Peter was great and answered all of my questions and didn’t make me fell rushed at all! Needless to say I walked out with everything I wanted in a transaction AND more! Absolutely blown away by the service, friendliness and expertise I received from Josh! I was 250 miles from home, hours prior to a wedding, with a broken car & looking like a hot mess. I came into the shop on a whim in hopes that they had what I had been looking for and they did! Josh went WAY above and beyond. He was able to complete the buying process in a matter of hours from start to finish including the car being delivered to the resort the wedding was at! At no point did I feel pressured, unsure or nervous. On top of that, he then drove from the Cape to me in the White Mountains to help me register it!In a day and age where customer service is hard to find, Josh was a breathe of fresh air. His location is VERY lucky to have him!THANK YOU, JOSH!!!!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Cape & Islands Kia. Greg Picard is my salesperson. He is great to work with and went above and beyond to get my deal done. It was a bit of a tricky deal trading in two vehicles but he was able to make it work. The finance people are terrific as well. Service department is top notch. I cant say enough about this place! I went on Saturday, January 9, 2021 with my daughter who was seeking to buy a Kia! We were met by Josh who was the salesman and I can’t say enough good about the service he provided! He is truly professional and honest and forthcoming! He was patient with all of our questions and certainly is a huge asset to Cape Cod and the Islands Kia!His knowledge about the vehicle and all the options that came with it was very impressive! Wasn’t sure I was going to go with Kia but I am sure glad I did. My wife’s loving her new Sorrento. Clean, friendly, and a fast process. Go see Josh, He took my wife and I aside and said “he was going to help us out as much as he could, don’t worry we will take care you folks” I can assure you all, he went above and beyond. From the beginning of the sales process he was up front and clear and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. he worked numbers on a new vehicle for my wife, ended up 6 thousand dollars under MSRP. If you’re thinking about getting a Kia from this dealership you’ll be making a great decision. So a lot of people think Kia has low quality vehicles to match the low price point but I can tell you if you haven’t test driven a new Kia you’re doing yourself a disservice. Over the last few years Kia has come into its own and is now creating cars that feel, look and drive like top model competitors while being half the price. When I leased my car I was didn’t know what I was getting into as it was the first time I’ve done such a thing. The staff was so helpful and personable and walked me through the process, making it so much easier and rewarding. Not only that but the service team is exceptional; they get the job done, done quick and always greet you with a smile. And of course the price was something to marvel. At other dealerships when you’re trying to purchase a vehicle now don’t understand haggling on price, the price they give is the price you get. I’ve been to countless dealerships with no wiggle room. No one was as flexible or understanding of financial responsibilities as these guys. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and I cannot recommend driving a Kia enough.

A friend of mine went to kia and had such an amazing experience with tyrone watts and insisted that i make the trip down to kia to see if he could find something that i liked. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart at the end of the day when my deal was finalized he even transferred my daughter’s carseat to the new car... i was very impressed with this young man and i would definitely recommend everyone to go see Tyrone. We had an issue with the key being stuck in the car but not being able to turn it. I called Kia and they had us bring the car right in and they worked on the car for hours trying to duplicate the issue as on the way there it had fixed itself. They could not figure out what had happened. The really amazing thing is they did an inspection of the car for anything else that might be going on and they even washed the car. When they were all done we received a call telling us to come get the car and when I asked how much we owed them they replied you owe us nothing . They had three different techs look at my car and I know they used a few hours of manual labor on our car and they were so kind and generous not to charge us..... they are wonderful, friendly and very professional.

As a first time car buyer I am so happy that I ended up at Cape and Island Kia. They got me a great deal on a lease that works with my lifestyle. I cant thank Stan and the rest of the staff enough for not just selling me a car but making sure it will be something that I will love to drive. After test driving the car Stan asked me how I felt about the car and I said I like it but his response back was do you love it though? From beginning to end this was The best car buying experience Ive ever had, Thanks Daniel Prado and the staff at Cape & Islands Kia. I live about an hour away I was looking to spend minimal amount of time at the dealership. I wanted to walk through the door sign the papers and drive thanks to all the help from Daniel Prado, I was able to do so....i had a phone conversation with Daniel, the rest was text messages and 24 hours later I was in the car that I wanted for the best price. Very disappointed in the service department. Had 3 visits in a 2 month period, 2 oil changes and a ball joint. The mechanics cant get their recommendations straight. Things go from green to yellow than back to green. First visit oil visit was told I needed a ball joint on right, and battery, second visit I did the ball joint and was told my battery was good... third visit for oil change was told I needed the left ball joint, door latch was bad and battery was bad again. I left frustrated that they kept going back and forth as well as adding big ticket items to my list... make matters worse, Ive seen 3 mechanics since... ball joint doesnt need to be replaced. The closest quote I got for the door was $150 less. Be cautious taking your car here, they are just looking for your money and will tell you that things need to be replaced when they dont. I will never go back and discourage anyone else going here for work as well.

I can;t say enough great things about Mike Fortuna and the staff at Cape Cod & Islands Kia!After getting the runaround at 2 other dealers (including wasting 5 hours of my day with a salesman that promised a deal that was apparently never going to be honored in the first place), I spoke with Mike on the phone. There were no empty promises, no crazy demands like I got at other dealerships and absolutely no hassle. I told him what we were looking for and at what price. Within 10 minutes he told me he could not only meet the deal but provided a few extras along with it.Then he drove to my home in East Providence with the paperwork for me to sign! The car was ready 2 days later and was driven to my home and delivered by one of the salesmen! He stayed with me to review all the operating systems of the car & make sure I didnt have any questions then he arranged for his own transportation back to the Cape. Amazing!This could not have been an easier, more enjoyable experience! Excellent customer service by Mike and the crew at Cape Cod & Islands Kia!!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Kia on route 28 in South Yarmouth. It was only the second car Ive ever bought in my life and my first experience purchasing from a car dealer, but the way they took care of me made it seem like I had been there before. My sales associate Daniel was very patient and easy going, which is my style. I told him my budget and what I needed, and he quickly found some cars in that exact range. Luckily I became partial to one of the first cars I drove, but I know I could of tried several more without burden. Once I made my decision, the rest was cake. Paperwork and formalities has never been my forte, but they made transitioning from vehicle to vehicle seamless. I was on the road the next day. Thank you Kia of Cape Cod for making it a nice experience all around. I would suggest them as a first stop for anyone looking for a car new or used!

I was shopping on-line and called and spoke with a salesman named Steve about a specific used vehicle. I was informed it was in the body shop working on some minor cosmetic damage. He informed me that I would receive a call as soon as they got it back, probably a day or two. I said I was ready to purchase it providing a couple additional photos. After 3 days of not hearing anything I decided to make a call to check on it. He was busy and and I got bumped to voicemail, I left a message. Never got a call back, after 3 more days I make another call and was able to speak to Steve. He told me that they had actually received the truck back on Friday and that another customer had came in and purchased it. Ive unfortunately passed on other vehicles that have since sold, waiting on one that I made a commitment on. Unfortunately this dealership didnt do the same for me. Oh well, lesson learned.

Our salesperson, Mariano, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the car we chose, funny, respectful of what we agreed on for our lease price.I shopped KIA dealers in MA. Mariano came within $10.00 of a company located past Boston. To us it was worth having the convenience of going to a dealer in Hyannis VS off Cape, however, we would have gone off Cape if the difference was more than $10.00. Mariano proved to be one of the nicest sale people we have ever encountered. I had been to numerous dealerships before them, they all gave me the typical auto sales experience. Cape and Island s Mitsubishi WILL get you into a great, brand new vehicle. I could tell he cared about my wants and needs and listened to my questions and concerns. He must have showed me over 5 different SUVs. I decided to go with the first one he showed me a beautiul 2017 Toyota rav four that I love. Came here looking for our Van about 34 months ago and ash went 5 of 6 different car dealest that day was a Saturday and the salesman Steve no help us out and go very very professional and really detailed oriented even know it in by a card that day boost in the market for a Van so deafening went up go back there and I before we make a decision by a not that the car I felt that thus sells twas a little pushy but I guessed as very young common of book a business like there where you need to make this sales that are all around I felt them to be really professional and though when price came up the always made sure to cover a out the basis so the price will be fear thank you guys

I cannot say enough great things about my experience. We looked at a Sorento on April of 2015 with Mariano but it was not the right time to get out of my current Honda lease. Mariano kept us in mind for over a year. Looking for the best time and opportunity to help us with our lease. And just like that, just before my birthday this year; He got us into a beautiful, 2016 Kia Sorento SX with all the bells and whistles we wanted. The exact payment we wished and a great trade allowance! I have been a Honda girl all of my life but Mariano has now made me a Kia girl. The finance and management were so awesome and helpful and I cannot imagine a better experience. The last time I was this excited about a new car was my first car!
