First time and I higy recommend! My car needed service ASAP as an unbearable dead animal smell was coming from the inside of my car. From the second I called, I felt relieved that they were able to fit me in. James, the technician was able to find a dead mouse and they did a great job at getting it out, cleaning and communicating. I was taking my car to Ford before and they could’ve cared less. I will be back for sure.

I was on a multi week car trip and was on Cape Code when my electronic parking break froze in the locked position. The car could not be driven. 2 Jeep dealers and a Ford dealer were so backed up they would not schedule me, but the Ford service people said go to Platinum Auto Service. So glad I did. I had the car towed and Platinum kept me informed, they were very good at diagnosing the electric component issue and we discussed the best option for getting me back on the road safely. I lived in Western Mass the last several years and would plan my visits to my parents on the Cape around taking my Subaru to Platinum. When I moved to Utah this summer, I brought the car here to prep for the cross-country drive.The Platinum crew is great in every aspect and many on staff have ties to Cape Tech as well. Everything from the work quality, customer service, honesty and the like all kept me coming back even though I lived on the other side of MA. Very courteous and professional. Offered valet service to/from shop since needed to leave vehicle for 4 days and over the weekend but work was excellent. Just be sure to get estimate of time frame for service if you only have access to the vehicle being serviced. Maybe get a “loaner” vehicle. Highly recommend!! Oh, and I drove my 2005 Toyota Prius from Cape Cod to Fabulous FLORIDA Keys with no issues! Thx guys!!

We were very disappointed in Platinums Service. Our jeep was running very rough so we brought it in for service. We spent about $1,000 and problem was not fixed. We brought it back and was told the problem still needs to be diagnosed so we dropped it off again. They kept the car about a week, we finally called and they told us they are have staffing issues and their technicians that were available are not qualified to diagnose the problem any further, we will have to wait for a technician that is. So I went and picked the car up, they told me it will have to come back for further diagnosing but charged me over $200.00 for the diagnosing that they did even though they have not figured it out yet nor have the qualified staff to dig in further.At this point I have lost all confidence in Platinum and will have to bring it to Jeep Dealership. The disappointing part is that they never apologized for any inconvenience or willing to compensate me for my $ spent without any resolution. Very poor customer service.

At the furthest point of our trip from Wisconsin we heard a noise coming from the tire area of our car and realized we needed a new wheel bearing 1000+ miles from home and mere days before we were supposed to leave. Platinum got the car perfectly fixed up within a day and even got us to and from where we were staying, all while maintaining excellent Covid safety protocol. Platinum is the only place I bring my car to get repaired! The staff are so friendly and helpful and never pressure you into getting work done that isnt essential. I love the inspection report that gets sent out via text / email -- it is so detailed and provides great insight into your vehicles health, it even included a photo of my car. I brought my car here several times for basic stuff and it was fine. My car started making this noise so I brought it there. They called me and said it was going to be $1200 to repair it. I said forget it and went and picked it up. I asked my cousins mechanic to look at it and he fixed it w a $10 part in a half hour. I was really disappointed that they would do that. I never went back again.

Everyone there was very nice and professional. They figured out my electrical problem that I had been having on my caravan. Highly recommend

Ive tried on a couple of occasions to be a platinum customer, this is a polished dealer-like operation masked under the independent title, which might explain the overpricing. Youll likely deal with a tier of employees who have no automobile education credentials. Dont pay extra for the shiny generic customer service overhead blunder here. There are far fairer independent resources.

Platinum Auto is a top notch facility. I personally worked there for 12+ years and only left to pursue a different career path in law enforcement. The entire crew there has a family feel and treats the customers and their vehicles the same way. Automotive repairs, maintenance, Jeep customization, Many aftermarket accessories for multiple platforms, (Trucks, SUV, Jeep, Cars) used vehicle sales and Jeep Rentals all year long. Not many places that encourage you to show up and drive away in one of their vehicles toppless! If you’ve never been down to their location I would recommend checking it out for any of your automotive needs. Honest and efficient automotive services can be hard to come by so hook up with this business and never have to shop around again.

Great experience at Platinum Auto. They did a thorough multi-point inspection of my TJ and provided me with a detailed list of the work needed to be done ranked by urgent issues, non-urgent issues, and items that passed their inspection. I needed exhaust system repairs, u-joints replaced, brake work, and several other problems resolved. Their professional staff came up with a work plan and everything was completed flawlessly. My 97 Jeep is running smoothly again. Highly recommend Platinum Auto.

Was referred by a co-worker to have my Jeep serviced. Was greeted promptly and checked in. The man behind the counter was very nice and while I waited I heard him making conversation with everyone he met with. The waiting area was clean and they had refreshments while you wait for your vehicle. My wait time seemed average and when my Jeep was done I received a text with a full report of what was done and things that need addressing soon. Bill I believe was his name went through the report with me and asked if I had any questions, then handed me off to Tonia who was equally nice. Overall I was very happy with my visit and would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I had a brake problem with my Honda Fit and was scheduled for service promptly. The problem was resolved and at a reasonable cost. Staff was very personable and helpful. I like the multi-point inspections system and receiving the easy to understand results by text message. All this was done with a very good procedure in place to protect employees and customers during this covid era. All bases covered, excellent service and I hope to make Platinum my primary service option going forward into the future.

My car was towed there and paid for the complete check-up that is done before the job itself. They literally took a week to do it and the price to fix the car was hundreds of dollars higher than other places so I got the car towed to another place. At the occasion, I was informed that the check-up was not complete because the car was not turning on, and also told that after fixing my car at the other place I could take my car back to them to finish the check-up. After a couple of weeks I got in touch with them to finish the check-up and after talking with the mechanics that was in charge I was told that it had all been done at the first time (even though the car wasnt turning on, even bringing this up he repeated that it was done!).So dont be amazed or keep high expectations over their higher prices, thinking that youre getting honesty and good work with it. It seems to be just another auto service place where you will take your car while keeping high levels of concern.Watch out!!!

Simply the best! Honest and quick work. Having the loaner car to use for the day while my car was being serviced was very helpful! Not to mention a follow up text to make sure I was satisfied, plus a phone call to ask if something left in the loaner car was mine (it wasn’t but it was a nice gesture!) i would recommend Platinum to anyone looking for a great auto repair/maintenance shop.

They showed up on time to pick up my vehicle. Young man was very polite when picking up and dropping off vechile. They called me to let me know when work was completed and didnt do anything that would increase my bill without contacting me first. They did a complete inspection and gave me a list of items to keep and eye on even giving estimate for cost of each repair.

I wanted to order Weathertech mats as a gift for our sons new vehicle. I spoke to Chris on the phone. He explained the mats available for his SUV and I placed an order. Chris emailed me to let me know one of the mats was coming from a distance so he gave me the expected delivery date. They arrived late that expected day and he called to let me know they were there. It was nearly closing time, but he offered to stay late so I could get them. I waited for the next day, but I was struck by his consideration. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. This is a place I would recommend based my experience with Chris. Great customer relations.

I brought my truck to the dealer and was told that the noises I was hearing in the front end were the fault of a leveling kit. Id heard platinum deals with lifted vehicles so I brought it there. The folks at Platinum were so helpful and polite. They got my truck right in and made all the adjustments needed to correct the noises in the front end. While there my truck was treated with great care and was delivered to the front door when I was leaving. They were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to take care of the brakes on my car even though they didn’t have an open appointment. I was away from home when my brakes started to grind with no previous warning signs. They did a great job and called me before they did anything with a price for my approval.

Tom Plante and team did a fantastic job with my Jeep. The alternator died day before Thanksgiving and I had it towed to Platinum. I knew it wouldnt be seen till Monday due to the holiday and that was expected. Everyone went above and beyond. Phil Moss came by my work to pick me up so I could get one of the loaner cars (the Grand Marquis is awesome to drive!). Tom and Chris kept me up to date with everything and again went above and beyond when things didnt go as planned (PCM computer died too). I decided to get a suspension lift put in too given the Jeep would be in for a few more days! All in all, 100% top notch service from beginning to end. They all made sure everything was 100% good to go! I cant thank you enough!

Been bringing my vehicles here for 15 years. Heres the deal. They do great work at reasonable prices and they dont do work you dont need. They always do an inspection and tell you about work you may need in the future. My 12 year old truck runs better than a lot of new vehicles. If you want an honest opinion and fair prices Platinum is the place to go.

This business repeatedly lives up to its name of Platinum Service. I first discovered Platinum this spring when I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler. A friend told me that Platinum was the place to bring it. Brought it in for a new soft-top installation and general service. Couldnt have been happier with the quality and value of the service, the professionalism of the entire staff, and the state-of-the-art technology used to communicate with me both during and after my service. I have since brought in my primary vehicle (a Toyota Rav-4) for service, and have been equally as pleased and impressed. If you think its hard to find a good, reliable auto service company that excels in every area of its business operations, look no further than Platinum.

I have have not experienced better customer service from an Auto repair shop on cape cod ! They were thorough, honest and detailed. Not only did they give me a detailed report of the work they had performed but they took the time to crawl under and show me !

We use Platinum for all 3 of our cars. They are the best, reasonably priced, and they do not do any work unless you authorize it. They let you know exactly what is wrong, if anything, and how long you can go without doing the repairs. They do not do any work that is not neededThey are prompt, courteous, and professional. We will not bring our cars anywhere else!!!!

A friend recommended Platinum to us, and she was right! We only had an oil change, but for the first time in years, I felt that my truck had received an excellent inspection as part of their service. They looked at things I never would have thought to question and we feel much safer driving now than before we went to Platinum. We will be following up on their suggested repairs soon. From our initial service scheduling to check-out, the entire process could not have gone better. Everyone at the service desk and in the office was very professional and great to get to know. Ive had my 12-year-old Hyundai Tucson in twice recently for major work involving my fuse box, electrical system, and brakes. Extensive, involved work, but they got it done and my car passed inspection. I find them knowledgeable, honest, friendly, convenient, helpful and other attributes worthy of a boy scout. They are also much more economical than most dealerships I have dealt with over the years. As a newcomer to the Cape I am thrilled to find an auto service I can trust.
