sticks and Stones was awesome! I looked around A LOT and we decided Sticks and Stones was the best choice. We are so glad we did and couldn’t be happier with the way our kitchen turned out. They were prompt and even ahead of schedule to the point that I had to push back having them come install a couple of times because we were not ready for them. They were so amazing to work with from the very beginning and very reasonably priced for the quality we received. We went with custom and the designed the door and cupboard inserts for me. They laid out everything and were completely transparent about everything. We ended up having the countertops crack abd even though it wasn’t Sticks and Stones fault in the slightest, they were up to take a look at them so fast. They came in a blizzard up to our house that is in the mountain to make sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond for a problem that was most definitely not because of anything they did. They were amazing to work with. From design and me changing my mind so a redesign to execution! We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you so much for everything! We recommend you to everyone!

We used social media to find recommendations for a fabricator to install new kitchen granite counter tops for our home this Christmas. We called Sticks and Stones and Brandon came out the next morning. He not only answered all our questions but also made some suggestions. He was great to work with us and got us a quote within hours. We absolutely love our new kitchen and highly recommend Sticks and Stones as well as Brandon to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company.

We used Sticks and Stones to re-do all of our counter tops and update all of our sinks/faucets. They were reliable, stayed true to their schedule and all of their employees were courteous and hard working. Their demolition and re-installation crews were careful and courteous in my home. Pricing was competitive and service was great.

I had a really great experience with Stix and Stones.I had them install new countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms.Phil and his wife were amazing to work with very nice honest people (you don’t see that every day). I had a hard time picking out which stone / colors I wanted. They never pressed me to LOCK me IN at all. They were very accommodating, honest and just really great to work with. I appreciate their kindness very much. And... my countertops look better than I thought they ever could, their installers did great. Junior and his work-mate were hysterical and I had a great time watching them install.And to the reviewer who asked ‘who has a sample on their show room floor and not a price’ -if you knew anything about the stone business you would know the price fluctuates all the time and with all the sanctions now, they have to call for a price all the time. Didn’t bother me at all, when I needed a price -they got it for me. (All 50 times I thought I found THEE one).😜. Also you obviously didn’t do your homework and go to the distributor to see a larger sample. I did that more times than they probably wanted me to but a few times the sample didn’t look anything like the larger piece. So glad they suggested I do that.I would use them again in a heartbeat and will suggest them to anyone who might need them.

Overall good experience though there were two things that deserved a star reduction. First off the granite was about a 1/2 off center which they said was within their margin of error. they could have easily slid my cabinets over to center everything but didnt prior to glueing. Its not a huge deal but frustrating nonetheless when you consider the price of granite. Second, he quoted $210 for the cost of a backsplash but then when I decided against it he only reduced $150 off the cost. When I asked about it prior to paying he said oh, I still have to buy the stone piece so I dont take off the full value when someone doesnt ask for it. Again, not a huge deal but still sad to leave a customers house with a bad taste in your mouth all for $60. I guess that is the price of a star. Still, really happy with the overall project and the timeline was quick. I still like to promote small businesses so I would say give them a shot of you are okay with the two listed events.

We had our contractor suggest use Sticks and Stones back in 2/18. Found the perfect countertop for our kitchen there but it was so new they didnt even have a price. Why would you have a sample on the showroom floor and not have a price? Anyway, we decided to move forward with that particular countertop. 4/18 it was installed. We noticed right away the installed version in our kitchen did not look like the showroom sample. We called and called and had two other installers come out but the countertop was still not correct. Everyone recommended that a Daltile area rep come out including Brandon at Sticks and Stones. So fast forward to 8/18, I stopped by to talk to Brandon and he said he would contact Daltile and let me know when they could come out. NO call! Back to the shop 9/18 and talked to Brandon again - He said basically the same thing. Now its 10/18 and I will not be visiting the shop or ever recommending them, Daltile, or One Stop Kitchen. Thanks for ruining my kitchen!!!!
