Was pleasantly surprised by the ease of shopping.any times this store is very crowded. I used the bank today and was treated well. Only complaint is no frozen yogurt individual serving boxes available. Otherwise found all I wanted and checked out with no wait

I mean, its a grocery store. Went in for gallon water jugs since the cvs didnt. Grabbed a few snacks while there. Nothing super special but wish I grabbed the cashiers name, she was a pleasure! Work socks, but doesnt mean you have to! She was great, were like the 1% of people who clean their phones daily! Haha

Local supermarket to my cape cottage. Not as large as some other locations. But clean and well stocked. Good location right off rt28

After my review I received an email asking to call. When I did, it wasnt a live person, and the telephone was nothing about reviews.More poor customer service, especially for NE!DenisWeve used the curbside pickup and its ok. They need to mirror they service to Walmarts.Went inside for seafood, bought 2 lobster salad rolls, way too much Mayo. Also bought 2 stuffed clams, they were lousy, too much stuffing with no taste. The only thing that I bought that was good were the clams for steaming.

Prices were high compared to my local Walmart. Power aids were $0.20 more per bottle. Gateraids were about $0.69 cents more then normal.

Friendly staff especially in the produce and meat department self checkout lines that are available are very helpful especially during this covid-19 pandemic. Blackberries should be looked over a few more times before going out on the Shelf as very often they have mold but otherwise the vegetables and produce are in decent quality. I want to update everybody makes mistakes but the overall experience quality produce and customer service experience is exceptional in that department. I have no complaints and the people that work there are friendly outgoing and always ask if I need anything!! Thank you

Very disappointing on how this place has become very dirty never stocked workers are all very unhappy its just going down hill my wife was a manager there and was not treated well and there not there for the employees its all about the 💵💵💵💵💵💰💰💰💰💰 pretty sad 😢😢😢😢 was a great place at one time and now down hill

Marsons Mills Stop & Shop is now offering pick and click! Thats where you order your groceries online and they bring them to your car!

While COVID-19 cases are spiking here, and 10 people have died in the last 10 days, this store isn’t concerned about safety anymore. Customers were going the wrong way down aisles as, if it were a rule. There were plenty of calls for cleanups on the intercom, but nothing about social distancing and following the arrows. As I backed out of the way for somebody going in the wrong direction (they probably drive like that, too), I had a casual chat with an employee who didn’t care, either. Self check out was more like self abuse. I think I’m going to drive further for a better experience.

This store is one of the newer and bigger stores. Wide aisles, great selections, fresh produce make for a great shopping experience.

Go to Shaws!!! Cashier was super rude, piled all my groceries together then if she was bagging it she was throwing certain items to the side that didnt go in one bag I honestly thought I was on candid camera I could not believe how rude this person wasnot only that this particular Stop & Shop consistently has out of stock products on its shelves Its very disappointing I go there purely out of convenience but not anymore as of today I will no longer shop at the store.

They have many many products, but customer service lacks seriously. Most of the pharmacy indicate are great except for the oldest female. She helps with an attitude problem! She should not be working in a position that is with the public. The butchers have all been great and most of the people in the deli are also wonderful. Many of the cashiers are good people! Parking lot people are fantastic. The customer service people are nice except for a few who also have attitude problems.Prices are bit higher then other stores in area. This comment is meant for the store on Long Pond Drive.This store needs big improvement. I blame management.

Good market. Good variety of items. Deli is clean. Very small hot roasted chickens and some times Turkey available. Tasty but SMALL. Personnel friendly and helpful. Lines are reasonable in length.

No proper social distancing, too many people in at once. Empty shelves, employees not following PPE measures. No cleaning of any part of the store being done at all. People getting carriages with no masks or gloves on... Dare I need say more!? A dangerous experience!!!

I have bought meat here and it has spoiled before the sell by date posted on it... I also went in earlier today and all the dairy was out of date I had to search for a milk that wasnt dated on 11/19/19..... not sure if its because the staff was too busy or what not but the date today is 11/24/19.... regardless I do like the convenience of the store just I pay close attention now of what Im purchasing when it comes to meat and dairy...

This is my go-to store. Always nicely stocked, well kept, clean. Meat dept always willing to help with my stupid questions. Produce nice and fresh. Associate even was able to tell me what to do with THAT thing (starfruit), which Id never seen before. Great experiences. Thanks.

Very pricey store. We dont shop there cause of prices. Shaws and Star are cheaper, same products, different name are much cheaper. You cant beat Shaws. Cheaper than Shaws? Market Basket! They beat them all with prices.

Only like a few departments in this store. The Deli people are great, some of the front end people are great and some of the floor people are great. The manager of the fish counter needs to learn what the local and constant customers like and not cater to the tourists and whats being sold at off Cape stores only. And you really need to retrain your night crew pertaining to date codes on ALL products!

Their customer service desk takes FOREVER and there always seems to be someone waiting. Specials require a card, which I would get but theres always a line at the customer service desk! The clerks will put the store card through if you tell them you dont have one... but you have to tell them. Seems silly to me. Cant figure out why this is called a super store, as its not all that large. If you are into ORGANIC you will not find much of a selection. Good muffins, though.

Good produce selection. Some organic produce. Good fish market section. Plenty of parking.

Beef roasts are far too expensive. Everything else was fine. Not enough checkouts with real people open.

This year they switched over from sushi chef to corporate sushi. The worst sushi ever. And I really liked this store b4 than. Next week Ill try star market and hopefully their sushi is eatable

Jesus Christ. It took about 20 minutes to get through the line and the cashier almost gave my dog food to another person. I think I know why all the Stop and Shops are disappearing.

I think the inside is fine but they do a poor job of picking up the trash outside

Went to stop and shop on long pond drive. Absolutely terrible customer service everywhere besides the dairy department. The manager was very kind to me but everywhere else was just pretty bad. The Mac and cheese tastes like poop and when I went into the bathroom there were obscene images drawn all over the walls and even on a porter list they had hanging up. If I could give zero stars then I would.

Overpriced on many items

The store is convenient but food prices are excessive. The staff at courtesy counter are disinterested and generally not helpful. This store is not super .

The manager is the problem. A cowardly woman who has misery painted across her face. The way she treated me will scar my future and she clearly did not give it a second thought. She is an example of the reason communities are suffering. Stop And Shop hire managers that actually enjoy their job. And although I doubt she values her job enough to read these reviews heres a shot out...ont hide behind a weak label for a pathetic power trip. News flash manager of a grocery store is nothing to brag about. No better then anyone else.

Could not believe it when the floral cashier spewed her racist commentary as she rang up my purchase. Keep ugly comments to yourself, maybe a refresher course in customer service is in order. The comments were not directed ad me but were insulting nonetheless.
