I had Hancock Garage Door Repair Inc install our new garage door a year ago and they came out today to fix some maintenance issues. I had the pleasure of working with Ken . He was first able to make all the repairs needed to fix the noises we were hearing but he also went out of his way to answer all my questions and show me how I can keep my garage door working great with some basic maintenance tips. I really appreciated that.

Amazing experience the from the first call to the end. The lady that answered my call was awesome and was amazing to get someone out. The tech took extra time to find the exact door that I wanted in my price range. The installer did an amazing job with the install. They took extra care to check and double check that everything ran smoothly and was perfect. Everyone I encountered during the whole process were very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond. The services were quick, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, honest! What more can you ask for! The technician came out within two hours of my initial inquiry and assessed and fixed all of our issues which was broken bracket & sensor within an hour! I paid less that it should have been because the technician was able to replace one of the sensors instead of installing all new ones. Highly recommended!

One of the two torsion springs on my garage door broke. I called them, got a quote, and arranged for next morning service. He showed up on-time and replaced both springs within an hour. He pointed out a few things for me to keep an eye on and recommended regular lubrication of joints and rollers. We paid the quoted price and all done! Professional service at a reasonable price. The technician from Hancock Garage Door Repair Inc was awesome. He arrived on time, a few moments after the company sent me a text with his photo and a brief bio. He not only programed a new remote and changed the garage door code but checked the door alignment, and programed the garage door to open or close remotely using my phone.
